So I even confirmed with the male there that it would be around $15 for 3 pairs of pants...he said yes. When I took them in & dropped them off I was charged $12 a pair. huge difference. But the work was great! UPDATE (4/17/17): I am finding another place to get my work pants shortened. So, 3 years later I drop off another pair of brand new pants I just got from Kohl's and washed at home first to shrink them up a bit. Took them in and was told that it would be $15 to get them altered the 2" that they were too long. I was ok with that considering almost 4 years ago I ended up having to pay $12. I picked them up today and got charged $20. When I asked why it was $5 more she said that they needed to clean them first. I said I bought them new and cleaned them before bringing them in. I paid it this once and actually dropped off another pair when I picked them up and advised them that I don't want THIS PAIR cleaned as they are new and I just washed them. She said that alterations is picky and wants them clean. I said I still don't want them clean and won't pay. I wonder what will happen when I pick them up. I am finding another place after this. I just got these nice pants for work from Kohl's for $60 for 2 pairs and now have to pay another $40 to get them shortened. Not a happy customer.

A few months ago, I brought a suit in for dry cleaning and when I got the dress shirts back the buttons had some white flakes coming off them. I took it back and they said it might be some cleaning product deposit and could be scratched off. Cool, but ideally something they should have caught and fixed themselves. 2. Today I brought my suit in to drop off for cleaning 20 minutes before closing only for the man behind the counter to say "sorry we just closed 5 minutes ago because I want to get out of here early." Not only was he unwilling to accept my drop-off, he seemed extremely unapologetic and out of it (was he sober? I hope so) during the whole conversation, and also twice referenced "it's a Sunday" (it was Tuesday) as if that explains why he decided to close early. Terrible customer service. Due to these interactions, I think I will take my dry cleaning elsewhere from now on. I hope the business is able to clean up their practices in the future!

He's particular about getting the collars opened and pressed down flat in a certain way that won't itch his neck. Request made, they complied, all was well. Had no issues. All interactions were perfectly professional and pleasant. Then some of his shirt collars were not pressed down and he didn't notice it until he got the whole clothing package home. He asked me to pick up next batch of shirts for him since he couldn't. Asked that the collars be checked first. The proprietress gave me bundle of hanging shirts. I thanked her and explained that I wanted to check that the collars were pressed flat because my husband was picky and had complained that there were some missed on the last batch. As I was looking at the shirt collars before leaving she said in a very loud aggressive and rude tone that HE wasn't complaining, it was ME who was complaining!. I thanked her for all the collars being pressed flat and left, wondering what I'd done to deserve her anger. Guessed she was upset that I was doubting or double checking their quality. Fast forward to my husband making his next shirt drop off. The male owner told my husband that they didn't want our business anymore. Saying I had acted wrong toward his wife, saying "My wife thinks that your wife doesn't like Asian people." My Canadian-born Chinese husband's response: "Well she's been married to a Chinese man for 30 years." Hubby also wants to correct any past reviews calling out the ethnicity of the Kwik Cleaner owners as Chinese since they are NOT Chinese.

I brought 12 button down long sleeve suit type shirts here all at once on a monday & every single one of those sumbitches was done by Thursday. That is a pretty fast turn around, these shirts were fucked up too with the sweat stains on the collar & shit like that, but that nice lady in there was able to get them looking brand new, except for one but i had procrastinated bringing those shirts in for so long that i think that one was just too far gone anyway. Ill give that shirt another shot but i dont give 3 quarts of rhinoceros piss if i cant remove the stain cause im just happy she was able to fix all my other shirts.
