Excellent Service at Bittersweet Location I've been a weekly customer at the Bittersweet location in Greeley for over four years and can't recommend this place enough. The service has always been great, but since Hannah started, it's gone to another level. Within her first month, she offered me a drawstring drop bag--something I didn't even know was available! Since my usual bag is more like a small knapsack, she even added a vinyl tag to ensure my drop orders are processed correctly every time. That kind of thoughtful, proactive service really stands out. Ille was a delight to work with as well, but Hannah has consistently gone above and beyond to meet--and exceed--expectations. That's how you grow a business. Never had an issue with this dry-cleaners. Great prices, good service, quality work. They have a frequent-user club you can sign up for, get issued a laundry bag, and receive discounts on your cleaning. I like to get my work shirts professionally cleaned and pressed about every third time they need laundered, and this works perfect. They always look pressed and wrinkle-free, even after I wash them at home (provided I get them out of the dryer quickly and hang them up). I've tried cleaners in other other locations (in and out of Greeley). Usually what I find is less service, higher prices, not as friendly or convenient, and certainly not as fast a turnaround. read more

They changed their prices on me after my shirts were done and ready for pick up, they also did not honor senior or Veteran discount, for only two shirts that were to be dry cleaned and two regular shirts came out $50.00 that's price gouging I will never go back again. read more

Service levels have fallen off a cliff. Overnight service is now weekly; prices have gone up; Laundry comes back separated. You MIGHT be lucky to get a Monday drop off back by Friday! I've called / complained several times but nothing has changed / improved. Have used Nu Way for 8 years and I gather someone has bought them out but the result is customers have been forgotten I'm done and I'm sure many others are too - Bye Bye! read more

Overpriced for the service provided. They have this thing called a "same day service fee" but it's just an excuse to charge extra money for something that would literally take them 5 mins, like sewing on a small patch. If you don't pay their over priced same day fee then they won't finish their service on your item for 1-2 weeks. VERY VERY expensive (for what I'm used to). Charged me an additional $4.00 PER PANT to lint roll them because of pet fur. We had like 8 or 9 pairs of pants, and they didn't call us to see if adding this additional charge was OK. When I complained about it, they didn't even apologize for not calling me or adding this charge. Terrible customer service. Will never go there again. read more

I have been coming to this cleaners for a long time and every time it's the best experience I could want. They are accurate on estimating the time it will take to be done and they will be honest with the price. They don't try and take advantage of you which is very important, because I don't know the first thing about dry cleaning. They are So fast friendly and polite. The location is great and i can do my shopping and drop of my dry cleaning all in one trip! Staff is very friendly and I defiantly have had a great experience. I would highly recommend going to this location. I also use the free delivery service for my wash and fold which is great! read more

This place is terrible. Their VIP program is a joke. Watch your receipts VERY carefully. After calling consistently for 4 months, I'm done. If the manager is the only one that can fix the problem, THEN FIX THE PROBLEM. Terrible customer service. Owner needs to step in and actually run their own business. read more

Not the best dry cleaner, but it may unfortunately be one of the better options in Greeley. They did a good job getting food stains out of a suit jacket, but the ironing job was pretty poor. Lines and creases were accentuated in shirts, and collars weren't properly folded. They also decided to keep/throw away the hangers I brought my shirts on, so I was sent home with their cheap wire hangers. read more

If I could rate less than one star I would. So this is the story, dropped of a VERY expensive, name brand jacket. Paid $400 dollars for it at Abercrombie & Fitch. We dropped it off on a Tuesday (dec 10th) and were told it would be ready to pick up on Thursday after 5. Great we thought. Perfect. So we go in on Thursday a few minutes past 5, we find out it wasn't there. Hmm. Guess the truck hadn't been by yet we were told to call tomorrow (Friday). Ok that was strike one. First sign of a problem. This business is not responsible and doesn't keep their word. We were counting on having that jacket for Friday night. So Friday I called and asked if the truck had come with the jacket, nope. Truck came no jacket. Ok. We then were told to give them till Monday to try and locate it. This process has been going on till now. January 6. Almost a month later. We have filled out a claim form, and we're told they need time to look for it and if it wasn't found they would pay back what the jacket is worth. Which isn't that great at all because this jacket was a favorite jacket and it is not sold anymore. Thanks a lot nuway cleaners. We were told the owner would contact us to let us no what is going on and have yet to hear from this. IF YOU NEVER WANT TO SEE YOUR CLOTHES AGAIN THEN BRING THEM IN! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. We drove around Greeley for almost an hour trying to find the location for this dry cleaners. There were several on Apple maps with this name. And each one was not at the listed location. I finally called and their REAL location wasn't any of the other three we had tried and they all had the same phone number. Even some of the cleaners with a different name shared this same phone number and weren't at their advertised location. read more

This dry cleaners does not deliver routinely. I have given them several opportunities since January and the management stated they didn't know why the pick-ups were not happening as well as drop-off's. It's interesting that service they charge for it doesn't to bother them to consistently fail to follow through. I would recommend not using this organization and finding a team of people in town that want your business and will do what they say. Not to mention you are a paying customer. Review is from 2016, however because of the weight of the incompetence and cost of such I decided to resubmit. I took a $600 Italian dyed leather coat into the Garden City location early this year to be cleaned and we discussed how they were more than likely Going to hand clean it. At any rate, they threw it in a washer and then dried it with what looked to be high heat. The coat was absolutely trashed. Long story short they blew me off, wouldn't return phone calls, I actually seen some gal slipping out back door when I went in to talk to them and I'm a pretty laid back guy. The owners were suppose to call me, but never did. Anyway this was the poorest interaction and customer service that I have ever experienced hands down... First and foremost the girl who works the counter at this location is awesome and as helpful as she can be considering who she works for. The managers and owners of this company who are located at the nu way cleaners location in Garden City are the reason I will no longer be using them for my dry cleaning and recommend no one else does. Their incompetence and complete lack of care and respect for the customer is appalling. They ruined two very expensive sweaters and after "re blocking" them twice still have failed to rectify the issue of even call to discuss compensation for their lack of ability to properly perform a simple task. They have yet to resolve this and I fear that dUe to their blatant disregard and lack of respect for their customers will lead to escalation and more of my time wasted fighting them to do the right thing. This has gone on about a month now with no resolution or even a response from the manger or owner. Again if you care for your personnel property do not give these folks your business, because all you will be doing is paying someone your hard earned money to ruin something you spent good money to own. read more

HORRID EXPERIENCE. I dropped off my dress coat with no damage and when I picked it up there was a hole in the sleeve. The manager and owner will not call me back. They have had my coat since April 2015 and it is now September 2015. The manager had an employee call me back and tell me to come pick up my jacket and that the damage is "normal wear and tear." I have reported them to the BBB. Do not waste your time or money here. UPDATE I called back and finally spoke with the manager Emily who said the damage is normal wear and tear. Even though when I dropped off my coat there was nothing wrong with it this was still her answer. When I asked her why she did not return my phone calls she said she did not get the message. So all of her kind and helpful employees I have spoke with on the phone over the past few weeks ignore giving their manager messages. I don't believe that. Emily just found a scapegoat. Emily said she can have her seamstress look at it again and if they are able to do any repairs (which I was told before they would not) I will have to pay for it. I will be picking up my damaged coat today which will most likely need to be thrown away. read more

Stay Away! Like an idiot, I kept going to this dry cleaner, even though they consistently break buttons off my husband's shirts and the employee's ALL have bad attitudes. The Fox Run location on 59th Avenue always has a new employee working there. There is never a consistent person that I have seen; even though they are new, the employee's attitudes are very bad. They act like it is an inconvenience for you to come into the store. You can tell by their body language that they don't want to be there. Well, my last trip they lost my entire order which consisted of 25 shirts, 7 pants, 2 sweaters and 1 sweater jacket. Needless to say, I was livid! The employee could not find any of my order. Then, she gave me two pair of black pants, that were NOT mine!! The next day, another employee called me and said that they found my order. I went back and returned the pants and picked up my order. The employee there did not apologize, did not even try to make amends! There was no mention of any incentive to try and make it right or try to keep me as a customer! I spend, on average, $125 per month on cleaning. Well, I will certainly be finding another cleaner! read more

Took in shirts for laundering, heavy starch and folded. Got back medium starch and on hangers and already wrinkled. These shirts were clean and pressed already but I took them in because I needed them folded for the suitcase. I need them before they can be "sent back" to be done correctly, so I paid $13.00 for absolutely nothing. They even charged me $.50 extra on every shirt for the fold I didn't get. DISAPPOINTED!! I took a year old comforter to Nu-Way to be dry cleaned. The label on the comforter said it could be washed but I felt it would be better to have the comforter dry cleaned. If I had chosen to wash the comforter, I would have done it myself. Someone at the cleaners decided to wash the comforter. The result is that my comforter is damaged. It shrunk and the batting in the corners of the comforter is bunched and it no longer hangs properly. I returned to the cleaners with the comforter and they decided to try and steam and stretch the comforter. This did add back some of the length but it did not do anything to the batting bulges along the edges. The comforter cost $175 new and the cleaning cost was $43! The owner of the store will not call me back to discuss a refund. He mailed me a claim policy and highlighted areas that they are not liable. I asked to have my comforter dry cleaned and Nu-Way washed and ruined my comforter... without even returning my $43 fee. read more
