"Dave"was the shuttle driver on my recent use of the Estes Park Shuttle to Denver International Airport from my home in Estes Park. Dave's driving was excellent; he abided by the speed limit and he always left sufficient space between us and the car in front of us. If a car tailgated us (it happened once), he pulled over in a legal spot to let the car pass. Dave was also very chatty (but not annoyingly so) and provided interesting stories about his background as a journalist and rig driver. I booked a shuttle to take me from my family's house in Estes Park to the airport last summer. Halfway to the airport, the airline suddenly canceled my flight. I asked the driver if I could stay on the bus to stay overnight with my family in Estes and i could pay for another shuttle for my rescheduled flight the following evening. They said theyd charge me for both the return to Estes and the second shuttle to the airport. A whopping $345 total because a poorly timed cancellation and the shuttle's refusal of grace. I stuck around and noticed that the return trip to Estes Park was mostly empty, so it wasn't even like they would lose money letting me sit on the ride back. I decided not to go and instead booked a motel near the airport for $100, less than half what I would have paid for to make another round trip with Estes Park Shuttle. I left them a negative review and they decided to defend themselves saying they didn't owe me anything and weren't going to apologize. I tried to cancel my ticket 5 days in advance and they told me I could not get a partial refund, even though their policy clearly states they will give you a refund 3 days before the travel day. Roughly 2 years ago I had a reservation with the shuttle company to pick me up at Denver airport. I had a been in trouble. I've been in touch with the business over a couple of days and kept him apprised of my flight status for some reason when I got to Oklahoma and let him know I'll be landing on time from that point forward no response so I get there I go out to the island to wait for the shuttle I realize I'm the only one and after 35 minutes I gave up and got an Uber. Clearly picking up one person is a losing trip. Fast forward to this past week. I found out this company has been purchased, and the new owners are definitely here for the long-haul looking at the investment they made in transportation. I was really glad that it looks like that situation has been rectified. I never made a Yelp review on this business because they are the only game in town and I didn't want to lose that option. Our drivers were great and get this when they pick me up at the airport I was the only one there and they came and got me anyway. Whoop! Shazaam! read more

At the end of our 2.5 hour drive to DIA, the luggage compartment was impossible to open. Everyone's luggage was trapped in the luggage compartment of the shuttle. Many passengers opted to get on their flights without their luggage. For those who got on their flights, they received no assurance from the shuttle company that they would ever see their bags again. Those who waited for the compartment to be opened had no idea how long they would have to wait. In the end, it was 6.5 hours. During this 6.5 hour wait the driver was in touch with the owner. However, the owner did not make any promise to get us our luggage, nor did he provide any work plan or state any of his intent. The owner's communication with the customers affected was grossly inadequate. We had no reason to think he would be able to open the compartment until the moment that he finally did, and the owner made everyone wait for him to drive to DIA from Estes Park to open the shuttle despite the presence of qualified technicians at the airport. Respecting customers' time was not a top priority! Now it's been over a week since this horrible experience, and after calling and emailing this company they've only refunded $25 of our $65 tickets. Any upstanding company would automatically refund the tickets of every person on this shuttle. Of course an unexpected malfunction of the shuttle is difficult to handle perfectly. However, after failing to provide the service they offer, and also putting people through a horrible travel scenario, refunding the tickets is the bare minimum. Giving only a partial refund is so ridiculous and cheap of them! They have 14 shuttles and a monopoly on transit from Estes to Denver.... if their business model is truly so fragile that they can't afford to compensate customers that they wronged, they shouldn't be in business! What an insane way to treat your customers-- it's crazy to think that this type of policy is good for your business in the long run! read more

We landed in DIA at about 6:30 AM to catch an 8 AM shuttle with Estes Park Shuttle. Our driver, Dave, made it there a few minutes early and was extremely friendly while greeting us! The drive flew by, and Dave had no shortage of knowledge and interesting facts about the towns and roads we were driving by, pointing out many things that I would have never heard about otherwise. An early morning shuttle never sounds fun, but Dave made it extremely interesting and entertaining, and encouraged us to ask questions to learn more about the trip. We reserved online and had an excellent experience with the Estes Park Shuttle. We were on a very early morning shuttle (7 am) and so we had to be ready for pick up between 6:15 and 7:00 am. We happened to be the 1st ones picked up so we were on the shuttle right at 615. There were 3 other stops for pick up, so our van was not completely full which was really nice. One of the passengers was not ready to be picked up which was a bit annoying, but not the shuttle company's fault. Our driver was very friendly, helpful in loading and unloading our bags, drove safely, and got us to the airport in a timely manner. They project you will get there 1.5-2 hours after the pick-up time of 7 am- and we arrived a little early due to no traffic on the weekend. I found the service to be convenient and affordable (especially because Uber and Lyft aren't really a thing in Estes Park), and I would feel comfortable using this service again in the future. read more

They called the night before to confirm my flight, requested that I was ready 45 min ahead of the scheduled pick up time, and said that driver would call 10 min before he arrived.
