I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a little store with some good quality Xmas gifts. Then as I walked towards the back of the store, there is a dry cleaning business. Service was relatively quickly and somehow a whole bunch of us come up with little silly jokes. A lot of chuckles and it was my turn in no time. Quick turnaround and payment using the Square. I will be back just because it's such a quaint little store and I'm hoping to come back for more jokes - all kid friendly too.

The times that I have come into this post office though, the staff has seemed stressed out and not overly friendly. In my most recent visit, I didn't know if they had self serve. There are no obvious signs and long lines and no one around to ask. When I finally got up to the door, I asked if there was self serve as the employee was going to close the door. I opted to go over to the self serve. There is only one self serve station so be forewarned if you go over there. If anyone is in front of you they may take just as long as the line. It is on the west entrance. This post office is smaller as well and just not as user friendly. Will try to stick with the JFK office when i need postal needs. This one just has not ever been overly impressive.

I needed a specialty box to return something to Amazon.com and no one in town seemed to have one. So, I was starting to freak out about returning this item. I called Leonard's and he said, "I have two of them." I drove down later that day and he had the boxes out waiting for me. I grabbed the one that worked best for me. I also needed some bubble wrap and purchased that. Leonard refused to charge me for the elusive box, so I left him a decent tip on the counter, because he went out of his way for me. The best part of Leonard's that I haven't mentioned is that it is next door to the Old Town post office and there is never a line at Leonard's. So you can either wait in the Post Office line or go to Leonard's and find out which is cheaper between the USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

They always greet me by name when I come in. Whether I'm faxing something (god, who does that anymore!?) or needing to mail off an oddly-shaped widget, Mail & Copy has always had my back. They get small business owners. Do they get everything right? Hell, I don't get everything right. But I've never had an issue big enough to complain about with Mail & Copy - and certainly much more to sing their praises about, which is why I'm leaving them a 5-star review. I'm not one to quibble over a few dollars here or there, but comparatively, their rates for mailboxes are pretty competitive. I've also never had the issue Alden mentioned - in fact, Brad often mentions various ways to *reduce* the cost of what I'm trying to send along. When I bring in pre-stamped packages - I've only been asked once to add postage to it (and - if you've ever worked with a warehouse shipping department, the sensitivity of the scale is everything). Nope, Mail & Copy is legit. I'm pretty damn picky about who I'll do business with, and these folks are walking on water as far as I'm concerned. Keep up the good work!

Frustrated, I called to see what they could do since I'd already picked it up and left and they offered to trim it for me if I brought the poster back. Very glad they were willing to accommodate me, but I wish the woman working when I originally picked up the piece had let me know they could actually trim it for me instead of making me return another day. Besides that, this place is speedy and prints with great quality and relatively reasonable prices.
