He's particular about getting the collars opened and pressed down flat in a certain way that won't itch his neck. Request made, they complied, all was well. Had no issues. All interactions were perfectly professional and pleasant. Then some of his shirt collars were not pressed down and he didn't notice it until he got the whole clothing package home. He asked me to pick up next batch of shirts for him since he couldn't. Asked that the collars be checked first. The proprietress gave me bundle of hanging shirts. I thanked her and explained that I wanted to check that the collars were pressed flat because my husband was picky and had complained that there were some missed on the last batch. As I was looking at the shirt collars before leaving she said in a very loud aggressive and rude tone that HE wasn't complaining, it was ME who was complaining!. I thanked her for all the collars being pressed flat and left, wondering what I'd done to deserve her anger. Guessed she was upset that I was doubting or double checking their quality. Fast forward to my husband making his next shirt drop off. The male owner told my husband that they didn't want our business anymore. They went beyond the norm and pressed my clothes and folded it nicely and were awesome enough to deliver it back to me when i returned back for work.
