The times that I have come into this post office though, the staff has seemed stressed out and not overly friendly. In my most recent visit, I didn't know if they had self serve. There are no obvious signs and long lines and no one around to ask. When I finally got up to the door, I asked if there was self serve as the employee was going to close the door. I opted to go over to the self serve. There is only one self serve station so be forewarned if you go over there. If anyone is in front of you they may take just as long as the line. It is on the west entrance. This post office is smaller as well and just not as user friendly. Will try to stick with the JFK office when i need postal needs. This one just has not ever been overly impressive.

I asked about auto-renewal of a mailbox rental and the staff could not find the form to make that happen. They called the manager who answered the phone and put it on speaker but was unresponsive the entire time I was in the store while the staff person was trying to ask questions about things on which they were inexperienced. They practice bait and switch (3 months free with annual contract), but you don't pay for 9 months, you pay for 13 and get 15. The brochure claims that you will have a street address.
