I am just leaving after a 20 minute wait, with 2 employees both working. One was struggling through an international shipment while the other managed another customer, and loudly asked the other employee if she was done yet. She helped this customer, and the other employee helped a man who arrived there after me. The two employees had to change work stations twice because evidently the software is not the same on both - very clunky operations. Even the truck drivers had to stand around and wait for them to catch up - there wasn't a line when I arrived, but there certainly was when I left. Theres no clear location to wait in line, either - just stand around.

I gave up on trying to email the papers because the internet was useless. I decided to purchase a couple of items, but there wasn't a single person at the check out stand. There was one gentleman at the computer service stand helping another guest, but he, nor anyone at the printing counter acknowledged the long line of people waiting to be helped for a very long time. I was about to give up and walk out when someone finally came over - while also arguing with the computer service person about the line. When they checked guests out, it seemed they were very inconvenienced by doing their job. One girl came in either from her lunch or for the start of her shift and immediately began checking people out without even putting her stuff down first, which was appreciated, but I did feel bad for her. My second visit was better as the staff were a bit more friendly thankfully. Overall though, it is certainly not my first choice in FoCo for office supplies.

We give UPS about 92% of them - the rest go to the USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail systems. We know a good post office when we see it. The negative reviews further down this page are from a time (YEARS AGO) when this post office did deserve what you see posted. There was a man named Dana, the postmaster at the time, who just about single handily created the 2.4 star rating on their main profile. Our business would bring a good amount of packages every day, only to be greeted by an individual who was nothing but put out to see us. Every. Single. Time. Really awkward exchanges, stares and just flat out rude. He wouldn't even let us use the mail totes for business purposes like every other post office in the nation does. We had to purchase our own totes from ULINE, then he would try to hang on to them when we handed the mail over. It was incredible. The current blonde woman at the counter is a HUGE breath of fresh air for us. She most recently renewed our business P.O. Box and was very kind, helpful and thorough. It appears the employees in the back are significant upgrades as well. All of our customer orders go out every day like clock work (we check the tracking a couple hours after they are dropped off). Mailbox is empty. Now on my 8th call to the post office only to here the busy signal again. They should all be terminated and replaced. Horrible, just plain horrible.
