It's not what you'd think when you hear "laundromat". Very unlike most laundry places, this place is spotless - so clean. A good size with enough space. Well-lit. Oddly quiet whenever I'm there in the morning. AMENITIES: Two single bathrooms, a quarter machine, snack/drink machine, water fountain, soap/softener dispenser, multiple chairs to sit in and wait for your laundry to finish. Different types of seating: benches, four-top tables, high-top bar stools at the front window. Music is playing softly overhead. WIFI: They have free wifi, the password is up front on the wall underneath the big plasma TV by the windows. PRICES: They have multiple washer sizes and the prices go up accordingly. The smallest "double load (2x)" washers are $4.00 per wash and are the smallest. Tuesday is Two Dollar Tuesdays, the 2x washers are half priced at $2 per load. PAYING: You can pay for your laundry cash or card, which I enjoy. I don't carry cash, and being able to use my debit card is preferable to me. If you only have bills, you can use the quarter machine. STAFF: Always friendly, available, and always doing something - mostly folding orders they have, or cleaning, you can see most of them walking around with a rag in hand. FOOD/DRINK: Dutch Brothers is across the street if you wanted coffee, you could walk from the Basket. CheebaHut next door if you're hungry. **If you're here in the winter/it's cold outside, be prepared to be cold in here. Like, layer up, even in the seats in the back. It's around 8pm I put in another few minutes on my already finished (36 minutes) laundry for an extra bit of dry, and I could feel the irritation of the attendant when I did that. "this motherfucker still here" is what I heard from him at the beginning of the extra dry time. He proceeded to "clean up" around me but in a very irritated manner and I felt like he entered my personal bubble multiple times. He's a really tall man, so maybe he thought I would start feeling fear and leave. His behavior was just really weird to me and I'm sure if you watch the cameras his irritability is seen through silent footage. While I was folding my laundry he even came up to the table less than two feet from me to move the tables position. It's a table at a laundromat im still using, but he came to put it in "perfect line" man this isn't the barbershop the lineup can wait until after! Mind you it's before 8:30 still. The music although was good music was super loud to where it's uncomfortable, I hit the weed a little bit I'm trying to fold laundry I'm not at the club. I didn't say anything in person because it was getting close to closing time and the last I want to do is upset him before going home but maybe he's needs to be talked to.

I started using the delivery wash and fold service in August of 2025. The weekly wash and fold…read moredelivery service is advertised as $1.55 per pound on their website but they charge you $1.75 instead. I noticed that the weight I was being charged seemed substantially heavier than how the clothes felt. I started weighing my own clothes on two different of our home scales before sending them off, and upon return. When I compare my receipt to my clothes weight I found I was overcharged by 42%! I reached out to the business and the owner, Zach, got back to me over a week later. I explained the issue and he kept me on the phone for 17 minutes but never offered and apology or to check the accuracy of his scales. He said he had "certified scales" so the issue must be on my end. The next week I weighed my clothes on two different scales, and had others check my math. When I got my receipt I was charged an additional 42% of weight again! I called him again and politely explained the problem. He said I could drive my clothes to his laundry mat and check them there. I didn't have time so I stopped in a laundry mat close by to my home that also had a certified scale. Guess what the weight was... the same exact I got on my home scales. Check the photos below for my receipt and the actual weight of my clothes on a certified scale at laundry mat close to my home. He knows the issue, but didn't refund me. There's no way as a business owner that you don't notice a 42% increase in your revenues. Zach is a predatory smooth talker who figures the people that elect to use his service don't have the time to weigh their clothes. If he cared, he would have apologized and checked his scales when I brought the issue to his attention the first time. I want to know if Zach is going to refund all of his customers he's been ripping off. Please, if you use this service check you laundry weight at home and if you find a discrepancy ask your credit card companies for a charge back and report this business for fraud. He is a charming con artist, don't let him deceive you. Absolutely deplorable business practices. Taking advantage of busy people or people with disabilities that need this service. Shame on you, Zach!
