I've Had about a dozen pairs of pants hemmed or tapered and pants and shirts cleaned weekly since December and have never had a glitch. They're friendly and professional. They fired us and accused us of being racist....wait for it... My husband brought his work shirts to be cleaned here. He's particular about getting the collars opened and pressed down flat in a certain way that won't itch his neck. Request made, they complied, all was well. Had no issues. All interactions were perfectly professional and pleasant. Then some of his shirt collars were not pressed down and he didn't notice it until he got the whole clothing package home. He asked me to pick up next batch of shirts for him since he couldn't. Asked that the collars be checked first. The proprietress gave me bundle of hanging shirts. I thanked her and explained that I wanted to check that the collars were pressed flat because my husband was picky and had complained that there were some missed on the last batch. As I was looking at the shirt collars before leaving she said in a very loud aggressive and rude tone that HE wasn't complaining, it was ME who was complaining!. I thanked her for all the collars being pressed flat and left, wondering what I'd done to deserve her anger. Guessed she was upset that I was doubting or double checking their quality. Fast forward to my husband making his next shirt drop off. The male owner told my husband that they didn't want our business anymore. Saying I had acted wrong toward his wife, saying "My wife thinks that your wife doesn't like Asian people." My Canadian-born Chinese husband's response: "Well she's been married to a Chinese man for 30 years." Hubby also wants to correct any past reviews calling out the ethnicity of the Kwik Cleaner owners as Chinese since they are NOT Chinese. read more

Reliable, quick service/turnaround and quality work. Over-priced but they did a good job.

0 STARS!!!! Beware!!!! Do not do business with these people! I dropped off 9 articles of clothing on 03/30/2023, business attire valued at over $2,000.00. When I returned on 04/10/2023 to pick up they said my husband picked up on 04/06/2023 at 10:30am. I asked them for transaction details for my clothes picked up on 04/06/2023 (knowing that he had not picked up) and Alex proceeded to scream at me calling me a liar and crazy. I tried to provide descriptions of each missing item and they refused the information and made no effort to rectify. They are unprofessional terrible business owners that should not be doing business. I've filed a police report and will be filing a civil suit. Take your clothes elsewhere.... Alex and his wife (an older Chinese couple) own this place and they are thieves!! read more

Good job. Pricey alterations but they do good work. So I have to stretch my alterations out a bit instead of bringing them in all at once. They are also timely with alterations, sometimes just two or three days wait, depending on how many you drop off compared to the dry cleaner near me which I was told can take 4 to 6 weeks for a single hem!! Now that's ridiculous! Kwik Cleaners are always polite and professional. Started going there in early 2016 when I lived in No Name Creek, Frederick. I currently live in Longmont at 75th just west of Airport Rd and I still continue to go there. Inconvenient drive but so far worth the trip to get things done right. read more

ZERO STARS. They gave away/lost/stole my clothing. Hardly apologetic and simply said sometimes they give clothes to the wrong customer... as if that's not an issue itself. I'm still disputing with them. Cashmere sweaters and slacks gone. These were expensive purchases. I was told that if i had a receipt for my clothing they'll reimburse me... these are worn clothing pieces, I do not still have purchase receipts for these. I'm so disappointed to not have these items anymore. I am so angry at how the situation as been handled. Careless. I've never had such a terrible experience at any business. read more

I have to say the quality of the clothes coming out of this dry cleaners far exceeds any other I have been to and the price per garment matches that of the quality. Most other dry cleaners charged me to put a button on my shirt, but they did that at no cost. I just ask and they were able to do that for me. Also, the turn around time for the clothes is excellent. I was able to pick up my clothes the following day. They also do alterations on site, which saved me a trip to a tailor. I was able to get that back within a few days rather than a week. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They did a horrible job hemming my dress. Not only is the stiching not straight, the inner liner is too short. When I disputed the fact that it was not worth $57, he yelled at me very loudly. Finally, I gave up said this is rediculous, tried to pay and he took my card but would not charge it. He reached over and tried to grab my wallet for cash. The police had to be called because their customer service and ability to hem is awful. read more
