Top Notch! I recently had the pleasure of using the car service provided by 5Star Denver for my trip from Denver International Airport (DIA) to the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder, Colorado. I must say, my entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I landed at DIA, the service provided by 5Star Denver exceeded my expectations. The driver was prompt, arriving right on time to pick me up, and greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. Their professionalism was immediately evident, and it set the tone for the entire journey. During the drive to the St. Julien Hotel, the driver showcased excellent driving skills, making me feel safe and secure throughout the trip. Their knowledge of the area was impressive, and they took the most efficient route, avoiding any unnecessary delays. Moreover, their vehicle was impeccably clean and comfortable, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. One aspect that truly stood out was the driver's exceptional communication skills. They actively listened to my instructions and preferences, ensuring that my needs were met every step of the way. They were attentive, engaging, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. Their ability to strike up meaningful conversations without being intrusive was impressive, and it made the trip feel more like a friendly conversation rather than just a ride. When it was time for my return trip, I didn't hesitate to contact 5Star Denver again. Just like before, the driver arrived promptly at the hotel and ensured that I reached DIA with ample time to spare. The consistency in their professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills was commendable and greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience with 5Star Denver was top-notch. They provide a level of service that truly sets them apart from other car services in the area. From their promptness and professionalism to their excellent communication skills, they have mastered the art of providing a seamless and enjoyable transportation experience. If you're in need of a reliable car service in Denver, Colorado, look no further than this company. They offer exceptional service, exceptional drivers, and an overall exceptional experience. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you, 5Star Denver, for making my travel experience to and from the St. Julien Hotel unforgettable! read more

A Wedding Day Disaster: Avoid Denver 5Star Limousine at All Cost Our wedding day was meant to be perfect, and we trusted 5 Star Limousine to provide reliable transportation. Unfortunately, their service was a complete disaster that added unnecessary stress to our special day. Despite multiple confirmations with the owner, who assured us everything was set for our 8:15 AM pickup, the limo never arrived. Ten minutes past the scheduled time, I called the contact number and spoke with a man who sounded like he had just woken up. He promised to contact the driver and call me back, but after five minutes of silence, I had to call again. This pattern continued until he finally admitted that the owner was in Morocco and he had no idea how to resolve the situation. Imagine the frustration and anxiety of being stranded on your wedding day, with my bride and I left scrambling for alternatives. The man on the phone claimed he would find a solution, but 20 minutes later, we received a call from a different company who the other man gave our number to and said also explained his incompetence of being able to make something happen.... They unfortunately couldn't assist us either at such late notice. Ultimately, we were forced to take an Uber to our ceremony, causing significant stress and disruption. Our destination was over an hour away.... Not exactly what you would call a stones throw. To make matters worse, we had to hire another limo company at the last minute to transport us to our reception, incurring unexpected additional costs. The service from 5 Star Limousine was not just disappointing--it was an utter failure. Their lack of professionalism, reliability, and basic accountability ruined a critical part of our wedding day. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Their service is unreliable, and their customer care is non-existent. Choose a company that truly deserves a 5-star rating, because 5 Star Limousine certainly does not. read more

We recently travelled to Breckenridge with the family for a ski trip. Trying to figure out rental car deals was difficult, and I also knew that the whole process of getting from the terminal to the rental car areas would be a major hassle and a waste of precious time. I found Denver5star Limo on Yelp, and after reading the reviews decided to take the hassle out of our lives and let them drive us to Breckenridge. The price differential between the rental car and 5star was minimal, and we wouldn't need a vehicle once we got to the mountain. Mr. Harbi picked us up right on time in a brand new, crystal clean 2019 Suburban. There was plenty of room for the four of us along with our luggage. Dale was super nice! He even offered to stop at the grocery store before we got to the hotel so we could grab a few food items for the trip. For our return trip, the communication was perfect. We texted each other about the road conditions and agreed on a pick-up time. He was waiting for us when we exited the hotel. Great trip back to the airport and made our fight with time to spare. I highly recommend Denver5star Limo for your next trip to Denver. Make it easy on yourself and let Dale do the driving. Thanks Dale ! read more

The name says it all.....5 Star Limousine. This service is unbelievable. Top notch customer service from top to bottom. One call and everything was done professionally with no issues whatsoever......We had a car/Limo within 24 hours. Rented the Limo for my wife's birthday. Dale was amazing, he picked us up on time with a very clean COVID safe car. Dale drove us to 3 other locations to pick up the rest of our party and then headed to Denver, where we went to several other locations for food and drinks, we no problems with drop off or pickup from any location. Our party consisted of children and adults, and everyone was very pleased with the service as well, Dales is very kind and professional, his personality was easy going and made everyone feel safe a welcome. We have used other services in the past which did not receive a better review than this. I highly recommend 5-Star Limousine to meet all your needs when it comes to your Money, family, friends, and fun, 5-Star Limousine will take care of you. Looking forward to using 5-Star Limousine again!! Jeff Martinez read more

Christmas Eve was the second time this year I have used this service and have been extremely pleased both times. The first time was in May where I arranged through Dale Harbi to have a driver pick up my 92 year old mother in law from a Broomfield hotel and take her to DIA, while the rest of the family attended graduation ceremonies in Boulder. I am from out of state and found this service on YELP, so I was placing a lot of trust that things would go smoothly - and they did. On Dec. 24 Dale picked up my daughter at DIA and returned her to Boulder. She was very nervous about riding with a stranger, but she found him to be very nice, professional and prompt. He had already texted her when she landed, so she knew where to meet him. Communication with this company is easy and the service is outstanding. I will always call them whenever I need transportation in the Denver area. read more

WOW Dale and his team blew it out of the park! I was tasked with the challenge of finding a car service to administer a pick up very late at night and take the passenger 3 hours away from Denver Airport and then pick up them up again at 1am and drive back to Denver Airport to catch another flight. I never thought I would be able to complete the task, let alone within a 1 day notice. Luckily to my surprise Dale and his team reassured me that they can take on any task NO PROBLEM and they even went above and beyond. Not only did the passenger love the service and car that he traveled in, the driver was quick on his feet to return an important item that the passenger forgot in the car. Don't look any further when needing a car service. I just wish Dale and his team had also had a company in California that I can use too. Cant wait to work with them again! read more

It really was as good as it gets! Dale is the Man! Literally called at 11pm as my rental company said the only SUV they had in stock, which was reserved for me, was in an accident hours prior and thus I had to find other means of transportation. Dale(Owner) picked up the phone on the first ring. I explained a rather robust itinerary over a 5 day time period and Dale said he could accommodate all requests but since it was so last minute, Dale would be chauffeuring us himself as all his drivers where spoken for. Dale was on time, professional, and came in a current model year SUV as requested. I will be using Dale exclusively when I am in Denver. He is a very pleasant person to be around and always made us feel important by always being punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. You have a life long customer Sir! I have come to expect great service from businesses in the service industry...and Dale, the owner, at 5star Limousine provided us with exceptional service yesterday for a girls day out / birthday party. Due to Covid, we really didn't have many options for creating a fun day. Riding around in a clean and sanitized limo where we could drink champagne and sing at the top of our lungs seemed like a great option...and it certainly was! When I called Dale just a few days prior to our event, I was quoted a very reasonable price and booked within minute. On Saturday, a beautiful well appointed stretch limo arrived and swept us away for a few hours. We had a blast driving around and killing time. 5star provides more than stretch limo service and we will definitely be calling Dale for all of our transportation needs in the future. read more

Thank you Dale for taking great care of my mother on her trip to Denver. She had nothing but great things to say about your hospitality and superb condition of the vehicle. She even commented that you had a very nice sign with her name on it when you met her at baggage claim. I really appreciate the phone call and text you sent to let me know she was picked up and dropped at her destination. My mother traveled to Denver to visit family and I arranged for airport pick up with meet and greet (Dale met her at baggage claim), airport drop off for return trip, and I also chose to prepay so she would not have to worry about it. I spoke to Dale by phone a few times before the trip to set up and pay for the arrangements. Everything went very smoothly. We will definitely use Denver 5star Limousine service again! read more

i have used other limo services in Denver and after reading the reviews I decided to try this service. At the point I called they gave me a quote from the airport to my destination, texted me the information and I provided my flights and times and as indicated when my plane landed they texted me and were right there. They were so easy to use, on time and very friendly. I was so impressed with them I booked them the night before I left and were in the hotel lobby waiting for me at 4:15 a.m. I would use them again when in Denver and would encourage anyone to use this limo service. Of all the limo services I have used in my travels this by far was one of the best and encourage you to call them when in Denver. Molly from Connecticut read more

I called 5star Limousine just a day or two before our family trip and he was quick to respond and help us out. We weren't bringing our car seats with us on our trip so Dale offered to hold our car seats at his place and install all three of them when he picked us back up from the airport. He was on time and very responsive for everything, and when he picked us back up from the trip he not only had our car seats installed and ready to go, his wife cleaned the fabric of one of the seats! Now how is that for customer service??? I will be contacting Dale whenever we go to the airport because I have never felt more relaxed getting to and from the airport (and that's saying a lot traveling with 3 small children!). read more

Dale from Denver 5 star Limousine's service was exceptional and he really went above and beyond. I had booked a pick up from DIA to Boulder, CO for my boss and in error booked the wrong day. When my boss landed he was unable to find his car service (due to my error) and called Dale directly. Dale informed him of the scheduling mistake and had a vehicle there to pick him up in mere minutes. Dale immediately called me to inform me of the error and explained that the issues was already being taken care of. Dale had to rework his schedule and drivers for the day, but was able to solve the issue in a timely and professional manner. I wanted to give a big thank you to you and your team for saving the day! read more

Awesome service and reasonable prices. We used the car service for transportation to an event at the Pepsi Center. Dale (the owner) our driver was timely and professional. It was our first time visiting Denver and Dale was a wealth of information on city sites and venues. I dropped my ID case in the car and did not realize it until Dale had dropped us off. When I called to ask if I could meet him somewhere to retrieve it, he was super kind and accommodating insisting on bringing it back to me at our hotel! Dale is a person of integrity and operates his business with the same high standards. We will definitely use 5 Star Limousine next time we are in the Denver area in need of transportation. read more

THE BEST!!!! This Is the best car service hands-down not only in Denver but in the United States. The greeting service at baggage claim to drop off is flawless and top notch. I love how they provide the names and cell numbers of the greeter and the driver so there is no middle man. It is run so well. Everyone was so professional, thorough and friendly. Attention to detail was magnificent. Don't bother looking any further, this is the only place to consider. The prices are very fair and the service is truly 5-star. AMAZING!!!!!! This is a local company that knows the area and cares. They truly care that you have a worry free and first class experience. read more

Recently traveled to Denver with my family for a ski vacation. We decided spend a couple of days downtown before heading out skiing for the week. Rather than renting a car at the airport we decided to use a car service to get to our hotel. Dale was awesome. We are a family of 5, complete with skis and snowboards, and Dale was waiting for us outside the terminal in his late model Suburban (before our bags had even arrived) ready to take us to our hotel. Totally stress free. When we returned, he was on-time to take us back to the airport and dropped us off right outside our airline's terminal doors. We'll definitely use again. read more

I needed to set up transportation for colleagues flying into DIA and heading to the DTC for a meeting. I called Denver 5star Limousine and spoke to Dale who was efficient, professional and courteous. Within minutes I received the information I needed with a quick email confirmation which was piece of mind for me. The flight was tracked and my colleagues contacted upon arrival as promised with additional information/confirmation on where to meet. They were met personally by Dale who escorted them to their new Lincoln MKT. Thank you, Dale and team for a great experience. The next time I need a car service I know who to call. read more

My 84 year old mother in law lives in Boulder and we live in Atlanta. She came to visit for 3 weeks during Thanksgiving. She got sick while here so I was extremely concerned about her getting home from DIA. She is also extremely hard of hearing so traveling alone is getting more difficult. At the last minute I decided she needed car service. I quickly googled and effectively rolled the dice on 5start Limousine. I hit the jackpot. Dale was extremely responsive and accommodating. The arrangements were flawless and my MIL raved about the young man who met her at baggage claim and drove her to Boulder. Thank you Dale and 5star! read more

I used 5Star limo for my wedding yesterday. They did a fantastic job and were the only transport we used that way that was reliable. My wife was running behind while she was getting her hair done and the driver waited for her for 30 minutes to get to the venue. The limo also took her and I to our hotel after the ceremony and had to wait for us to clean up the venue. They were on time and the vehicle was very clean. Given it was not an easy day for the driver he was still very patient and polite. We got the drivers name and number the day of the event via text. I would recommend this service to anyone. read more
