Yelp has a great feature that allows you to send out a quote request to multiple companies at once, which was great! Farid was the first to respond (he responded in less than five minutes...he was on top of things!) and sent me the information I needed. His prices were very reasonable (and a lot more reasonable than other companies that responded) and he was extremely easy to work with. I was not in the vehicle that he picked our guests up in, but one of them let me know that the vehicle (a black Mercedes sprinter) was very clean and comfortable and that Farid was extremely pleasant to be around.

I used this car service several years ago to take me from Lakewood to DIA and had an excellent…read moreexperience - clean SUV/upgraded interior, professionally dressed driver, on-time, and helpful. This time our experience and the vehicle itself couldn't have been more different. About 50 feet into our trip, I asked our driver to turn on the AC since it was 85º. He said it broke the previous day and he tried fixing it but couldn't. Maybe that's why he was wearing a tshirt and shorts? We had a 40-minute drive to the airport with the windows down, breathing highway exhaust, and arrived sweaty and uncomfortable before a 15-hour multi-leg international flight. I contacted the owner a few days later to cancel our return reservation and why. She apologized and said his AC broke that same day. Someone's lying but it doesn't matter who or why. What matters is how the situation was handled. Had they contacted me even an hour beforehand, I could've either said "no AC, no problem" or arranged alternative transportation. Instead, we were stuck. Canceling the ride at that point would've delayed our arrival or worse, cause us to miss an international flight. I expected a professional car service for the price I paid, not an uncomfortable ride with fewer amenities than a typical ride share service.

We were absolutely 100% happy with our transport service through Rocky's. My husband was leery…read morebecause there were no reviews yet when we booked. But, we couldn't have been happier. Rocky's sent a confirmation very shortly after booking. Then a couple weeks before departing they sent a profile of our driver with his contact info and some details about the vehicle. The night before our trip, we received a text confirming our pickup details. The driver was early but didn't come to the door early, he patiently waited in his car for us until the time we had scheduled (we saw him sitting outside just a few minutes early but it was good that he was patient because we weren't quite ready). The driver was very professional yet friendly and showed up in a lovely, large SUV because we had a lot of luggage, car seats, and kids. The car was seemed in excellent or new condition and everyone had control over their heating and cooling, which is a big deal for our family given my husband and I can't stand being hot and my kids like it boiling. The driver helped load our luggage but was cautious and careful with our belongings. He was also patient as we installed each car seat. The ride was smooth and uneventful and he got us right pto the curbside check in ahead of schedule. I would absolutely use this service again and have recommended it to everyone I know. We have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies (SuperShuttle and another private businesses) with driver's being late, one who weaved through traffic by passing on the shoulder and running red lights, and someone showed up in a Honda Civic to transport 4 people and all our luggage for 3 weeks (needless to say, we had luggage on our laps for the drive). So, out of every service I've used previously, Rocky's takes the cake as being the best transport service. We didn't want to do Uber or Lyft mainly because we didn't know what we would get and wanted to be certain we had solid plans in place for our transport. Also, the cost of Rocky's was very reasonable compared to other services estimations. I chose to write this review because I think if someone is debating whether it is reliable to pick a company that has very few reviews like Rocky's, I will vouch that it met our expectations and beyond. I will be using them for every future transport service. We have our return trip in a couple days, so I will amend my review should we have any issues.
