We had an older gentleman separating all our items. He priced our load at $209.25. I was not satisfied as I knew what items I brought in. So I asked for help with Shannan, and she was rude and not very helpful. So I went to discuss the prices with the same gentleman, and I noticed them separating my load into different piles. Clean aluminum. Then he noticed I caught them and back peddled and weighed them for a separate ticket of $22.40. I know we had a lot more than $230 on that trailer. See pictures of items and of the stack they pulled out from one of my bins. Marinna said I could talk to management, but I think the public needs to know there is a possibility that you will encounter Shady business here.

My large commercial vehicle has to park at the curb out front. They have a large selection of packaged food and drinks + a small kitchen where they have make sandwiches and prepare Godfather's Pizza. Their restrooms (men & women) are clean. In my experience, the staff are friendly and efficient. They recently expanded their hours.

Brett said he would have something for me the following week. When I didn't hear from him I called and he said he would try to get on it. After 3 more weekly phone calls and empty promises I gave up and quit calling. I never did get a proof. Out of curiosity in late October I called Brett and told him I had brought in my business card to be reprinted in June with a sample and the changes I wante made and asked if he had done anything on it. He finally found my information and sent me a proof on November 3 with the original information of the card with the old phone numbers and address. I responded the same day with the original changes I had requested in June. On November 8 I emailed Brett asking if he had anything on the business cards and received no reply. It is now November 16. He has constantly promised to get on it tomorrow, or next week or whenever. I'm still waiting. Absolutely the worst printing company I've ever encountered. Too bad because they come over as trusting and conscientious. And they were recommended by a good friend.
