I was a bit puzzled by this since there really weren't many cars in the parking lot, but I suppose since they also provide wash/dry/fold service they were using all of the machines for that reason. Would've been nice if a few machines were available for self-service. Oh well. There are other laundromats in town - won't bother coming here again.

It's around 8pm I put in another few minutes on my already finished (36 minutes) laundry for an extra bit of dry, and I could feel the irritation of the attendant when I did that. "this motherfucker still here" is what I heard from him at the beginning of the extra dry time. He proceeded to "clean up" around me but in a very irritated manner and I felt like he entered my personal bubble multiple times. He's a really tall man, so maybe he thought I would start feeling fear and leave. His behavior was just really weird to me and I'm sure if you watch the cameras his irritability is seen through silent footage. While I was folding my laundry he even came up to the table less than two feet from me to move the tables position. It's a table at a laundromat im still using, but he came to put it in "perfect line" man this isn't the barbershop the lineup can wait until after! Mind you it's before 8:30 still. The music although was good music was super loud to where it's uncomfortable, I hit the weed a little bit I'm trying to fold laundry I'm not at the club. I didn't say anything in person because it was getting close to closing time and the last I want to do is upset him before going home but maybe he's needs to be talked to.

The attendant was super friendly and helped explain their card system, we loaded it up and off I went. With only 2 large capacity dryers there is a smidge of jockeying but that totally is dependent on when other loads are done etc. The machines were clean, no mildew odors, and I saw staff cleaning machines throughout my time there. It would be a challenge for any owner. Their solution was to stop the Internet, and turn off the hot water in the sink. That solved most of the homeless problem; now they're having to deal with the machines being old enough that it's getting hard to find parts for them. However: this little laundromat is the cleanest I've ever encountered, and the machines that do work, work well. I don't know what to say about negative reviews, but having used public laundromats all over America, I must say this little one is pretty good. Adapt, people!
