Do not use this service! I was quoted one price and was charged more than what I was quoted. The driver was 20 minutes late in picking my son up for a dr. appointment and my son was forced to drive himself after knee surgery. I cancelled the shuttle service due to the lateness of the driver (I guess having a 30 minute window is not enough for the guy). My driver then said he didn't have to refund me because he was 30 seconds from picking my son up and said I should have scheduled the pickup with enough time to get to the appointment. Again I guess 30 minutes prior is not enough. I told him he has terrible business practices and then he proceeded to call me a Karen and a loser. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of this business, you will never get to where you need to go. read more

Excellent service, great value and superb quality vehicles. My sister and I needed a ride from my nieces home to our hotel in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Our driver, Dan, showed up promptly within 10 minutes and Shut shuttled us to our hotel. He was courteous, professional, and polite. We were also looking for a shuttle from Cheyenne to the Denver international airport. Dan was available and gave us an excellent rate so we booked via his website. The next morning, my sister and I had the most enjoyable ride I have ever had taking a shuttle, Uber, and or a taxi. Not only did we have a safe professional driver, but we also made a new friend. You don't find great customer service like that these days. I would definitely recommend Unique unlimited for any transportation you need. I most definitely will utilize the service again. Dan Turner, owner of Unique Unlimited, LLC., was absolutely fantastic. He came out on a Sunday early evening to rescue my husband and I after our transmission fluid had leaked out of our truck. We literally had no way to get back into town. Dan was very reassuring, knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful. He also did not overcharge us even though he could have in such a situation. He went and picked up the transmission fluid/supplies and brought them out to us and then followed us back into town to make sure we made it safely. What a great guy! It's just too bad there aren't more Dan Turners around. I would totally recommend keeping his business number handy if you travel through this part of the country:) read more

The owner of this business called my place of work and yelled at me and threatened me because we dare to display all cards for shuttle and taxi businesses in town, then hung up on me when I tried to engage in a rational conversation with him. Suffice it to say that neither i, nor any of my coworkers, will be recommending this service to anyone ever again. That is not how you create a positive name for yourself in a town. read more
