I was really hoping that I could give this company a great review. I called them several months in advance to book my ride, and thought that surely with the amount of planning I had put into it nothing could go wrong. Oh boy. We had scheduled a 14 passenger party bus to take my group to Red Rocks for a concert. A few weeks before the event, the owner called and asked if we would be willing to ride with another group in a 20 passenger bus. Since this was a special occasion and not a shuttle service to DIA, we politely declined. The week of my concert, the owner called and said he had to cancel. He was down to one bus and it was broken down. What happened to the 20 passenger bus, you might ask? It had conveniently been sold a few weeks prior, right around the time that it was offered to me as an alternate mode of transport. Thankfully, we were able to find a van big enough to fit everyone at a rental agency and have one of our friends drive us to the show. The upside is that if you do book with this company, they are quick to refund your money.... but since they seem to have a reputation for cancelling at the last minute, I wouldn't count on them to actually serve the intended purpose. read more

We were looking for a party bus that was affordable. Through searching yelp we found Epic Rides. I called them up and they were really great on the phone. So we booked Manny, and a 14 passenger bus for our concert at Chatfield Botanic Gardens. It exceeded our expectations. Manny was our bus driver, and he was so wonderful. He texted me the day of the pick up and said we could bring whatever music we wanted, libations, as wells a medicinal goodies. He showed up on time and was all about making sure we were having a good time. Loud music and good vibrations. When we got there it was still raining, so we just partied on the bus. After the show he was all ready for us, and still wanted to make sure we were happy. He even took us to Argonauts on the way home, leading to a huge bus dance party. I really appreciate that Manny was all about a good time, and uptight. For the price, this is the best deal in town. We booked with Dugan for the CSU/CU Rocky Mountain Showdown from Fort Collins to Denver. He was very prompt (actually early), so we had time to load up the bus. He did a great job driving and was very personable and got along with our group well. The bus comfortably fit 16 adults and all of our coolers and food. I decided to rent a party bus from High City Limo for my wedding. I emailed back and forth with them and they sent me pictures of the party bus we would be receiving. It was the shorter bus with the tree in and back from their website- just what we were looking for. Fast forward 4 days before my wedding I got a text to confirm.. one problem they sent over a picture of the bus we would have and it was a picture of a charter bus. Not okay and I told them that. They said no problem we would get the original bus we ordered they just figured we wanted more room (okay? Not sure who decided that). Fast forward to the wedding. They showed up on time (whoo! That's about the only thing that was right). Thankfully it was a "party" bus and not a charter bus, but it was about the most basic party bus I had ever seen - nothing nice about the inside just a white bench seat around the edge (mind you it was still not the bus I ordered). When I talked to the driver he said that his boss told them if I mentioned anything about it not being the right bus to just let me know the other one had a/c issues... okay??? Maybe a phone call would have been nice or at least an upgrade not a downgrade if they we unable to meet what I reserved. And then of course the best thing was when we were all set to go the driver had to ask me where we were going. What was the point of calling ahead and giving all the addresses?? Thank you for the discount for your mistakes, but dealing with this company was terrible and very unprofessional. I ordered a bus for the pretty lights concert at Red Rocks this past friday 8/16 for my 30th birthday. I put down a deposit with Dugan sent him my address on Wednesday and he replied that he got it and all was good. Come the pick up time, NO BUS. I called the Epic Rides phone number from several different phones including a landline and kept getting the same message "this call cannot be completed at this time". Spent well OVER $500 getting all 14 of my passengers to and from Red Rocks that night. Called back the next morning and his phone was back on and left him a message asking for a call back to resolve the situation. I never got a call back, I disputed the charge for the deposit with my C/C company and have since gotten it back. I am also talking with a buddy who is an attorney to discuss the chances of taking this company to court for the additional costs that I incurred. I honestly was surprised this company has actually registered on yelp as I just assumed it was an attempt at a scam. I can quite literally say this company RUINED my 30th birthday. I would not recommend this to ANYONE, the only reason I gave them a star is because Yelp will not let me select 0 Stars. I am hoping to see this company in court. I have used three limo/party busses in the past. This company was very good although the bus was not as flashy as my teenagers would have liked. The driver was prompt and very happy to fulfill and requests. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Our driver Jeff was a former school bus driver, and I felt very good about his ability to handle a bus full of teenagers. This company would be perfect for adults that want a driver or teenagers that are looking for a great price.
