The company was very responsive when I booked and our driver was so patient and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. There were a number of circumstances that must have been frustrating, such as it taking almost an hour for us to get our bags at the airport and making 3 stops in Denver before hitting the road. We never once felt rushed or that anything was an inconvenience. Additionally, the last leg of our journey was in less than ideal weather and road conditions, and 45 minutes were spent on an extremely muddy dirt road that our driver handled expertly. On our return trip we had the same driver and he arrived almost an hour early to load the shuttle and made the process much smoother. Farid was the first to respond (he responded in less than five minutes...he was on top of things!) and sent me the information I needed.
