Yelp has a great feature that allows you to send out a quote request to multiple companies at once, which was great! Farid was the first to respond (he responded in less than five minutes...he was on top of things!) and sent me the information I needed. His prices were very reasonable (and a lot more reasonable than other companies that responded) and he was extremely easy to work with. I was not in the vehicle that he picked our guests up in, but one of them let me know that the vehicle (a black Mercedes sprinter) was very clean and comfortable and that Farid was extremely pleasant to be around.
