I picked up the dress and it was taken in so much that the dress no longer fit me. I then asked them to take it out and they ruined the dress entirely. I was told that the area "wouldn't pill or rip anymore" and that it was "under the arms" so it didn't matter. They took a gorgeous new dress and completely destroyed it. After I asked, I was refunded the money for the alterations I paid for but am now out the money I paid for the dress. Do not go here.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH ANYTHING OF VALUE! I left a valuable…read more very large item to be cleaned at Oakridge Burke cleaners & entered data in their system. Went back after a few weeks since I had not been notified it was ready. Attendant there searched for record of drop-off, & not finding it, asked me to provide a more exact time when I left it, which I provided. Also visited the Burke cleaning hub in Loveland with data, description, & actual photo of item. Staff at both places indicated not possible to find item, & offered no willingness to look further. Whole attitude of the Burke staff I encountered was definitely not one bit sympathetic to help find the lost item, nor caring that that it was lost. No way to know if the article was ruined & the record deleted, or if it is sitting in a heap somewhere in one of their cleaning locations.
