From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. The booking system is simple and user-friendly, and if I make a mistake, their customer service team resolves it quickly and efficiently. The drivers are consistently on time, professional, and courteous. Since I manage logistics from several states away, it's a huge relief knowing I never have to worry about my executive's transportation. Ride confirmations and receipts are always prompt, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my boss is in great hands. At this point, he's likely met nearly all of the drivers, and he's had a positive experience with every one of them. Due to reviews I was a little hesitant to book & I should have followed my gut. Charged an extra $30 for briefcase because it had wheels. Driver didn't say a word. Only found out when I got the credit card charge, totally shady. Zero customer service as other reviews mentioned. read more

Sorry for this 1 star but I feel that people should know what I had to deal with. I have used Joe's a number of times and the drivers themselves are good people who I have had no issues with. My issue is with whomever I had the displeasure of speaking with when I was finally able to get someone on the phone. Yes, I booked 24 hours in advance my initial plans changed and that is just the time frame I had to work with, let me just get that out there. The booking system stinks. After you book a ride you get an email that says "pending" and "cannot be considered final or confirmed until it's approved". Well then you just sit and wait....tick tock, what is the time frame that I should wait before I have to find alternative plans? So I called to just ask, "hey, when should i expect confirmation?". Well when someone finally answered the phone after multiple calls the woman I spoke with (likely on her way to pick up someone) said "oh, no we cant take that ride". I asked well, when was someone going to tell me? Then we went back and forth where I was trying to politely explain as a consumer it would be helpful to have some sort of communication. She got defensive, tried to blame me (the customer who just wanted a ride) and then tried to tell me what the email said. Funny thing is what she told me was in the email was NOT in the email, so I told her very calmly what WAS in the email and as I started to read the email she hung up on me. How is that professional? I did not raise my voice nor did I resort to name calling or anything like that, I simply was trying to understand the process and ultimately explain to her how the consumer sees & feels when they are left to the unknown regarding their transportation. She chose to lose a customer for life rather than listen, how hard is it to just listen? Ultimately she could not take the ride so maybe she felt she was losing it anyway. Ironically i booked round trip transport so I could have kept my return ride. NOPE, not anymore. The funny thing is their horrible system doesn't give you the option to cancel the ride so if they try to book it I will likely have to file a claim with Amex, they will lose. In today's world where they are competing with Uber, customer service should always win. I was willing to pay more to have a confirmed ride. The good news is I have options and they lost a returning customer. read more

They left me stranded at the airport. I was a loyal client of over five years. It was the end of Thanksgiving weekend. I had made my booking and it was accepted three weeks before. They did not call or text the night before my ride. As my plane landed I got a call telling me that I would not be picked up. They had overbooked and didn't have a driver for me. I used this service for my mother a couple weeks ago and it was fine. I tried booking for m wife and I. We received the quote for our Airport Transfer. I included all the info needed for the booking ie, pass count and luggage. I requested a SUV or similar. The quote was for SUVL/VAN; Perfect! But no, I received runaround and told they don't have suv and questioned how much luggage etc. Because of my previous experience was positive with the driver the picked my mother up, I contacted him for help and then was scolded by Joes car service via email for contacting him. In these days when covid variants are 20x more transmissible than the original virus,, one would hope that a consumer car service would ensure that its drivers at least own a mask to wear if a customer asks. I exchanged texts with Justin the day before our ride, confirming the pickup time and asking him to "Please wear a mask". Instead, when Justin showed up this morning he didn't have a mask, and in fact proudly declared that he didn't even own one. He also said he had gotten covid twice and survived fine. We had no choice but to ride in his car, with him unmasked (we gave him one of ours but it broke because his face was too large), since it was too late to order another car to the airport at that point. We are traveling to visit my mother for her 96th birthday and trying to stay healthy before our daughter's wedding in a couple weeks. We didn't need to have the extra stress of a driver proudly not agreeing to wear a mask, as had been requested the day before the ride. Sorry Joe we won't be using you again. read more

Great reviews, but super disappointing. Set up a car for an airport drop-off online through their booking service. I received a confirmation via email; however, they sent me a cancelation notice later in the morning stating that they were overbooked. 530am on Thursday... all booked up? Really? Seems like a fly-by-night set-up. I recommend that you pay the extra cost and go with one of the name-brand shuttle services you know will meet your travel requirements. read more

My second experience with Joe's Car Service was even better than my first. This time I scheduled both a drop off and a pick up from Denver International Airport. The pick up driver texted the day before to confirm everything and our pick up went smoothly and we made it to the airport in plently of time for our international departure. Our pick up was equally as impressive, but perhaps more so, given we were coming in from an international flight and the flight happened to arrive 40 minutes early, having to clear customs and get luggage. Our driver was in contact with me from the moment I took my phone off airplane mode and pulled up to greet us the moment we walked out the door to the curb. Back when it was actually owned by joe, they were a great option. Now that they're a franchise they have gone completely downhill. First off, they add a 20% administrative fee which was never charged before. On top of that, you have to wait up to 72 hours to get a response from them and any attempt to reach them is ignored. I finally gave up and waiting for them and just decided to drive. I'd let them know to cancel my request. Lo and behold 12 hours later they finally decide to confirm it and completely disregard my emails. I lost track of how many times I used Joe's when it was truly a locally owned business. Now it's just a corporate franchise with a bunch of hidden fees, no local service whatsoever, and they really don't care about their customers anymore. Uber, lyft, and even driving myself now end up being cheaper than this. read more

It appears as though all the hype around Joe's is very well deserved. Making a reservation is easy, and their communication is wonderful. My driver, Tiff, was great. She showed up right on time, and was nice to converse with along our journey. Best of all, she drove safe and got me to the airport in one piece and on time. I had a fantastic experience with Joes! Specifically - affordability - great! $70 to the airport For 4 humans, 2 car seats, 3 suitcases. I didn't feel nickel and dimed. Service- nice friendly gentle awesome driver. Communication- there was a slight hiccup with the car seats but they took care of it. It didn't impact our travel as it was sorted out the day before travel. They were super responsive and accommodating. I was use them again and recommend them to others. read more

Looking for a shuttle from DIA to Lakewood. We we weren't interested in using Lyft or Uber with the potential of not really knowing what we might get. The only shuttle van service listed on Yelp had spotty reviews. Joe's Car Service was consistentantly positively reviewed. We went with them and are happy to say - those reviews are spot on. Our car from the airport arrived timely, was clean & ready to go, friendly driver, and in no significant way more spendy than an Uber or Lyft or shuttle. It felt great knowing that if we had a concern, there was a real person to call rather than an app to interface with. ($70 DIA to Lakewood) We booked Joe's from our hotel to the airport for the return flight. Same wonderful service, even with late notice the day after a storm. Rick Burgess was great - working us into his schedule and getting us to DIA with plenty of time. ($60 hotel to DIA) I highly recommend Joe's Car Service for DIA area transportion. Top notch! Flying home from London, I had arranged a pick up at DIA with Joe's Car Service. After a 10 hour flight I get to DIA and have a text message from Joe's Car Service. It said because my flight was over an hour delayed they can't pick me up and I should find another way home. My plane actually landed 50 minutes past the original schedule. Also, before leaving London I texted my driver that the plane would be late. They had 10 hours to figure out how to pick us up. This was truly a disturbing event and I will never trust, or use, Joe's Car Service. read more
