I have never had a problem using this ship center. Very convenient and great customer service. I ship and receive very high dollar items and every package has arrived on time and in great condition. This center in particular had very friendly employees, easy to work with. read more

As with the other people, I have had nothing but problems with my deliveries and currently am waiting for a replacement phone sent overnight but it's been delayed every day for 8 days. I don't recommend FedEx, PERIOD!! I placed an order with Walmart online and the item was to be delivered via fedex. My package went on the truck the day it was supposed to be delivered (5/5) and was sent back to the FedEx facility with no attempt at being delivered. The same thing happened on 5/6, 5/7 and 5/8. As is the case with literally every single review on here, we were SUPPOSED to have 2-day shipping. We paid for 2-day shipping. And yet, this Greeley shipping center seems to be overflowing with incompetent people. People who enjoy taking everyone's packages on little road trips to then bring them back to the distribution center. Our package has been on 4 days worth of road trips, thus far. And Fed Ex "customer service"? Absolutely useless. They have it made, though. To have people call you on an 8-hour shift to give them ZERO support except to regurgitate what the shipping tracker is displaying? What a job to have! To tell people "yes, we've escalated your shipping. It'll be there, tomorrow, at 10AM." To now being 2 days after that "escalation" with no package in sight. Use UPS and USPS. Never use Fed Ex. If you've realized this too late and you're also in this boat with the rest of us? Review them into oblivion on every possible site that you can. read more

They are the worst shipping company. A phone was to be delivered April 27, got a notice delay till April 28. Ten minutes later got another notice it would be delivered April 27. then another notice said the 28. It is in a location not 5 miles from my house......... Two trucks drove by my house yesterday. So now its the 28th no information is available. Fed EX has the worst track record of any delivery company. I would never use them......This package left Ft Worth, TX April 26, I could have driven to Texas and back, in two days. What's worse I have had to stay home waiting for them to show up. They the most incompetent people in the entire world.. If I could rate them lower I would. Just hope it doesn't get miss delivered, that is if it ever comes. They obviously can't read either! Oh my GAWD. What incompetent morons. Here is the epitome of STUPID that drips from this place: August 24th, the day before I am heading out on a business trip, a package shows up at my door. It was shipped via FedEx, the name and address on the package are for a recipient who's: a) Not Me b) Not my address To be plain here - a package was incorrectly delivered to my residence. I'm rather busy, trying to leave, so I call FedEx and tell them. The goofball I talk to (had to call the 800 number, couldn't call the local office), never fully understood the issue. She kept asking for my name, my phone number and (understandably for this) my address. The FedEx rep tells me to leave the package outside and someone will pick it up. A week and a half later - I've been out of town. The person who's checking on my residence while I'm gone tells me the package is still there. FedEx shows it's delivered successfully. WTF?! So I call FedEx BACK, another half hour, another idiot who can't get it through his head that a package was MIS-DELIVERED! He starts taking all my information AGAIN, and sets it up as a package pick-up. First, he tries to make it a NEW shipment and wants weight, dimensions and a charge account. I blow my stack and demand to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor halfway gets it. This one understands it was a mis-delivery, but keeps insisting he'll find it and get it delivered to me. To me. What a joke. I have to tell him at least TEN TIMES that I am the recipient of a MIS-DELIVERED PACKAGE. IT'S NOT MY PACKAGE! COME GET IT AND REDELIVER! Finally, I think a brain cell fires and the guy finally "gets" it. Promises me they have a trace on it, will pick it up in two hours, and redeliver it to the correct address. Guess we'll find out... Saddest thing in this, These guys have history. Last time, it *was* a package I was expecting that never arrived, and these idiots showed it was successfully delivered - even sent me the delivery report, showing GPS coordinates where the package was dropped - several blocks away from my house. Long story short in that one: FedEx never would admit they incorrectly delivered the package, refused to cooperate. I had to go to the GPS coordinates and start knocking on doors until I found the house with my package - and they thankfully were honest and gave me my box. Im not sure if its an issue with fedex in Colorado as a whole or just Greeley but this is THE WORSR SHIPPING COMPANY IN THE AREA DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. Its horrible because some companies ship fedex by default and EVERY SINGLE TIME i have an order coming through fedex it gets DELAYED in greeley. I have a perishable package with 2 day shipping, shipped on the 22nd wS supposed to arrive the 24th. It was in greeley , not far away from me at all, on the 24th. It is now the 28th and i al still waiting for my package. I called and they Didnt help at all. This is not an isolated issue! This has literally happened with all fedex shippment no mater who/what/where is being shipped from. 2 day shipping and treated like ground shipping. Disgusting. Use literally any other company.
