I don't ever leave reviews but I had to leave one for her after I saw how she treated this family that walked in before me. They had about four kids trying to get passports and they didn't know how but Priscilla was super kind and answered every question with a smile. She even cracked jokes and made everyone in the post office laugh. She's an amazing employee! I came in for my passport appointment I had at 12:00pm and I was out of there by 11:58am and she was working all alone with a long line of people. She's awesome!

We give UPS about 92% of them - the rest go to the USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail systems. We know a good post office when we see it. The negative reviews further down this page are from a time (YEARS AGO) when this post office did deserve what you see posted. There was a man named Dana, the postmaster at the time, who just about single handily created the 2.4 star rating on their main profile. Our business would bring a good amount of packages every day, only to be greeted by an individual who was nothing but put out to see us. Every. Single. Time. Really awkward exchanges, stares and just flat out rude. He wouldn't even let us use the mail totes for business purposes like every other post office in the nation does. We had to purchase our own totes from ULINE, then he would try to hang on to them when we handed the mail over. It was incredible. The current blonde woman at the counter is a HUGE breath of fresh air for us. She most recently renewed our business P.O. Box and was very kind, helpful and thorough. It appears the employees in the back are significant upgrades as well. All of our customer orders go out every day like clock work (we check the tracking a couple hours after they are dropped off). But after one attempt we finally got an appointment at the Lyons Post Office and about 7 weeks later we got our passports! I highly recommend and most of it is required but have ALL your paperwork ready when you make your appointment. Birth certificates for all along with with a picture ID and a completed passport application is a must. I have full custody of my 2 daughters so I had to provide a court order copy. Otherwise both biological parents have to be present and sign for minor children. The Lyons Post Office was clean and no busy at all. They also offer the passport photo taking so no need to worry about that! For 3 passports, it was less than $400!

I mailed a…read moremanila envelope with 6 pieces of letter size paper to Dept of Revenue in Colorado to pay my taxes. I put 2 stamps on it. They returned for more postage so I put on a third stamp. This is plenty of postage and are forever stamps purchased last year. They sent it back a second time saying "addressee doesnt pay postage" well no shit thats why there are 3 stamps on it. They are refusing mailing my envelope and now Im late on taxes. Its feeling like harassment at this point to refuse to mail my taxes with 3 stamps for 6 pieces of paper on it. Beyond ridiculous. I will never purchase anything from them again or mail any packages.

I had to print programs for my brother's memorial service and they were able to do it same day and for $165 less than a local funeral home. I was worried what the programs would look like but the quality was beautiful. I highly recommend this business.
