Was supposed to pick someone up at the airport last night, but it's 45 minutes on a good day, and last night it happened to be sleeting and snowing. So, while I've never called a car to pick someone up, I decided to try it out. The woman on the phone when I called made the whole process very simple and convenient. It was $96 total, including a required 20% gratuity, and since there were no basic sedans available, they sent a fantastic BMW sedan. Baggage claim took nearly an hour, for some ungodly reason, and the driver waited patiently. All in all, a great service with awesome customer care. Would definitely use again. read more

Reviews for Lux Limo all seem to read the same: easy reservations, reasonable prices, prompt drivers, complete satisfaction. I've had some terrible experiences with limo companies but chose Lux based on the reviews from Yelp. They DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Making a reservation was clear, easy, pain-free and I wasn't left crossing my fingers all the details were correctly entered. On the day of, our driver (Alvin) was there before we landed, and I had a text waiting to give me directions as to where we would meet. Not only was he on time and very personable, he drove nicely. This sounds so funny, but at the end of a long weekend, and as the passenger in the rear of the SUV, the very last thing I want is to feel like my driver is in a vicious cycle of gas-brake-gas-brake-gas, etc. Alvin was great. Thank you for a wonderful experience in your Stretch SUV! Bouba, our driver, arrived early, was very nice, accommodating, and delivered a smooth ride throughout the reservation. The interior is as sleek as the exterior and the VIP lounge was a nice feature! I've used many car services in the past for airport transportation and have chosen to stick with Lux Limo for the past few years due to their competitive pricing, friendly office personnel and incredible drivers. They are always so pleasant! The fleet of cars has always been impressive to me and I'm happy I finally had an excuse to try the limo! UPDATE: I spoke to the owner, who is even worse than the employees. He refunded me an arbitrary $50.00 (?) but said he would not refund me any more because they 'misquoted' me and he has now fired that employee. WTF? I told him the misquote is not my problem, and he says that the final bill is whatever they say. Sooo..apparently you can just charge people whatever and call it a mistake. He was SO rude, and has no explanation for why they have a right to charge me more for now reason. Seriously stay away! There is no way the other reviews from here are legit. Lux Limo is a total scam! I scheduled a pickup/drop off for my wedding, and they sent me an invoice, i paid the deposit, and that was that. My wedding coordinator could never get ahold of them, but I told her it would be fine as I had a confirmation. We booked them for a 1 hour trip to drive about 5 minutes for my wedding. We get to my wedding location and I told my driver that we're going to sit in the AC and wait until they're ready for us. He looks at me and says "you only rented for an hour" . Yes, and you picked us up at 4:00 and now it's 4:30. SO RUDE. Well i get back from my honeymoon to see they first charged me 3 time (and reversed and charged, reversed and charged). The final charge is over $100 more than it should be. so i have been calling them every day to try to resolve this, and everytime they tell me that only the manager can help me and they're not around . I finally ask the lady if i should just dispute the charges since they refuse to help me or even look in to it, and she said "yeah, i don't know why my manager won't call you back. Guess so!". Total scam. DO NOT use them. My wedding coordinator said because of all this she would NEVER recommend them to anyone. read more

Felt very unsafe! The driver is looking over the steering wheel intently because his windshield wipers are far beyond due for replacement. I will NEVER hire them again! They don't seem too concerned about their employees, let alone their customers. I can actually heat the plastic rub the windshield as there is no wiper at all. Great driver though. ********SCAM ALERT************ Horrible experience. I will never use them again. I ordered a Lincoln Town Car for my sister's wedding. They show up in a taped up Yukon Denali. And by taped up I mean they used some black tape and the whole bumper was taped up. It also hadn't been washed correctly and there was previous signs on the vehicle that they covered up with black. So I ask him if we can get another car as this was not what I ordered. He said it was going to take 30 minutes. I didn't have that time so I told him to just use it. He than told me that he was never told by his dispatcher that this was a for a wedding and he apologized. He than told me that this ride was on him. Well 3 days later my card was still charged so I called and Crystal told me that they would not be able to refund my money but I could get 25% off of my next ride. I told her that I had such a horrible experience, why would I want a future ride from them. I than asked if I could speak with her manager/owner and she informed me that she would have him call me. I than email her a week later as I hadn't heard from him and she tells me he is busy and that she can offer me a free ride. I once again told her that If I didn't get my refund that I would never want to use them again. I will be filing a with the BBB and would suggest that you run before you ever use them. My husband travels a ton for work and for the last trip I convinced him to try a limo service. After doing my research I choose Lux Limo and I was so impressed!! From the start, Ariel helped set up our reservation and made it such a breeze. Then on the day of departure we received a text from the driver who arrived early and was waiting with bottled water. The pick up from the airport was great and they even waited as our flight was delayed. With a 4am pick up and midnight p/u at the airport I was beyond impressed. Puke in the limo, unapologetic driver, and scheduling mistake - absolute nightmare of an experience. Took the limo service from the airport to home for Christmas, get in and there is dried puke from the night before on the backseat. The driver hadn't checked his car for and hadn't even attempted to clean it up. Instead of apologizing he complained to me that the ride from the night before didn't tell him. They comped my trip and I was going to let it rest. Preparing for my return trip I realized they had scheduled the driver for the time of my flight, not with time to get to the airport (after I provided my iternary and flight numbers). I called them and they said they would reschedule for earlier. At 10:35pm the night before my early am flight they called to cancel on me. Horrible service would highly recommend you use any other service. read more

I used Lux Limo service this past weekend for transportation to DIA. This company is fantastic! Upon calling I received excellent customer service from Ariel. At the mid-point of our trip we unexpectedly had to change hotels, Lux was super understanding of our situation and made the change to our reservation without any questions! They even adjusted our rate since the hotel we changed to was closer to the airport. I honestly did not expect that to happen. Our driver Alvin was professional, friendly, and courteous, I would request him again for future trips. Don't hesitate, use LUX they were wonderful...and they were the most reasonably priced out of all the services I called within the area. The cars are beautiful and drivers are dressed to impress. The rate was very close to taking a taxi and we'll worth the few extra dollars. Great Service all around. Due to last minute decision to use a car service we called Saturday morning for a Sat night concert. The first two services "recommended by Google" were much more expensive and far less professional. Those felt unreliable. The person I booked with at Lux Limo was very professional and organized. She did a great job of understanding what I was looking for, quoted a fair price and even sent a receipt with confirmation, service details and driver information as soon as the booking was made. The driver, Youssef, was at my home in Ken/Caryl a few minutes early with all the details and had no problem supporting our request for 2 DTC stops, wait during diner and then drop at Pepsi Center and come back after the concert. After the show we texted and he met us at the door to show us where the car was parked. I reached out to Lux Limo to request a donated limousine for the funeral service of a firefighter who was killed in the line of duty. Ariel very generously donated a 22 passenger Hummer to transport the deceased's fellow firefighters from his station and even offered to produce a DVD of his family to play during the drive. With her help, we were able to provide a beautiful service for the grieving family and fire department. Communication was quick and very professional.
