The delivery driver dumped 6 packages on the curb in a rainstorm when we have a covered porch. I guess they didn't want to open the gate and find out that we have a gigantic covered porch. Delivery drivers bringing packages to an address should not dump things on the curb in the rain when there is a safe location at the address. The contents are waterlogged and destroyed. I wish I could call my local post office and communicate that we expect our deliveries to arrive DRY by the time we are home from our jobs. All I want is to talk to whoever coordinates the delivery route to our address and get this cleared up for future deliveries so it does not repeat. It is completely impossible to call the 800 number and reach your local post office to ACTUALLY TALK TO the mail carrier responsible for this and clear it up for future deliveries. It seems like a simple issue for the future but there is NO WAY for me to talk to any of the people bringing the mail and inform them of the ginormous front covered porch that they have decided to ignore.

Well i dont make it to this post office super often. I live on the other side of town and honestly…read moredont go to a post office very often. The times that I have come into this post office though, the staff has seemed stressed out and not overly friendly. In my most recent visit, I didn't know if they had self serve. There are no obvious signs and long lines and no one around to ask. When I finally got up to the door, I asked if there was self serve as the employee was going to close the door. I opted to go over to the self serve. There is only one self serve station so be forewarned if you go over there. If anyone is in front of you they may take just as long as the line. It is on the west entrance. This post office is smaller as well and just not as user friendly. Will try to stick with the JFK office when i need postal needs. This one just has not ever been overly impressive.

Mail was sent a month ago and now it's lost because courier didn't bother coming to the door and verifying. Just go through UPS or FedEx if you need to send something important. It reached all the way to my neighborhood but since the courier decided not to deliver, I don't have the things I need. I talked to customer service and was told it was wrong of the courier to not at least knock and verify, something they should've done.

My first and last visit to this location... first, parking is a major pain. There are less than 5…read morespots designated for FedEx, 2 for trucks, and the trucks aren't parked in the designated truck spots. The lot is tiny and there's no easy way to park near the entrance. I am just leaving after a 20 minute wait, with 2 employees both working. One was struggling through an international shipment while the other managed another customer, and loudly asked the other employee if she was done yet. She helped this customer, and the other employee helped a man who arrived there after me. The two employees had to change work stations twice because evidently the software is not the same on both - very clunky operations. Even the truck drivers had to stand around and wait for them to catch up - there wasn't a line when I arrived, but there certainly was when I left. Theres no clear location to wait in line, either - just stand around.

SUPER hesitant to post this one, folks. This FedEx Kinko's is my little secret - and I'm terrified…read morethat a good review will invite a crowd....but, here goes! It's about 3 miles from a really busy big brother store, and I love ducking into this for some basic services. The parking isn't great, and it's a little funky to get into if you're not good with round-a-bouts (..."look kids, there's parliament!"...) Big shout out to Store Manager Madison! She's attentive from the minute you walk in - if nothing else, she acknowledges you and says she'll be right with you. But I've never had a bad moment here. They have a great little self-service area and are always happy to help as needed.
