I had a customer service provider named Erna help me figure out some issues with a couple packages that I missed the delivery for. They are wedding gifts and Erna helped me make sure I was able to sort out all my issues and questions and I will be picking them up tomorrow thanks to her! She even checked to make sure they wouldn't be too heavy for me to carry myself, upon pickup. She was so sweet and very helpful. The delivery driver dumped 6 packages on the curb in a rainstorm when we have a covered porch. I guess they didn't want to open the gate and find out that we have a gigantic covered porch. Delivery drivers bringing packages to an address should not dump things on the curb in the rain when there is a safe location at the address. The contents are waterlogged and destroyed. I wish I could call my local post office and communicate that we expect our deliveries to arrive DRY by the time we are home from our jobs. All I want is to talk to whoever coordinates the delivery route to our address and get this cleared up for future deliveries so it does not repeat. It is completely impossible to call the 800 number and reach your local post office to ACTUALLY TALK TO the mail carrier responsible for this and clear it up for future deliveries. It seems like a simple issue for the future but there is NO WAY for me to talk to any of the people bringing the mail and inform them of the ginormous front covered porch that they have decided to ignore. read more

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Dropped off two packages at the same time. One was scanned in but the box arrived to my customer completely obliterated (with pieces of a USPS box tapped to it) and the contents missing, which were replaced by bottles of milk (???). The other one was never scanned in and now is completely lost!! It's definitely busy and a huge building, but the staff has consistently been friendly and helpful, in a good mood, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout huge lines of people and annoying questions. read more

i dont hit the post office really often HOWEVER when i do, it is a good experience. Went in twice over the last 2 weeks to mail packages. The lines were long but they got people through quickly. The clerks that I got were friendly and helpful in making sure I got what service i wanted for my packages. They also have the self service stations that are super easy to use as well. Have never had a bad experience. They have a tough job dealing with all kinds of people. I have always appreciated my experience there. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. My daughter ordered something and it was delivered to the wrong place. We never did receive it. They took no responsibility in it. Some of the staff are very rude in their tone of voice and don't shy away from expressing their passive aggressiveness. More specifically it is the older women working there. One customer was minding her own business at the self service and because there was a long line, one of the staff members went up to her and acted like the customer was dumb and taking too long when the customer had JUST got up to the self service. It was really odd and other customers noticed too. The teller that I went up to definitely made me feel dumb because i was sending a parcel and wasn't sure on a couple questions on how to properly send it. It was simple questions and i did not appreciate being spoken to like that. I would've given this one star but even though the line was long it went by pretty quick. read more

If you call this location and asked to speak to a representative, the automatic phone system will just hang up on you. It doesn't even ring or give you the option to leave a message, so now instead of getting my small question answered over the phone that I can't find the answer to on the website, I have to drive up there. I rarely leave reviews, but I have to give Ray a shout out for being so helpful and knowledgeable! I'm in the middle of moving to a new address and received my new mailbox keys at closing. They worked for a week, but for some reason, I couldn't get the key to open it after that. I went to the post office to see what needed to be done and Ray was so helpful. He explained to me that maybe something was blocking the key and that it was a good idea to go head with getting it rekeyed. He explained the process of rekeying and made everything super quick and easy! For something that could have been a big headache, it was resolved quickly. Ray was awesome and my box was rekeyed within a day (super fast!) I appreciate Ray's help and great customer service! read more

Everyone complains when they have to wait in line at the post office. Here's an idea: plan ahead. Have your packages and forms ready to go and don't be surprised if there's a crowd of other people who also can't plan ahead during times like... uh, the lunch hour and every weekend in December... Oh, and the postal staff need to take lunches too. So, you're really shooting yourself in the foot. If you need to buy stamps, you can get them at the kiosk in the lobby or just about any grocery store. I've had only good experiences at this USPS location on the rare chance that I've actually needed to speak with an employee. They are very patient (sometimes I don't even know how) and they will send someone out into the line to take care of easy fixes during peak times. So, here's some advice: If you can, buy your postage online and print it out. That way, all you have to do is drop the package off and not even wait in line. If you know you're going to have to go in for something that needs to be addressed by a postal employee, then go during times of the day when it isn't crowded. The only reason the lines get so long is because of the customers who can't or won't follow simple instructions ahead of time. Love the USPS! read more

I have had countless issues with this post office. First when they delivered our mail they would shove it in the mailbox so hard that it was impossible to get out and they eventually broke the mailbox. We have now been without a mailbox for nearly 2 months and inconveniently have to make frequent trips to the post office to retrieve our mail. When I go to get the mail, it takes forever to get someone's attention and they are always rude and act like they don't want to be there. Then when I went to get my mail today after work they had closed the pickup window and turned off the buzzer an hour before it was supposed to close so I was unable to get my mail. This is the WORST post office I have ever dealt with. I have moved several times and each time my mail was forwarded without any issues. I moved into this area last year and out of the area this year and have yet to receive any forward mail. It has been 3 weeks since I changed addresses this year and still no forwarded mail. Last year my mail was completely gone. I have never dealt with a business so unorganized as this one. If you try and call don't bother it'll just disconnect you. I am so beyond upset with the post office! How many times does a person have to wonder where there package is when the post office says that the package has been delivered and it happens over and over not to me but also the neighbors! what is wrong with the the delivery person that they can't get it to the right address or the right box? Do they need to be trained more or are they in a hurry so they just don't care. If you put it in the wrong box that person may think it's okay to keep the the packed and no one would know anything about it! You need to keep an eye on what delivery person is delivery on there route. Literally the slowest, most poorly staffed Post Office I've been to in the last year. There are always employees who are just walking around aimlessly, while only one or two windows are staffed and the line regularly exceeds 20+ people. I can't even count how many people I've seen wait in line for 15, 20, or 30 minutes only to storm out in frustration without being helped. HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO WORK THE COUNTER! This office is a literal joke to the community. We have waited TWO WEEKS to have 1 letter delivered to us. They refused to deliver it until we paid a fee, so we paid the fee then they took the money and left us with no letter. We left a note in the mail box asking what to do to get our letter. They then had the audacity to say "pay the fee" so sure enough we put more money in their little envelope and leave it in the mail box. Days and days go by with the money untouched and still no letter. We went online and set up to reschedule EIGHT TIMES and they still will no give us our f*cking mail. Almost every package I ship to myself gets caught up in this post office for several weeks before it is actually delivered. When I call to try to talk to a manager, the phone rings and rings and either nobody ever answers orl I get a message that, "No one is available. Goodbye." Even with tracking numbers, the packages will be tracked until they are sent to Fort Collins and, then, there is no more tracking after that. I believe I am going to contact the Post Master General and maybe a few Members of Congress. I lived in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area for 25 years and know the best way of reaching all these people. read more

They will RUIN your mail!!!! I have been using this post office for 20 years, and I could deal with the negative and not friendly staff and the wait times, but now they have gone too far. Due to my budget, my fiancé and I did our wedding invitations on postcards and they came back to me completely ruined. Their machines totally ruined the front and scratched them to barely see writing. Then staff (JONI) and supervisor had the nerve to tell me that If I really cared about my wedding and invitations I wouldn't have sent them as postcards, put more money into them and put them in envelope. I was so offended and want to write the news organization to tell them this is the customer service they give to all of us. I wish I could move so I can get a new post office as I will never go in there again. So disgusted. read more

Listen - this place has improved 10 fold. If you happened to stop by at the same time as everyone else - yes, there will be long lines. However, they instituted a new policy that when the lines get long they send someone into the line to see if it's just a "quick question" that you have and "yes, you do have the proper form, fill it out so it's ready to go when you get to the front of the cue" and that sort of thing. The kiosks are there for a reason - simple package to buy postage? Use the kiosk. I have personally helped people using the kiosks. No need to be upset - these post offices handle thousands of pieces of mail every day. People arrived with untaped boxes thinking the staff will tape them up - nope. Please bring your own tape! Mark off weird markings on the boxes too. Just consider going here during off times if possible. This place has done a great job in improving customer service over years past. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
