I had a treadmill that I needed to move from my apartment to my downstairs neighbor and called…read moreseveral companies for their quotes. Prices ranged from over $200 to $540 just to move one item. When my neighbor recommended RK Junk, I couldn't have been happier with their very fair price (they should probably charge more) and their prompt, friendly, easy going and professional service. For such a challenging piece of equipment, they were very careful and precise with their work. After the treadmill was moved, they took a bunch of furniture items to be donated for me, since the donation pickups aren't back to work yet during COVID. Again, a super fair price and great work. I couldn't recommend them more highly and have told all of my friends and family to call RK Junk.

There's a reason why Puroclean gets five star reviews!…read more After a burst pipe caused two waterfalls coming from the ceiling directly into our spare bedroom the first week of winter vacation, I gave Puroclean a call to help with cleanup after realizing I was way over my head and seeing their reviews on Yelp. Although they were busy with many other burst pipe cleanup calls due to the extreme cold weather we had just experienced, Chase was at our home within an hour of my initial call. He immediately put my mind at ease and developed a game plan to return things back to normal. Chase and Anthony visited each day for a week to check on progress, move equipment around and gave me updates along the way. They have great communication, always let me know when they would arrive and were absolutely amazing to work with every step of the way. I hope I never need their services again, but in the unfortunate circumstance that I do, I wouldn't hesitate a nanosecond to give them a call. A truly class act company.

After I had sent the the flooring selection they had attempted (possibly an honest oversight) to install lesser quality flooring in a completely different shade that I had sent them. Had I not caught it, it would have been in stalled. I was given multiple assurances that the project would be finished in time so that our tenant would not be homeless. Needless to say that deadline was not met 4 months after the water damage on a project that was not huge. Communication started great until we started to just be told what we wanted to hear without any follow through. I would not recommend working with this company at all.

Jordan Edwards was the lead person and I am a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! I did not have a huge load (maybe half a pickup bed), but I had it all in my garage and was eager to get it hauled away. I texted a message on a Friday afternoon. Jordan, of Pride N Service, called about 10 minutes later. It is Saturday morning and all my stuff is gone! They were very friendly, worked quickly and were professional.
