As we pulled into our neighborhood, he suddenly demanded extra money, claiming the distance was more than expected -- despite having agreed to the price with full knowledge of where we lived. When we declined to pay more than what we'd already agreed to, he became hostile and started yelling. He threatened to call the police, and we told him to go ahead. When officers arrived, they confirmed he was in the wrong and told him to leave. We were left to walk half a mile home after paying in full for a service we didn't receive. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful treatment of paying customers. Would not recommend.

I live on Maui and was recently in Denver for some medical testing. I travel to Denver frequently and for the last few years I had been using another service, but I decided to try someone else and I am so thankful that I did. I've had experience with limo companies, black car services, and certainly Uber, and Mark provides a professional experience - something that has been lost in this competitive arena. I'll be using Mark for my airport trips as well as hourly whenever I'm in Denver for the forseeable future!

Picked up on time ( they knew we were tourists as soon as we came out of baggage claims) at both airport and for the return trip. Friendly drivers, quick service and even received perfect drive time. The shared ride service was perfect for the DIA to Denver drive. Shared ride means you may share with other people but since we were not in a rush to get into Denver, the ride took only 40 minutes. The private ride service was perfect for the return ride as we needed to be on time so we got a direct ride at less than a taxi cost! Ride time was 30 minutes and got us to the airport at the commercial drop off location (not the curb where all others get dropped off). That special drop off location where it was not busy and made it easy to check in! Definitely will use them next time at Denver International Airport.

We went downtown and saw all the rockin dream shuttle while we rode around in a ugly bus. It was decent looking on the inside and the driver was nice but the radio did fall out each time the driver brakes too hard. I was sitting next to the bride to be so I had to make sure the radio didn't fall on her head! After calling and expressing the disappointment the brides mother was supposed to get a discount but the company has not followed through with that either. I was forced to give them at least one star and If they would have given the discount as promised they would deserve it but since they didn't they really get no stars. If you want a nice dream shuttle like the ones they advertise...look elsewhere. But if want a mall ride bus...scroll down a little bit after searching dream shuttles on yelp, save your money and choose the free mall ride!

There were tiles and linoleum loose on the floor and falling off the steps. Half the speakers were broken and screens didn't work. The entire shuttle was cheap, broken, and in poor condition. The driver apologized and indicated that another bus broke down and they pulled this one out of repair (unfinished). We then had to stop at a gas station to buy drinks (and I kid you not, red solo cups - they provided nothing) - the first one was closed so we wasted another hour there. Drinks were supposed to be provided. Most of the party (all but 3) left at the first stop out of pure embarrassment of even being on the bus. The door was cracked most of the ride - quiet and noisy. The ride was bumpy. We dismissed the bus later in the evening and opted to take an Uber home. I raised my concerns to the driver and indicated that I would follow-up with management before paying the final bill. He agreed and apologized for the ride (the driver himself was friendly and understanding). Before I could even call the following day (a Sunday), I received an emailed Square receipt with my signature forged. I discussed with management who refused to budge and disputed the charge. The bank agreed and all was refunded, but this company fought it the entire way. The company has since threatened legal action. I would never use this company again nor recommend to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere! Literally the worse party shuttle I've ever rented in my life, and an embarrassing experience having tried to arrange a fun birthday surprise for a good friend.
