The washing machine at my apartment complex broke and left my clothes completely soaked. The attendant at Washouse was so kind to my situation and helped me get my washing machine setup to help wring out the excess water. The staff is friendly, there's tons of machines, the prices are really cheap, and there's areas to do work while you wait. Saddens me to update so low. I started going to a different mat a little closer to home but decided to give this one a soon tonight since it's open a bit later. Walked in and it seemed grimy. I shrugged it off. A man had a small puppy in the mat and it peed on the floor. He wiped it up but it wasn't cleaned. Then...I saw this in the washers sadly after doing my clothes. I was staying in a hotel and I needed to do a load of wash so I looked this place up and came by. It was great it was very clean and I was able to use a credit card for all the machines and to get soap for one load. It worked out perfectly. Andrew was INCREDIBLY helpful! My granny has dementia and we took all of her clothes and bedding to be cleaned. He took such wonderful care of all of her things & really went over and above to make sure that all of her clothes were exactly as she loves them to be - free of wrinkles, pants creased in the front, and he delicately handled her favorite sweater that has pearls sewn onto it. Going to the laundromat is not always a positive experience, but this turns that bad stereotype on its ear. They have machines that can be paid for by credit card and some that need the proprietary card to use. The attendant was super friendly and helpful. There is a screen near the front that shows which machines are being used and which are open. This also offers an easy way to keep tabs on how much time is left on your load. Washing a normal laundromat-sized load cost $3.75 and drying was $2.00. They have a TV which was playing HGTV the day we were there and computers with Internet access for customers to use. They also have a drop off service which will wash your clothes for you. Overall, a clean laundromat in a comfortable neighborhood with courteous staff and friendly customers. Wow wow, no need to remember to bring change or use the slot-machine-like change machines. Electronic payment systems on all the machines. The place is clean and not creepy. There's a designated rag washing machine, which is cool. The waiting area is comfy - more designed for sitting and reading rather than computing though. You can see the progress of your washer/drier on the computer display - you don't even need to get up to go look! And then there's the location, so many convenient businesses around to serve your needs. A bar if you need a drink, pizza place, liquor store, cafe. Such as good location in that respect. read more

I wasn't too sure how to work the wash machine and dryers. The attendant was really sweet lady that helped me. It is very cool, bright and has all the machines working. It is worth the money to come here. But you should go ahead and pay the 10.25 to use the bigger Machine so you can put all your laundry in one place. read more

#1 best thing- accepts debit. DOWN WITH QUARTERS! I took my dirty horse blankets here and was amazed by the service! The guy at the desk was very friendly. Usually I have to sneak into laundromats with my horsey goods, and I've even been denied service before- but here it was challenge:accepted. He showed me how to work the industrial washers and I got to lounge in the clean lobby with wifi and a cup of Keurig. The washer was the same price as the sketchy laundromat I used in Denver, and the blankets are perfectly clean. (Ps- the washer survived and you would never know it just demolished a winter's worth of mud, "organic waste", and horse hair. Proof that horse blankets should be allowed at laundromats!) read more

So...I decided to wash my comforters instead of taking them into a cleaners (the cleaners are getting too expensive for me) anyway this was my first experience in over a decade in a laundromat...what a pleasant surprise! This place was clean, had good wifi, a comfortable waiting area and they are near several places to eat or go drink while waiting...but the best part of my experience was Tony! Tony walked me though how much detergent and softener to use and what settings they recommend for my comforters in the washers and dryers (which are top notch speed queens) so not only did I have a great experience but I saved money (about 1/2 the price of taking them into the cleaners) and Tony made sure everything went well with my comforters...I definitely recommend Wash House! read more

Best Laundrymat in Northern Colorado...and I've probably been to over 20. The machines work great (all take debit/credit cards), the staff is friendly, the color scheme is relaxing, there are tables and chairs for working/relaxing between loads, and they even have computers you can use that are connected to the internet. This place is way over priced. The washers are small they jack up the price for each different setting on the washer. When I went to put in my detergent there was still some residue from the previous wash before. They only take card. Clean, upscale laundromat. Free wifi, free computers to use the wifi, nice lounge area, coffee via Keurig, friendly staff. More expensive than typical place, but nicer, as well. Only downside is that it's next to a liquor store, so there are some unpleasant characters hanging around in the parking lot. Overall, a winner, though! read more

I'm so thankful to have a nice laundromat to go to. The staff is really friendly and they just put in a new pay system that allows you to just swipe a debit/credit card at all the machines that makes it so much more convenient than having to add to the Wash House card or use coins. They have other pay methods if you don't want to us a debit/credit card. The seating is comfortable and there's always plenty of it. They also have Wifi. read more

Costs a bit more than the last place but much cleaner, has staff on-site, wifi works, comfy chairs, it's in a better shopping center, takes card at machine, and has tvs. I'll be back again. Most expensive laundry mat I've ever been too. In willing to go again. $9.00 for 1 load of laundry!!!! Small load!!

After researching and driving by many Fort Collins laundromats (YUCK!) I thought I would give the Washouse a try. This place was great! I went on a Monday morning around 10 and there were only a few people there--which I love. No one was in my way, or trying to make stupid conversation. The really cool thing is that you don't have to bring a ton of quarters to get your laundry done. They have a really simple money card system, and the staff is really helpful if you don't understand how to use it. The staff also helps explain the laundry machine sizes, where to put the cleaning solution/bleach/fabric softener, and the best part is--dogs are allowed! I didn't use their WiFi, but I saw at least 3 people while I was there using it, so I think it works just fine! Apparently, they also have Starbucks coffee for free, and there are large televisions to watch during your time there as well. Another great thing about the money card is if you know you won't be returning for laundry, they will give you the leftover cash on your card. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because I do think their machines are a little pricey, but they definitely clean and dry large loads very well! read more

I don't think I realized how grateful I was for this place until I moved back to Denver. Washhouse is clean, the machines are brand-spankin-new, there is furniture that I would put in my own house instead of something that looks like it's been through a natural disaster, and oh did I say clean?
