Not only was the price competitive (group of 12) - the entire operation had thoughtful touches such as ice/water, trash bags, and more. I'd highly recommend booking Grant for any future transportation needs we definitely will be doing so on our next trip.

Was supposed to pick someone up at the airport last night, but it's 45 minutes on a good day, and…read morelast night it happened to be sleeting and snowing. So, while I've never called a car to pick someone up, I decided to try it out. The woman on the phone when I called made the whole process very simple and convenient. It was $96 total, including a required 20% gratuity, and since there were no basic sedans available, they sent a fantastic BMW sedan. Baggage claim took nearly an hour, for some ungodly reason, and the driver waited patiently. All in all, a great service with awesome customer care. Would definitely use again.

This business gave us a low bid, then after agreeing to use them they came in with several more…read morecharges (fuel surcharge, prepaid tip, destination charge) that made them the most expensive. Although I told Evelyn I had two toddlers in attendance, they did not tell me until the night before our booking that they had no safety restraints for car seats, so it would have been illegal for the toddlers to ride on the bus. Thus six of our family could not attend which put a real damper on our trip. This has never happened with any other company. The bus was clean (no food allowed) and the driver was polite and prompt, but there were more negatives than positives. Never again.

We were absolutely 100% happy with our transport service through Rocky's. My husband was leery…read morebecause there were no reviews yet when we booked. But, we couldn't have been happier. Rocky's sent a confirmation very shortly after booking. Then a couple weeks before departing they sent a profile of our driver with his contact info and some details about the vehicle. The night before our trip, we received a text confirming our pickup details. The driver was early but didn't come to the door early, he patiently waited in his car for us until the time we had scheduled (we saw him sitting outside just a few minutes early but it was good that he was patient because we weren't quite ready). The driver was very professional yet friendly and showed up in a lovely, large SUV because we had a lot of luggage, car seats, and kids. The car was seemed in excellent or new condition and everyone had control over their heating and cooling, which is a big deal for our family given my husband and I can't stand being hot and my kids like it boiling. The driver helped load our luggage but was cautious and careful with our belongings. He was also patient as we installed each car seat. The ride was smooth and uneventful and he got us right pto the curbside check in ahead of schedule. I would absolutely use this service again and have recommended it to everyone I know. We have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies (SuperShuttle and another private businesses) with driver's being late, one who weaved through traffic by passing on the shoulder and running red lights, and someone showed up in a Honda Civic to transport 4 people and all our luggage for 3 weeks (needless to say, we had luggage on our laps for the drive). So, out of every service I've used previously, Rocky's takes the cake as being the best transport service. We didn't want to do Uber or Lyft mainly because we didn't know what we would get and wanted to be certain we had solid plans in place for our transport. Also, the cost of Rocky's was very reasonable compared to other services estimations. I chose to write this review because I think if someone is debating whether it is reliable to pick a company that has very few reviews like Rocky's, I will vouch that it met our expectations and beyond. I will be using them for every future transport service. We have our return trip in a couple days, so I will amend my review should we have any issues.

***DO NOT BOOK WITH BUSZYN SHUTTLES IT IS A SCAM***…read more I am a venue manager that had a horrible experience with said company who was contracted as a vendor for a Bride & Groom's wedding.
