The Best Holiday Lights Tour Party Bus Experience! We had a…read moreblast! Our group wanted to see the Christmas lights this year, but that would have required splitting the attendees into multiple cars with of course, multiple drivers. Then I found Elevate Rides. It was a pleasure doing business with Elevate Rides. Their website provides all the information you need. Blair was prompt and very helpful in answering a few group-specific questions. Everyone at Elevate Rides was professional and followed through on what they promised. Our driver Mike was great! He contacted me the morning of the event to confirm details, including the meeting place, and arrived there on time. He was very conscientious about wanting everyone to have a great time and was personable, engaging and even funny! We chose the south tour and it was great. We stopped at and got out at some of the many homes. Some of the displays were synced to music and all of them were incredible in their own way. The bus itself was immaculate and stocked with water, cups and paper towels. The heat was adjustable and we could stream our own music. One consideration ... if you are close to the passenger limit on a party bus, consider booking the next larger bus. The bus we were on was for 11-13 people. We had 9 and were comfortable but and I don't know how 2-4 more people would have fit. For the price of the next larger bus, it might be worth it. Overall, fun was had by all and I highly recommend Elevate Rides for all your party bus needs!

When it arrived, it had to be 80+ degrees on the bus. We were assured it would cool off, but it was miserable to have to be on it that hot. I made a booking on May 24 for a private SUV to Red Rocks for a June 6 show. My confirmation stated…read morethat the driver would contact me the day before to confirm the details and finalize the pick-up plan. That did not happen. When I did not hear from the driver, I texted the support number provided. I received no reply. The morning of the show, I also tried contacting the company through WhatsApp and email. There was no response on WhatsApp, and the email bounced back as undeliverable. I finally received a response to my original text about an hour later, with a promise that the driver would contact me. About 90 minutes after that, the driver finally reached out and confirmed the pick-up. The driver arrived only a few minutes late, but the SUV did not include the cooler and chairs that were part of the booking. He also told us he planned to drop us off, leave, and return after the concert. That was not what was described in the booking. The arrangement was for the driver to wait in the parking lot so there would be no issue with the return pick-up. I explained this to the driver and also texted the company to express my disappointment. Ultimately, the driver agreed to wait. After the concert, the driver was not at the location where he had told us he would meet us, which created unnecessary confusion during the return process. He eventually told me he was back in the same parking spot where we had left him. That issue was relatively minor compared with the earlier problems, but it added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the lack of communication, the unreachable support channels, the missing amenities, and the confusion about what was included in the booking made this a disappointing and stressful experience.

From the very beginning, the manager (Emmanuel) addressed my long list of questions with detail and was quick to respond. The logistics for payment and document signing were straightforward, and it was a nice change of pace to have all the prices shown upfront without any hidden fees. Onto the day of... The bus picked us up at the exact location we requested. We were supposed to have a different driver, but he couldn't make it so Emmanuel kindly stepped in and took care of everything. To my surprise, the bus had personalized animated digital text with my name on it! My friends and I thought that was a super cool touch and made us (especially me) feel so special! We felt like VIP getting onto the bus with music already bumping and fog spilling out through the doors. Connecting to the Bluetooth was easy and we played our music the whole night. We LOVED having not one, but TWO poles which were used the entire time. The laser/flashing lights truly made it feel like we had our own nightclub to ourselves. Bus was clean and in great condition. Oh! The bus also came with a couple of cooler spaces filled with ice and water bottles which was so nice to have for hydration and storage as we also brought our own drinks (and snacks). We requested one stop which we were at for about 45 minutes. We were allowed 3 stops with the package I went with but honestly didn't want to spend too much time off of the bus because of how fun it was. Emmanuel made sure we were there at the time we requested (a couple of friends were meeting us there), and pickup was as easy as calling him and meeting back at the same spot where he dropped us off. We had the bus for 4 hours but it went by so fast that I'd book it for longer in the future! I will definitely be using this company again for any future party bus needs, and I'll be recommending it to all of my friends. Such a fun night full of core memories. Thank you, How High!!!
