While I was getting my laundry together, this lady literally followed me around with a Swiffer like she was loss prevention for Tide Pods, just leaning on it and sighing dramatically. Ma'am... if you're that miserable, just say that. Then as I sat and waited I watched. And what I saw were multiple people grab plastic bags off a blue folding table and grab their laundry and go. No payments were made , no screaming or accusations brought forth.No signs. No prices. No "Bags for Sale" sign. Nothing. So naturally, I grabbed a few too. Homegirl came FLYING around the corner yelling, "Those aren't free! Those aren't free! We aren't supplying all of Evans and Weld County!" I said, "I guess you are... because everyone before me took some too." ‍ Since I have absolutely no problem paying for things, I asked, "Cool... how much are they?" Silence. BLANK STARES INTO THE ABYSS. Nobody knew. They looked at each other for a solid minute and must've communicated through telepathy because suddenly the official price became 4 small bags for $3. Amazing how that works. Cool. I paid for my apparently handcrafted, 10k gold plastic bags... ...and she STILL kept yelling, ranting, and trying to get in my personal space, like a dog with a bone. Finally after repeatedly telling her, "STOP." Then she told me to stop, like Ma'am you're the one trying to instigate a situation. Wild idea... hear me out... PUT. UP. SIGNAGE. A few months ago, I brought a suit in for dry cleaning and when I got the dress shirts back the buttons had some white flakes coming off them. I took it back and they said it might be some cleaning product deposit and could be scratched off. Cool, but ideally something they should have caught and fixed themselves. 2. Today I brought my suit in to drop off for cleaning 20 minutes before closing only for the man behind the counter to say "sorry we just closed 5 minutes ago because I want to get out of here early." Not only was he unwilling to accept my drop-off, he seemed extremely unapologetic and out of it (was he sober? I hope so) during the whole conversation, and also twice referenced "it's a Sunday" (it was Tuesday) as if that explains why he decided to close early. Terrible customer service. Due to these interactions, I think I will take my dry cleaning elsewhere from now on. I hope the business is able to clean up their practices in the future!

To be honest, I almost didn't come here because of the bad reviews, but I didn't want to drive too far away. So because of location, I just came here expecting the worst.
