AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My husband and I have a 25+year old, small business and have used UPS Store boxes as our mailing address. This location was our latest of 3 UPS Stores. The first two stores were consummate professionals, with excellent communication and service. THIS store is run by the most unprofessional, disorganized bunch of idiots, and I think they must've changed hands recently, because the first 2 years with them (this is our 5th yr at this location) was not terrible. Once a contract for services is signed, nothing more should be required until/unless at the next renewal the terms, pricing, or corrections/updates are needed. These people will repeatedly ask for forms to be refilled, indicating either extreme disorganization or something sketchy. They will claim the USPS requires the forms to be filled every 6 months to a year, which is absolutely NOT true (I contacted the postmaster). Additionally, they don't seem to know how to use the telephone or email they've been provided to contact a business box holder, so they leave written notes in the box with short deadlines to meet their idiotic requirements. During tax season, they decided to deny services in the form of returning mail sent to us at our prepaid, contracted box. This has caused us a major headache and is seemingly a breach of contract for failing to provide contracted services. The owner should find something more suitable to do, because "service" is a foreign concept to them. Advice to other business owners- find a different store or get a P.O. Box. The UPS Store in the South Mall (anchored by a King Soopers) in Loveland, CO goes beyond the call of duty to get their packages out each day. The reviews attest to several close calls they handled well at the end of the day, and I experienced one myself this week. Traffic caused me to arrive at the UPS Store 5 minutes late as they were wrapping up the day behind the just-locked doors. I held up my package and knocked...they came to see and found that I only needed to send an Amazon paid return, promptly opened the door for me, took my paperwork and return merchandise and I was on my way home. I was VERY pleased and will use them from now on for all my shipping...planning to arrive ON TIME next time. They are good folks working in a harried world!! read more

This is a review of UPS in general, but my package came from UPS In Loveland but I'm not sure if it came from this exact store or a distribution center. I am so very tired of UPS saying they are delivering your package at a specific time and then it comes way after the time they specified. For example, today I had a package that was coming to me that needed a signature and I received two emails from UPS stating that my package would be delivered by noon today. I sat here until 1 PM when I had to leave for a meeting. I had no choice, and I specifically asked that it would be redirected to my neighbor. Well, apparently this particular package could not be redirected, but the package was not delivered by the delivery man until 4:30 PM! I had been waiting until 1 o'clock and it had specifically said it was gonna be delivered by noon. I missed the driver by about 10 minutes and I immediately called UPS to have them request that the driver come back and bring me my package because it was important and I needed it today. However, they stated that the package will be re-delivered tomorrow by 5 PM. I stated that I cannot be here until 5 PM and they made it sound like it was my fault that I'm not getting my package because I won't be here till 5 PM when in fact it originally is their fault because they said they were going to deliver it to my home by noon Today, which did not happen. I called them and I was absolutely furious and they will not bring my package back until tomorrow. I told him I am done with UPS and I will not use them again. I will not purchase anything that comes from a store and they use UPS either. They think that we have all day to sit here and wait for them. Like we don't work or we don't have an important meetings or other things to do that. We can just sit here all day for them. They should be giving us a more specific timeframe of when they're gonna be here like a 2 to 3 hour window or a 2 to 4 like they said by noon today which would've been fine if they would have shown up in that timeframe, but they didn't. So I am not going to get my package at all now because they won't deliver it this evening and I will not be available in the timeframe that they wanna deliver it tomorrow so I am furious. That is poor Customer Service if I've ever seen it! read more

You are an amazing employee, very charismatic and joyful, always willing to help and crackin' jokes during conversation to ensure the customer is having a good day. Thank you for being a great employee and dealing with awful , self centered, entitled customers. Anyone who rates this store below 4star is probably the one who caused the issue, can't solve the issue and is throwing a tamper tantrum on the phone or over the counter. It is not hard to be a decent and smart human being, it is not hard to listen to the employees rather than talking over them or arguing with them. The employee is more correct than the customer. The customer is there for help, not the other way around. Some people need to get that through their head before writing bad reviews. read more

I went around 4:45pm on 1/28/23, there were two guys in their 20's or 30's working. I had one simple question, to verify that all my packages were included on the return since the receipt was showing 4 out of 5. The guy working told me to "take my box and get out of his store" because he was "done with this day". I was so shocked I left, and now I don't know if all five of my returns will make it back or not, since only four were verified and the store closed shortly after. read more

I came in to the store understanding from what I read on Amazon returns that UPS would box and send back my recent Amazon purchase. When I got there, Robin was very helpful getting me a dolly and giving me cost to package information. Altho, I understand the packaging would have been UPS quality packing I did not want to spend that kind of money . I went home and boxed up the product, printed off the label and returned to UPS. I was honored that Robin was there again and helped me get the 65 point box in the store. I love this UPS store on Eagle Dr. in Loveland, CO and highly recommend them. Their service is awesome!!! She is kind, professional, and genuinely pleased to see me and call me by name every time I come into the store, which is more than a few times a week. Brought a package to the store Thursday (Christmas Eve). Was told the package would be sent out that night. I understand with the holidays it might've been delayed a day or so but come Monday I finally call the store and they tell me they're going to send a package out then... FOUR DAYS after they told me it would be sent out. If there was going to be this much of a delay they should've told me when the package was paid to be shipped. read more

Had two 11x14 inch pictures sent to Texas. They did a superb job of wrapping and placing protective material in the box. The girl asked if we wanted a quote on the price first, but told her no, needed to be sent. Thought the price was well worth all the effort put into sending these safely out of state. I highly recommend this store. I use UPS for most of my shipping needs. Since I live close, I use this store always. An employee, Robin Kramer, deserves recognition. She is a model employee. I get there early and see her cleaning the store. I'm talking 7:45 and she is cleaning before she opens! Who have you seen today do that! She is ready to do business at 7:50-8:00 AM! She is always friendly, ready to assist and precise in her work. Definitely an employee of the year. Larimer County has issued a law that all retail staff and customers entering stores need to wear masks or face coverings, barring medical conditions making that impossible. However, none of the three women working there yesterday--ringing up customers--were following this. Two had no masks at all and the third had it pulled down. I am unhappy that this store chose to put me and other customers at more risk, and I will not be going to this location any longer. read more

I am a UPS MyChoice Premium Member and used this service to direct an Amazon order to the UPS store next to King Soopers in Loveland. Received tracking information from UPS indicating that the package had been delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. Went to the UPS store on Friday and the package was not there, employee indicated that it would be in that day. Called on Saturday morning to see if the package had arrived and it had not. I checked UPS tracking information for the package myself and found that it indicated that it was signed for and customer rejected order. So called back the store and all they could say was to call UPS and offered no help. I pointed out that the employee checked on Friday and said it was arriving that day. UPS store employee basically said the store is a franchise and has no obligation to help. I will now avoid using UPS and especially this UPS Store in particular. I will cancel the UPS MyChoice Premium membership as it was useless or worse. Unfortunately, when making online purchases the choice to use UPS or not is the sellers. read more

I just paid $15.92 to ship a small package UPS ground that weighed 1.5lbs to Bozeman, MT which was absolutely crazy. I have never paid this much for UPS ground for such a small package ever. I questioned the price and was fed some bogus excuse by the foreign lady that worked there. I will never use this place again and advise people to avoid the place unless you want to be ripped off. I could have got a flat rate box at the post office for way less. They obviously are marking prices up big time to pay for operating the facility. read more

Terrible, Incompetent employees. My husband called in and asked for a specific size of transparency paper, he was told by one employee that they had it in stock, came in to the store and it wasn't there. Asked for a manager, There was no manager, got a bunch of run-around, then was told that they had the paper and wouldn't sell it to me! Terrible service! Unfriendly staff, overpriced shipping and supplies. I rented a mailbox during a temporary stay in the area. I moved and needed to extend my box one final month. The manager won't allow it saying "Corporate" said he can only extend in 3 month increments. I asked for a corporate number and he said stores are privately owned and they couldn't help me. Other employees extended it one month at a time in the past, but he said he wouldn't. I had rented this box for 11 months at $25/month. Not cheap. In addition, they overcharged me for shipping services TWICE. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The price mark ups are OUTRAGEOUS and the staff seems really unhappy to be working for their manager/owner. It was like a black hole of joy every time I went in. read more
