We rented a party bus for our boss's retirement. This was on her bucket list and her first time on a party bus (and mine). The bus was nice, comfortable, and clean. We had a blast going around to different favorite spots and not worrying about a thing. After we were dropped off and home, the boss texted our group chat, "Best. Night. EVER!" Our experience was fantastic. The only thing I'd suggest is the size and seating capacity description. We had a 40 person (max) bus. Originally 38 people had planned to go, but several dropped out that day and we were down to 31. If we had 38 I'm not sure we would all fit and if we did it would not have been a comfortable ride. We joked that young, high school prom kids would fit no problem... but a bunch of us older and fluffier people not so much :) read more

I booked a party bus for my son and his friends to go to prom. The entire experience was fabulous. I received excellent customer service over the phone, the contract and payment process were clear, and they were super patient with me when I called the day of "just to confirm". The driver, Zaur, was friendly, courteous, and fabulous with the kids - he arrived on time, and seamlessly took them to all the stops on the itinerary we provided. He gave me his mobile just in case we needed to get in touch. Overall, we had a wonderful experience - I just hope Zaur gives the kids 5/5 stars!!! Thank you for creating a wonderful core memory for this very large group of Seniors!!!! read more

Alex was THE best! We had such an amazing night. At first there was a bit of odd communication so we were a little skeptical, to be honest the payment system needs to be updated so it doesn't feel so sketchy, BUT that being said, our limo was great, showed up on time, our driver Alex was amazing and we had a great night! Would definitely recommend! read more

Don't let that yellow rating fool you. I don't know what that is about because we just had one of the best experiences for a 13 year old party. The price was the best found looking at literally 10 other sites. Yea there is a point when you need to pull the trigger so look no further. Best price very professional and amazing sound system! Thank you for an amazing experience we will all remember. On point!! On time!! On !! read more

This business gave us a quote for a wedding pick up in May. We agreed to their price within 20 minutes of receiving the quote. The company, after we agreed on the price and gave a credit card to confirm the details, sent us a confirmation. 12 minutes after receiving the confirmation the company cancelled our agreed upon contract and tried to get almost 200 dollars more. This company is shady for trying to scam us for more money after agreeing to a contract. terrible company. Don't trust them!!! read more

Called to get a quote for a bachelor party bus for 8hrs. Quoted me $1600. Booked it and less than an hour later, I get a call saying that they forgot the weekend I booked it for was prom weekend so they gave me the wrong quote. They wanted to charge me over $1000 over the original quote! Ridiculous and a bad business model to screw over people because YOU messed up. Don't book with these guys read more

Denver 24/7 Limo, is top of the line in customer service. Our family and our company have been utilizing their services for well over a year, and every time we get a driver they are very professional and accommodating. Arriving (15min early) always on time and happy to assist us with our luggage's. When we call to book or have any questions, Connie or Harry are always very helpful with our inquires and special requests. Great service from Sean S from DIA to Winter Park & Sean F from WP to DIA. Prompt & on time, courteous, helpful, good local area knowledge.

Rick was incredible! Very easy going and made sure everyone had a great time. We were on schedule practically the whole night!

WE HAD A PERFECT and AMAZING EXPERIENCE. We had a larger party, too big for an app ride company, coming in for a wedding. I ordered a limo to get to and from the airport for five of us. First, the office staff made it so easy. Second, the airline (I love the airline, so I cannot fault them - it's still a pandemic) changed our flight times multiple times. The staff at 24/7 was so nice about it. Third, they came when they said they would and with an extremely nice, very comfortable, very clean, very new huge SUV that was plenty big for the group and such a comfortable ride in. What a treat after flying...and the price was the same, or maybe even cheaper, the cars we would have had to get from say Lyft. (We used Lyft the entire time we were in Denver, so no shade there.) Going back to the airport on the return was just as terrific. Great drivers, very friendly and easy to work with. Overall I just cannot say enough good things about this experience and should we find ourselves in Denver again, or have need to recommend a service for airport transport, I would highly recommend Denver 24/7. I'm just sorry I didn't take pics to show the world how nice the ride was! read more

Book at your own Risk! I signed my contract and paid my deposit for a party bus, the company just CANCELLED the reservation. Our original transportation fell through so I was left scrambling ONE DAY BEFORE my friend's party. This company was AWESOME! I called to see if they had availability. Scheduling was so easy that I had anxiety about the bus not showing up. Can something go this easily? Can something be this simple?? Jose, our driver, arrived on time and was super helpful. He was ready with ice and an extra cooler for the drinks we wanted to keep on the bus. He ensured that we were always safe. Jose could not have done a better job accommodating our party! Thank you Jose! Thank you Denver 24/7 Limo! read more

This review is of a driver employed by Denver 24/7. His name, David. My complaints go further than the driver, I'm also extremely disappointed by the employee who took my call after being traumatized and dropped off by David . Our pick up was scheduled at the Denver Airport Dec 27,2022 . Our direct flight was delayed. The driver was following the flight arrival and was waiting for us outside. We quickly loaded my family of 5 into the "executive SUV" . My husband opted to sit up front as a snowboard extended into the third row seat. David the driver exceeded the speed limit sometimes traveling as high as 85 mi per hour, he aggressively signaled cars with high beams to get out of his way, rode the cars bumpers and was changing lanes erratically. I asked him to slow down, I mentioned being car sick (due to the way he was driving) , David dismissed my comments and mentioned I probably had altitude sickness. Minutes after this we almost lost our lives. David was speeding into a slight inclined turn in the road. HE HAD TO SWERVE OFF OF THE ROAD, ON TO THE BURM TO AVOID REAR ENDING STOPPED VEHICLES IN FRONT OF US. It was snowing and we were approaching a tunnel near Breck. This wreckless driver should have expected the tunnel traffic . I sternly said "that's enough" "I'd like for my family to arrive alive - slow down". My husband said, "PLEASE" David NEVER APOLOGIZED OR ACKNOWLEDGED MY OR MY HUSBANDS COMMENTS OR THAT HE ALMOST WRECKED, He continued to drive above the speed limit in inclement weather but was controlled by the flow of traffic entering the town of Breckenridge. When he pulled into the driveway of our rental, my husband and sons quickly retrieved our luggage and as soon as I entered the condo, I called Denver 24/7 to report the driver. My call was met with a tone of disbelief then I was told to hold the line for a manager. I wish I would have gotten the man's name. He NEVER APOLOGIZED for what we just endured and in my opinion blew me off by saying " I will make note of this". Because we were scheduled to be picked up by Denver 24/7 on New Years Day to be driven to the airport, I specifically requested that DAVID not be assigned as our driver . I was assured he would not be . Fast forward to New Years Eve, I took a phone call from someone at Denver 24/7 who wanted to confirm our pick up. I again mentioned that we didn't want David as a driver. The man i was speaking to seemed concerned , said he would "put the request in". But also said it was not noted anywhere. He said he was sorry. But quickly moved to mention that we would be charged 50$ extra for an "early" morning pickup. During the confirmation call, the company moved our pickup time to 5:30am. It was originally scheduled for 7am for a 1030 flight out of Denver. At 5:30 am , Steve picked us up and drive us to the airport . We arrived 3 hrs before our flight. He was personable and polite. He did take both of his hands off the wheel at the same time , twice! . It was really odd. He put his hands together at the finger tips briefly, then took the wheel again. He was driving 70-75 mi per hr when he did this . I AM FOR SURE NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I am also sure that my complaints fell on deaf ears because I am from out of town. A tourist . To think we paid this company 500.00 to and from the airport .Disgusted with the drivers and customer service . Think twice and read reviews on who you trust to drive you- read more

Beware of this company. I canceled my reservation with them immediately after booking and they say they have no record of my cancellation. I am 100% positive I cancelled. Now they are asking me to pay over $700 for a service I canceled. They said they don't have a record of me calling. My guess is whatever employee answered didn't cancel it in the system. Anyways, I reported it to my credit card but just beware that they take no accountability and have horrible customer service. read more
