I found Mile High Limo online. I had a 6 am flight, the day after Thanksgiving. Who would be reliable enough to appear in front of my son's house at 4:30 in the morning? According to their reviews, Mile High Limo was the one. I called the number listed online. Adam assured me I'd be delighted with their service. It was easy to book, with an online form. He sent me an invoice, then a confirmation. I made the reservations at least a month in advance. Yet when I rolled off the living room couch, where I'd been sleeping in order not to disturb anyone, the limo was already in front of the house. Adam was polite and helpful. I absolutely will not be crammed into a hotel shuttle, nor will I wait, panic, worry, if it will be on time for the pickup to the airport or the pick up AT the airport. We scheduled a trip for a 7 person SUV with Mile High Limos from DEN airport to our vacation house in Copper Mountain and we very happy with them. Due to COVID, and constant changes of Colorado restrictions, we didn't know until about a few days before our travel, whether or not we would be able to come to Colorado for Christmas and through the holidays. A day before travel we learned that our family member that was driving with part of our luggage would not be getting into Copper until 2 days after our arrival date. To be safe, we had to check in more luggage than initially intended. We contacted Adam right away and told him of our concerns about fitting in the SUV, and he said not to worry, that he would make it work. He did come through incredibly and got us safely to Copper Mountain - no one expected the snow storm we would encounter, including the tunnel being closed off for awhile. Our return from Copper Mountain to DEN 10+ days later was equally enjoyable - he even took bags of food that our family members had accidentally left, to those in need. It looks like the other reviewers here had flawless experiences (which is awesome!), but we had a road bump that actually left me with a more positive impression of the company than if it hadn't happened. I think you can really see what a company stands for when something goes wrong or there is a problem. I booked a limo through Yelp messenger with Mile High Limo a month before we needed it. Long story short, there was a miscommunication about the type of limo we would receive due to an employee error, which I found out about the day before our booking. A lot of companies would have just blamed the employee and told us we were SOL, but not Mile High Limo. They did what they *should* do, not what some companies *would* do. In the end, Ademasu was extremely ethical in honoring the original arrangements, even to his own detriment. I really respect the way it was ultimately handled, and I appreciate Ademasu standing by what was initially agreed upon. You can tell from the other reviews that errors and issues are extremely rare for Mile High Limo, but it is great to know that when they come up, they are handled the right way. Frankly, I don't even need to see the limo to know that I will be a very happy customer- Ademasu's integrity is enough for me. read more

Meaning to write this...used Mile High in late July for a pre-reserved airport pickup. Ordered one sedan, one suv for my party of 11. We got caught up a little in baggage claim because Denvers' oversize luggage carrier failed (for 2 booster seats). I kept in touch with driver's. They were flawless, timely, communicative, and priced to kill it. Do not be fooled by their competitive pricing. They will nail it. read more
