I've been going to the Poudre Laundromat since 2018, and have seen it's evolution in those years. There was a huge problem with the homeless, congregating and heavily using not only the Internet, but taking baths in the large sink that was there (big enough to allow an entire body to fit); and generally trashing the place. It would be a challenge for any owner. Their solution was to stop the Internet, and turn off the hot water in the sink. That solved most of the homeless problem; now they're having to deal with the machines being old enough that it's getting hard to find parts for them. However: this little laundromat is the cleanest I've ever encountered, and the machines that do work, work well. I don't know what to say about negative reviews, but having used public laundromats all over America, I must say this little one is pretty good. Adapt, people! read more
