It was a pleasure doing business with Elevate Rides. Their website provides all the information you need. Blair was prompt and very helpful in answering a few group-specific questions. Everyone at Elevate Rides was professional and followed through on what they promised. Our driver Mike was great! He contacted me the morning of the event to confirm details, including the meeting place, and arrived there on time. He was very conscientious about wanting everyone to have a great time and was personable, engaging and even funny! We chose the south tour and it was great. We stopped at and got out at some of the many homes. Some of the displays were synced to music and all of them were incredible in their own way. The bus itself was immaculate and stocked with water, cups and paper towels. The heat was adjustable and we could stream our own music. One consideration ... if you are close to the passenger limit on a party bus, consider booking the next larger bus. The bus we were on was for 11-13 people. We had 9 and were comfortable but and I don't know how 2-4 more people would have fit. For the price of the next larger bus, it might be worth it. The bus was gorgeous, the driver was super accommodating and dispatch went out of their way to accept a delivery before the pickup of lunch for the group and facilitated stocking the bar for us. We booked them again for a wedding in the Keystone/Breckenridge area, and again we found their bid to be extremely competitive. Denver Party Ride is a fantastic, reliable, well maintained professional limo and party bus service. I would highly recommend them!

We were promised a party bus that would comfortably seat 30-32 people, but what showed up barely fit our group of 15. It's a good thing we had some last-minute cancellations because the bus they sent couldn't even fit the group we ended up with. They also promised the bus would be stocked with ice and water, but there were only 12 waters for a supposed 30-person bus, and not even enough ice to keep them cold. To make matters worse, the bus was in terrible condition and had NO AC. Instead, there was a pathetic little box fan in the front of the bus, which did nothing for the sweltering heat. They conveniently waited until minutes before the bus arrived to inform us that the AC wasn't working, as if that was acceptable. Oh, and the emergency exit? It was literally held together with packing tape and had a handwritten note in sharpie that said "$50 fine for tampering with exit." You read that right. The whole thing rattled so badly as we drove, we were scared it was going to fall off, and we could barely hear each other over the noise. After this disaster, I reached out to the company multiple times, politely asking for a partial refund, considering the fact they didn't deliver what we paid for--a bus that could accommodate 30-32 people. They have completely ignored every single attempt I've made to contact them. It's beyond frustrating, and the lack of customer service just adds insult to injury. This company is a complete joke. We were lucky to even get by with the 15 people we had. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere--unless you want to experience the same nightmare we did. Total disaster. 0/5 stars. Avoid at all costs. Beware of these scam artists. I have contacted DORA to report this predatory behavior.

It was decent looking on the inside and the driver was nice but the radio did fall out each time the driver brakes too hard. After calling and expressing the disappointment the brides mother was supposed to get a discount but the company has not followed through with that either. I was forced to give them at least one star and If they would have given the discount as promised they would deserve it but since they didn't they really get no stars. Never again! We booked a shuttle for a friend's birthday only to have the shuttle arrive an hour…read morelate, not at all stocked (no drinks, ice, cups, etc. of any kind). There were tiles and linoleum loose on the floor and falling off the steps. Half the speakers were broken and screens didn't work. The entire shuttle was cheap, broken, and in poor condition. The driver apologized and indicated that another bus broke down and they pulled this one out of repair (unfinished). We then had to stop at a gas station to buy drinks (and I kid you not, red solo cups - they provided nothing) - the first one was closed so we wasted another hour there. Drinks were supposed to be provided. Most of the party (all but 3) left at the first stop out of pure embarrassment of even being on the bus. The door was cracked most of the ride - quiet and noisy. The ride was bumpy. We dismissed the bus later in the evening and opted to take an Uber home. I raised my concerns to the driver and indicated that I would follow-up with management before paying the final bill. He agreed and apologized for the ride (the driver himself was friendly and understanding). Before I could even call the following day (a Sunday), I received an emailed Square receipt with my signature forged. I discussed with management who refused to budge and disputed the charge. The bank agreed and all was refunded, but this company fought it the entire way. The company has since threatened legal action. I would never use this company again nor recommend to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere! Literally the worse party shuttle I've ever rented in my life, and an embarrassing experience having tried to arrange a fun birthday surprise for a good friend.
