He's particular about getting the collars opened and pressed down flat in a certain way that won't itch his neck. Request made, they complied, all was well. Had no issues. All interactions were perfectly professional and pleasant. Then some of his shirt collars were not pressed down and he didn't notice it until he got the whole clothing package home. He asked me to pick up next batch of shirts for him since he couldn't. Asked that the collars be checked first. The proprietress gave me bundle of hanging shirts. I thanked her and explained that I wanted to check that the collars were pressed flat because my husband was picky and had complained that there were some missed on the last batch. As I was looking at the shirt collars before leaving she said in a very loud aggressive and rude tone that HE wasn't complaining, it was ME who was complaining!. I thanked her for all the collars being pressed flat and left, wondering what I'd done to deserve her anger. Guessed she was upset that I was doubting or double checking their quality. Fast forward to my husband making his next shirt drop off. The male owner told my husband that they didn't want our business anymore. Saying I had acted wrong toward his wife, saying "My wife thinks that your wife doesn't like Asian people." My Canadian-born Chinese husband's response: "Well she's been married to a Chinese man for 30 years." Hubby also wants to correct any past reviews calling out the ethnicity of the Kwik Cleaner owners as Chinese since they are NOT Chinese.

They were responsive to my texts and call and promptly picked up my laundry, asked what service i required and trusted me enough to not charge me until the laundry was done as I handed off my laundry on the day i was leaving for home in Texas. They went beyond the norm and pressed my clothes and folded it nicely and were awesome enough to deliver it back to me when i returned back for work. I can't recommend them and their service enough and their prices are fair. I'll be using them often and have recommended their service to my fellow coworkers.

I have always had a good experience here...good, clean, new machines. The owner is always helpful. I go on weekdays early to avoid crowds. There are coffee shops nearby too, which makes doing laundry a more palatable chore. Although I've never paid to have my laundry done, the clothes I see hanging and folded ( that they do) look really nice. If I were going to hire this job out, this is where I would take it.

It was very clean, with rows and rows of washers and dryers. Different sizes of washers, depending on our needs. All machines took quarters or use of a app- It was much more expensive than I expected but the process and time spent at Soapy Jane's was painless. If I ever need a laundry mat again, I'll definitely come back to Soapy Jane's.
