She was quick to answer questions, great multitasker, and overall amazing customer service. I don't ever leave reviews but I had to leave one for her after I saw how she treated this family that walked in before me. They had about four kids trying to get passports and they didn't know how but Priscilla was super kind and answered every question with a smile. She even cracked jokes and made everyone in the post office laugh. She's an amazing employee! I came in for my passport appointment I had at 12:00pm and I was out of there by 11:58am and she was working all alone with a long line of people. She's awesome!

We live in Aurora, and after a terrible…read moreexperience with the Aurora passport office (the clerk never even showed up for our 7am appointment wtf), I opted to drive 40 minutes away to get this done right. I made an appointment online, and off we went to get a passport made for our toddler. First of all, the town is TINY and the post office was so cute on the outside! I was like...ummmm are we in the right spot? Parking was scarce since it's literally like 5 spots on dirt, but we waited and got a spot. Inside, you go left, and the passport area is shared with the post office area. We waited a few minutes for the people ahead of us to get their passports done, then it was our turn. I was SO prepared when we got there! Photocopies of everything, all the birth records, everything you can imagine. I read horror stories about Aurora where you would be turned away if you didn't have the right photocopy of a driver's license. I get to the window, she looks at my photocopies, and she says "let's do this again on my machine, it looks nicer". I'm like WTF is she doing all the copies for me for free, without me even asking? I was seriously dumbfounded at the excellent service. The clerk got everything done for us. Stapled all the right pages, had us sign all the right areas, told us who to make our checks payable to, triple checked that we were good to go. We were out of there in 15 minutes. We had taken the day off to get this done and were expecting to spend a few hours of our lives waiting. We ended up spending a lovely day exploring Boulder and Louisville afterwards since we were kind of in the area! Thank you Henderson Post Office for your wonderful passport services!

Dana is the absolute best. My mail was sent to the wrong address (not USPS's fault, but the website through which I ordered) and she was so willing to help me try to track it down and brainstorm other options to get it. I was grumpy walking in (because, hey, the ring I ordered is MIA), but Dana's warm and friendly attitude turned my day around. Gotta spread the positivity otherwise how will the atmosphere's of places like this change?

I LOVE having the ability to send off packages on my own time due to the kiosks, so that leads to…read morebe having many a-nights stopping by here, usually in the dead of night, to drop off whatever package I might have (I sell clothing online as a side hustle so I stop by here at least 3 times a week usually). But the last 3 times I've come here (so in the last week and a half/two weeks) the place where you put your package and then you push a handle up to send your package on its way, has been getting more and more broken, until I came tonight when I realized it didn't work whatsoever! So now i went out of my way to come here for absolutely no reason, and now ill have to drive another 15 min to reach a post office with a working kiosk, which btw really sucks/ is totally annoying.

She thinks they have to be literally flat for documents (that is a different smaller envelope that's "priority flat rate legal envelope") and not have any tape to extra secure the seal. I have been doing this for 13 years as my job and this is the first time I've heard such nonsense from a usps employee. Everyone else at the post office is nice though; that lady just ruins it if you see her.
