I am not a reviewer by nature, but I believe in helping new and small business when it is deserving. I have used Richard Glasgow a few times and before this last time was when we had a snow storm that disrupted many Denver inbound flights. What I like about this company is that they monitor your flight arrival time and adjust the time their driver is to arrive accordingly, without charging me if I'm delayed. There has been one time that I had to cancel and they refunded me without me having to ask for it. What I will say is that their consistently excellent service makes me glad I found them. My only complaint is that they can get booked up, which is good for them but can be frustrating to find they are not available when I need them. So you have to plan ahead as it can be unlikely they are available without a few days notice. Though I have been informed they are soon going to increase their booking availability to alleviate this problem. read more

This is a small, family business based in Fort Collins. Both Richard and his wife are really friendly, professional people that make you feel welcome. On a couple of occasions I have been a few minutes late getting out of the house, and of course you never know when your flight will be on time, early, or delayed. They have always been understanding and flexible when they can, which I really appreciate! They have a big SUV and a nice car, both black, that they keep clean and smelling good without being overbearing. Their price is on par with two people riding a shuttle or taking a ride share service, and I would rather give my money to a small business and know who is driving me than take either of these anymore! This is a small, family owned business that really care about their clients! I have ridden with them for some time now, and I always look forward to seeing Misty and Richard and getting a superb ride! Their vehicles are nice, but more importantly it is a safe, timely and professional ride! I don't like riding with strangers with rideshare companies, especially hate sharing a shuttle (too long and too bumpy/uncomfortable). For about the same price, I get a personalized, door to door service. I mostly take them to the airport, but I have also rode to Aspen with them. This company is the real deal! I like to support small businesses, especially when they are local to my area. The drivers are a husband and wife team, and they are really nice people that are professional and timely. Their vehicles are always clean and smell good, but not overly perfumed. I take them mostly to and from the airport, and they know a few ways to get around the I-25 when there is a crash or bad congestion, and they try to monitor for that on their map app. Plus, they monitor your flight arrival time, and adjust as best they can when there is a delay or early arrival. I hate, and I do emphasize hate, take shuttle services. You have to be ready and then wait for hours. You have to switch shuttles, which means lugging your bags back and forth, and a lot of the shuttle vehicles feel like their suspensions need a serious overhaul! For a little bit more, I get a nice vehicle, door to door service and I don't have to wait around for a pick-up. I choose the time, and they show up! For Valentine's I looked for a car service to drive me and my boyfriend around for the night. I came across richardglasgow.com and reviewed their website and prices. It was simple to book 4 hours online. I received a text introducing my driver with a photo and car details and was given our itinerary for The night. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and the car was a very nice black limo. The driver knew exactly where to go. We went to a number of different venues that night and the driver was always right outside when we left. It was a great service for a great night. Fantastic service door to door, no more crappy shuttle service! Prices are really good, but the service is what really stands out. Both Richard and Misty are really nice, on time, professional and safe drivers. They make you feel comfortable, and it sure beats having to drive yourself on that I-25 anymore! I travel a lot for work and would often drive to the airport and leave my car there. There were so many times I would struggle to find a space to park. I decided to look into airport shuttles on Yelp and I found Richard's fees are reasonable enough to make it worthwhile not driving to the airport and paying for parking. I have now used them a couple of times and they have been excellent every time. Always on time and the car is nice and clean. I have been driven by both Misty and Richard and they seem really nice. Booking with them was really easy and a day before I flew out I received a reminder. Before I arrived I received a text from the driver who introduced herself as Misty, with a photo and car details, and provided clear instruction where to meet. This company is by far my favorite car service to get me to the airport or up to Denver! It is a small, family owned company with nice, clean vehicles and stellar service. They save me a lot of money because they are way less expensive than other car services, and still cheaper than rideshares. They watch your flight and adjust their times where they can, to accommodate in case the plane is early or late, without charging anything extra. I took this company from Denver Airport to Wellington, and I really loved it! Normally, I would have taken a ride share or a shuttle, but for the price I would much rather have a nicer riding vehicle, be the only passenger, not have to wait forever, and feel comfortable with familiar faces rather than strangers all the time (you never know nowadays).
