I wouldn't book with this service if I were you. I called and received a quote and booked a service using the quoted price via the website and later received this message. "Hi Justin, I hope this message finds you well. I'm contacting you regarding your recent reservation submission. Upon reviewing the submission, I noticed that you were quoted incorrectly. The correct one-way pricing is $530.27, which is all inclusive. However, I would like to inform you that we are currently offering a new promotion where you can receive a 10% discount on your first booking with us. With this discount, your one-way price would be $477.24. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as I understand that the price is significantly higher than the original quote. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with the booking at the new rate. Additionally, I noticed that you may have also been interested in booking a round trip with a pick-up at 10 pm on the same evening. To attempt to raise costs and it be double after the booking was completed is just bad business. I think people deserve to be treated well. If you don't want to be potentially priced gouged book with another service. I would just use uber black for your needs. It's priced fairly and they won't change the prices after you've already paid. I also will be making a call to BBB to report their practices. I later received this message after booking and speaking to someone to cancel my reservation; literally another lie. Amazing service all the way thru from booking the reservation to arriving at our destination. Shay, the reservation specialist, responded promptly to my Yelp inquiry, quoted a very fair price and got me scheduled all within about 10min. Best of all, she gave me her direct line so that I could text with any concerns or questions. Our flight out got delayed and I shot her a text where she assured me they were tracking my flight! When we landed, our driver Mark was in immediate and constant communication with us via text, which did so much to soothe my usual travel induced anxiousness. On Thursday we were picked up in the terminal, as planned, by Mark. He was prompt, courteous, professional and delivered us to our hotel safely. On Sunday we were scheduled to be picked up at our hotel at 7:30am after receiving a two hour advance confirmation at 5:30 am. At 7:35am no one showed. I called and left a message. I called back at 7:40 and spoke to Juan. Juan told me to hold while he called to find our driver. He then hung up on me. I called back and was informed that he (Juan) was still trying to find the driver. I was left on hold for 10 mins. I hung up and called back and Juan informed me that the driver had his "pick ups mixed up" and would not be picking us up. I informed him that I expected a refund. He agreed. I had to initiate all calls to Juan. If I had not called back, would he just leave us stranded? We called an Uber and made it to our gate with minutes to spare. Stressful to say the least. As of Monday PM, our refund had not been processed. I called Monday afternoon and spoke to Kathy. She was very professional. She stated that she showed no record of our reservation (hmmm, Juan?). I informed her of the 2 hour advance email. She requested that I email it to her. She promptly called me back and processed our refund. I appreciated her promptness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, professional and on time ride to the airport. And I will be using them again on my next needed ride. The owner Richard was a delight to talk with him while getting us to our departure gate. On the way back Sam, our return driver waited for us for over an hour after there was a delay from the airline of getting our luggage starting up on the baggage carousel.
