This was my 3rd r/t tripwith groome. They are efficient, on time and friendly. This last trip from the airport was a bit frustrating due to the other passengers. It was a full bus and people were sitting in seats in the aisle leaving open window seats for their bags. When other passengers got on they didn't move. One family had to put their child by himself a few rows up because no one bothered to give up their seat so that people could sit together. Also, this last ride to the airport was so cold that everyone, had their hoods up, hats/gloves on. Otherwise, It's an easy option and has worked out for us, so we will continue to use them. read more

They spoke to us very rudely when we arrived for our bus and also turned us away when our names were at the top of the list of names. Very unprofessional and very rude. I wish I could say the worst part of my experience with Groome Transportation was the flight delay into Denver, but it wasn't. It was the absolute vile and subhuman treatment I received from their customer service. I called in while in transit, clearly stressed and seeking confirmation on my late-night connection--a service I have already paid for. The woman who answered didn't just lack professionalism; she lacked basic human decency. She literally started the call with an audible, disgusted "UGH..." like answering a customer's question was a physical burden on her life. When I tried to explain that I was worried about the 11:50 PM driver leaving without me, she snapped that they are open 24 hours and told me I "shouldn't be calling her for that" before hanging up on me. Let that sink in: I am a traveler, stuck in a strange city at midnight, and when I call the company I paid to keep me safe and transport me, they treat me like garbage and hang up the phone. They effectively abandoned me without a word of confirmation, leaving me to wonder if I'd be sleeping on the airport floor or stranded on a dark curb. If you value your safety, your money, or being treated with an ounce of respect, DO NOT USE GROOME. They take your money and then treat you like an inconvenience when you ask them to actually do their jobs. This isn't just bad service; it's a dangerous level of negligence and a "culture of contempt" from the top down. STAY AWAY. Take an Uber, take a bus, walk--anything is better than giving these people a dime. read more

Groome Transportation: Warning and be aware: On January 17 we took Groome Bus from DIA to Loveland/NOCO airport. Driver would not let me take briefcase loaded with electronics onto the bus because it had wheels. I informed the driver the case was full of electronics. Our luggage was in a pile in snow/mud parking lot when we got off the bus. Everything in case was crushed and destroyed. It contained two laptops, two 10 inch tablets with keyboards, multiple small items including pill box with crushed pills. All monitors were shattered. Inside looked like it had been run over, it was too much damage to have even 100 lbs dropped on it. Original cost $5400 and close to $6000 to replace. I took broken case full of damaged equipment to Groome office in Loveland and was met with a shrug and then told not liable for loss or damage. Submitted a claim with Groome and received written replay basically copying from their website (which not easy to find this information) "Groome Transportation will not be liable under any circumstances for damage to or loss of any luggage. Groome Transportation disclaims any liability for particularly expensive, valuable, or fragile items such as, but not limited to, computers, electronics, jewelry, banknotes, artwork, collectibles, or antiques, and strongly recommends that these items remain with passengers at all times." What started off as a comfortable and reasonable way home from DIA became a very expensive and unacceptable result. read more

I've always enjoyed riding room I park at the Loveland airport. It is very cheap. I don't have to deal with the traffic going down Denver but unfortunately this weekend I parked at the Loveland airport on Saturday. Flew down to see my grandchildren and on arriving home at 9:50 at night. Found my car to be not in the lot. I had to pay an extra $30 to get them to drive me to my house because I couldn't get an Uber that time of night to come get me in calling the police to find out what happened to my car. It appears that the Loveland airport had it towed, despite the fact that it had the piece of paper in the front windshield like it was supposed to, but unfortunately, the piece of paper got turned upside down that will cost you on the cheap side $300 would've been cheaper to drive down to Denver read more

Groome Transportation In Fort Collins, CO, decided to abandon safety, common decency, good sense, and quality customer service in favor of expediency when they told a 79 year old disabled man riding with me, who had also prepaid for service to his home, that he would have to be left alone after midnight Friday morning 6/14/25 to get an Uber or Lyft. The driver made the assumption that he even knew how to do such a thing, or otherwise did not care. He was prepared to leave this physically disabled older man to fend for himself rather than do the right thing and get him home, and that is utterly disgusting! His flight came in late to Denver, and Groome was not tracking the flights - even though they collect that information as part of customer reservations. I offered to drive this gentleman from my house in Fort Collins to Windsor since the dispatcher told our driver he didn't have time. It would make him late picking up his next passengers. In the end, he did get home with an Uber or Lyft, but I wish the man had accepted my offer because those optics would have been incredibly pathetic for Groome! But he did not get a refund or credit for his Groome ride home. Unfortunately, this shuttle company is the only one this man or I know of currently that offers home pick up and drop off, but what good is that if Groome doesn't even honor that commitment when it is prepaid? The bus driver called me a little b*tch after I provided my traveler name to get checked in simply because I said it to fast. Drivers name was Nicole but tried to give me a fake name because she knew I would be complaining. Don't take from the Denver airport they will treat you like dirt just for wanting to get on the bus. Not my fault that you were over 20 min late I get it stuff happens buses are late but no reason to take out frustration on paying customers. I have used Groome Transportation for the last 4 trips to Colorado and I have always been pleasantly surprised at how easy it is. They pick up right near baggage claim and the drivers are always friendly and helpful! The Fort Collins center has a well lit and roomy parking lot with easy on and off from I-25 and a major road into Fort Collins. I'll never rent another car again at DIA. read more

I recently attempted to use Groome (via) Denver to Fort Collins. My shuttle never arrived. When I contacted customer service they kept repeating "yeah that shuttle arrived". It was like I was being gas-lit. I paid almost $70 for a service that was never provided. I strongly recommend to never use their service. I'm literally sitting here on the bus waiting for 20 minutes beyond the time that we were supposed to leave because somebody forgot their purse. They are making an entire bus full of people wait for one single person who left their purse on a shuttle. I have an international flight to catch and I'm very possibly going to miss it due to this stupid issue. Air conditioning not working in the last two shuttles I've taken. Makes for a miserable ride.

We are both profoundly handicapped yet our driver absolutely refused to drop us off at United. Instead, he insisted everyone get off at Southwest, meaning we didn't have access to the airport wheelchairs for United until we made our painful way to the far side of the terminal. The driver ignored me entirely and was rude throughout. In the other hand, the fellow who picked us up at our house was helpful, friendly and conscientious. read more

My parents tried to use Groome shuttle this past week, but their flight was delayed to the weather so they missed their 9:50 am shuttle. The 10:50 and 11:50 shuttles were full so we ended up picking them up to bring to Fort Collins for Thanksgiving. We asked for a travel credit to use in the future and they said they wouldn't offer one because there was a shuttle available at 12:50. My parents are older and it wouldn't be feasible to ask them to wait around for 3 hours. Groome also mentioned that my parents could check every hour to see if anybody didn't show up which seems very odd to ask your paying customers to do that. They also wouldn't refund the driver tip even though nobody even used their services. I called several times hoping that I would get someone that would be able to assist, but all of the representatives I had were rude and difficult to work with. We will be using Landline for transportation going forward. Their policies are much more lenient and understanding as travel plans change for unforeseen circumstances so I'd highly recommend using them instead. read more

This service is very convenient and we love having the option for travel BUT I have never had a ride to the airport that's warm. I'm not talking a little chilly, the ride is so cold you can see your breath. This is not comfortable at all and absolutely not worth the convenience. My wife and I both had reservations on Groom from the LVLD/ NOCO airport to DIA for June 11th. Due to illness just before departure my with had to cancel her trip. I went on the Groome website and filled out their form. I put in our confirmation number and was told it could not be verified. So we paid for two Groom reservations although only one of us could make the flight. Before returning to Colorado, on June 17, I again went on the Groome website and put in our confirmation number and was told I had to provide additional in formation otherwise the request was not valid. There was NO additional information to provide Again we had paid for two reservations although only one person actually flew. In short Groome collected two round trip fares when only one of us actually travelled on their bus. Of course Groome does not give refunds, but only credit, and now they make it impossible to get credit. Welcome to our own little local monopoly. And their busses ride like an old "WESTERN BUCFBOARD". kidney punching you all the way to DIA and back! I will start driving again for a fraction of the cost including parking. read more

Had a scheduled pickup and drop off, the first went well now during my trip they decided to longer service Laramie in the middle of my trip with no way to get back! When I called they said better luck next time! Best we can do is get you to Fort Collins then try Uber. Had they been honest I would have still used them and driven my truck to FOCO, but their lies have screwed me over. They got me home after a long couple days of travel. But, everyone I dealt with was challenging to work with and NOT helpful to clients. 1) if you communicate with me by text then I expect that I can communicate with you by text. I was chastised like a child by the persons I was on the phone with because " I should have known better " Then it turns out the bus is half empt!?! 2) I then saw a woman with a reservation for the next bus ask to get on the half empty bus and the driver treated her with disrespect in front of everyone. Then did not let her on! people on the bus where stunned! one woman said I would be soo pissed if they did that to me. We made a reservation for Groome to pick up my sister and brother in law from the airport over Labor Day weekend. Their flight was slightly delayed, however, so my sister in law contacted Groome to let them know they were running behind and would be outside within 10 minutes. The lady who answered said they were on a tight schedule and could not wait for them. She also said the next shuttle arriving an hour later was already full. We tried to call Groome to request a refund and the lady said their policy is to not offer refunds, and hung up. When my husband tried calling back she hung up on him again. We've used this company a couple times before without any issues, but I'm not sure how a transportation business can stay in business when they have no flexibility with delayed flights, and don't offer to make it right. I couldn't believe they would just leave them stranded at the airport. We ended up having to pay the same amount on an Uber which we'll be doing from now on. Not good! That sums it up. The ride was a potentially deadly situation. I was on the 5:50 PM Groome shuttle on Wed. May 28th from DIA to Fort Collins. The bus had a non-functioning defrost system for the windows, and it profoundly impacted the front windshield. The driver could not see adequately to drive. The fogging of the windows began at the front windshield while still traveling on Hwy 470. By the time the bus merged onto I-25, the condensation had reached the side windows. A very dangerous situation! The only reason the driver could continue is due to a young woman who took her jacket and wiped the front windshield every few minutes. The driver needed to pull over and contact Groome to have a replacement bus come pick up the passengers and take us to our destinations in Loveland and Fort Collins. Frankly, I would prefer to be late than dead. Time to address maintenance issues and driver protocols. Not OK! P.S. When you fix the defrost system, replace the windshield wiper blades as well. Groome transportation is obviously more interested in making money than passenger comfort. I took the shuttle from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Denver International Airport. The shuttle picks up in a few spots around Cheyenne and to my surprise it also navigated off the main route to pick up in a neighborhood. The shuttle is tight and hot. The shuttle then heads to Loveland airport,where to my surprise again, all of the passengers had to change shuttles. I thought the first shuttle was tight, uncomfortable and hot but boy was I in for an another shocker. If you think you don't have any room in coach on your flight, maybe you should use Groome because you will soon appreciate the sprawling elbow room of your spacious coach throne. If you've ever been to a concert where everyone is jammed packed and you don't know if it's your sweat or someone else's then you would know what it's like to ride in the Groome shuttle. But at least you're having fun at the concert. If I could do it again, I'd easily pay more money for some sort of shuttle or car service where I wouldn't have to sit with my skin pressed against and strangers sweaty skin. Since you really don't have another option to get back to Fort Collins from the airport this review won't mean very much, but if you do or you're thinking about driving maybe you should. Recently, my wife and I were picked up from the airport during a busy time of the evening but Groome only sent one of their small busses. Everyone was packed into it and I at 6" was a in a middle seat all the way back to FC. BUMMER, but it might have just been bad luck. Tonight's issue went too far for me. Their driver Eric, told my 76 year old mother that she could not go to the bathroom before leaving even though they still had a few minutes. She should chose to stand on the curb for an hour or try and hold it on the bus? Nice. With a few minutes left wouldn't it have been decent to let an older woman use the restroom before leaving? If there is any another way for you to get to and from the airport, I'd recommend taking it. Groome isn't what it used to be. read more

I used Groome Transportation for shuttle service from Loveland, CO to the Denver airport. (approx 50 miles) The customer service from start to finish was excellent. I received numerous texts and emails with confirmations and also updated pick up times. The shuttle picked me up at my hotel. The shuttle in Loveland brought me to a location in Loveland (I think it was a municipal airport) and loaded passengers onto a larger shuttle which took us from Loveland to the Denver airport. Drivers were helpful and professional. Shuttles were comfortable and clean. I felt very safe the entire time. (traveling solo) I highly recommend. read more

I have used Groome Transportation several times now. In all cases when I hve ridden with them, the drivers have been curteous and professional. But I have compaints regarding the overall service and their website: Trying to reschedule due to late flight arrival - Three times my flight to DIA was delayed causing me to miss my connection with Groome and it was late at night. I tried calling and was left on hold for as loong as 13 minutes; on my last call, after 11 PM at DIA I waited almost 3 minutes. I don't know if there is only one dispatcher for the whole system or just the Denver/Ft. Collins area, but I find it hard to believe that there is that much phone traffic after 11 PM. If a customer has to wait more than a minute, chances are they will think twice about calling again. You might want to consider adding more people to answer calls or rethink how customers can contact you when they miss their connection. Regarding the recoding you have to hear while you're waiting, an appeal is made to manage your reservations online. The only option for managing reservations is to schedule a new trip - there is no option for making any changes to an existing reservation. Don't call it "manage reservations" if you can't make changes to an existing reservation - it sets up a false expectation. Making a schedule change - it seems, based on my experience, that a shuttle arrives at DIA at fixed times, specifically 10 minutes before the hour; is this the case? If so, why not indicate the scheduled shuttle arrival times on your website so that a customer can make an informed decision rather than have an expectation that a shuttle will arrive more frequently? During my last trip, my flight from Auckland to LAX arrived late and I knew that I was going to miss my Groome connection at DIA, so I managed to reschedule once I was bookekd on a later flight. But that too was late getting into LAX and once again I missed the 10:50 pickup as the plane landed at 11. It would have been nice if the driver could have found out that my flight was late and try to leave a text message or communicate somehow with options. Anyway, I had to call again (see my calling expperience above) - I was tired and cranky since I had been up over 24 hrs traveling. When Crystal told me that I would have to wait until 11:50 to be picked up I said screw it, hung up and took a taxi home. I ended up eating the $65 charge to Groome and I paid over $200 to get home. I booked through Uber the day before my trip. When I got on the bus they noted having an issue with Uber's confirmation but did have my name. The driver called it in and the person which I would assume was dispatch told him I needed to cancel my reservation with Uber and rebook directly with her. I was already on the bus and she wanted me to give her my credit card info while on a bus full of people. I said something regarding this and she rudely told me to get off the bus and then give it to her. First of all this was not my problem but an issue between Uber and Groome! I mentioned that and she said they have nothing to do with Uber! And I'm thinking they don't want to share the fare!!! Either way I am extremely frustrated and WILL not be using Groome moving forward. I will continue to use Landline and anyone reading this I encourage you to do the same! The only reason I decided to use Groome was I noticed it on the Uber app and it was an easy way for me to book. I feel their business practices to be unethical. I do want to add that the driver was very nice and helpful which is about the only thing they have going for them! I'm not sure you understand exactly what happened! I will not be using Groome not because they figured my issue out! Because the person in your dispatch was rude and this was not an isolated incident either. This is the worst shuttle bus service ever. Don't use them! I booked the 635 departure from Fort Collins. A bus load of people were loaded and ready to depart at 635. Groome decided that our bus was now going to be 705 bus without telling anyone. We all waited 30 minutes and then had to stop in Loveland. What a joke! 30 people missing their flights so Groome Transportation could save a trip. How about communicate! Oh and don't bother calling them. They don't answer at any time of day.
