I would strongly discourage anyone from using this limo service. We booked and signed a contract for a limousine for a my daughter's going away party, but instead they showed up with an old, broken-down party bus that was nothing like what we paid for. The vehicle was in poor condition and completely unacceptable for the occasion. It had multiple areas of body damage and the engine itself was not working properly. To make matters worse, the driver did not follow the route we specifically requested in advance, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration for everyone involved. We planned the evening carefully, and the company ignored the agreed-upon itinerary. In the end, they failed to provide the service outlined in the contract and completely broke their agreement with us. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and unprofessional service from start to finish. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. What an absolute nightmare of an experience from start to finish. We were promised a party bus that would comfortably seat 30-32 people, but what showed up barely fit our group of 15. It's a good thing we had some last-minute cancellations because the bus they sent couldn't even fit the group we ended up with. They also promised the bus would be stocked with ice and water, but there were only 12 waters for a supposed 30-person bus, and not even enough ice to keep them cold. To make matters worse, the bus was in terrible condition and had NO AC. Instead, there was a pathetic little box fan in the front of the bus, which did nothing for the sweltering heat. They conveniently waited until minutes before the bus arrived to inform us that the AC wasn't working, as if that was acceptable. Oh, and the emergency exit? It was literally held together with packing tape and had a handwritten note in sharpie that said "$50 fine for tampering with exit." You read that right. The whole thing rattled so badly as we drove, we were scared it was going to fall off, and we could barely hear each other over the noise. After this disaster, I reached out to the company multiple times, politely asking for a partial refund, considering the fact they didn't deliver what we paid for--a bus that could accommodate 30-32 people. They have completely ignored every single attempt I've made to contact them. It's beyond frustrating, and the lack of customer service just adds insult to injury. This company is a complete joke. We were lucky to even get by with the 15 people we had. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere--unless you want to experience the same nightmare we did. Total disaster. 0/5 stars. Booking with this place was the worst experience. We booked a limo a week before our event we found out the limo broke down. So the company reached out and said we could either get a refund or pay an extra $400 for a bus. When we asked if they could waive the extra money since this was not our fault, they said no because "someone else would pay for it". A day before the trip we found out they also changed the pick up time without any fair warning. When asking about it, the manager literally yelled at us over the phone. Both managers were extremely rude and unprofessional. I will say, our driver ended up being incredible! But the overall booking experience was terrible. read more

Booked a ride for a group of 20 to the Red Rocks. Driver wasn't a friendly fellow since the start. He's not rude, he just has a belittling attitude. Drop off and and pick-up were smooth. When we got picked up the driver said "I had another group that I needed to pickup, so I threw everything away, including your alcohol." We all laughed thinking he was joking. He wasn't. When we booked the bus with Jada, she was attentive to respond to our messages and her responses were very informative and thorough. We prepaid for the party bus and on the day of the event our driver called us early in advance to touch base with us. Darren, our driver, was extremely helpful in providing us logistics for pick up and drop off locations and times. He was also very accommodating in arriving earlier than the scheduled time to ensure we could get all passengers aboard smoothly. Overall, we had a effortless experience with Denver Party Ride. BEWARE: This company was extremely disappointing. Communication and customer service was great until the day of the event. The rep I spoke with during the booking process was great. She sent me pictures of the party bus we were getting and answered my questions when needed. When my wedding day came, the driver was 20 minutes late and we were in a time crunch. When the bus arrived it was embarrassing...... the bus that came was disgusting. Originally the company told me we were getting a black party bus with red interior and a stripper pole. The pictures were great. The actual bus that came looked about 25 years old, it was completely dirty inside, outdated and the bus was white. Very very different from what I had discussed. There were TVs inside and the screens were shattered like someone had head butted them. I was truly embarrassed that my family had to ride in this especially when I had been bragging about how nice the bus was going to be. The bus we got was junk - and we spent close to 800 dollars. Of course I tried to contact the company after the event and I received no response. Extremely unprofessional company - con artists. Not sure how they have over 3 stars. read more

Our wedding was in the mountains which in it self, you have traffic, road construction and unforeseen weather that can cause huge delays. On top of that we were staying in Winter Park and so they had to summit the pass to get us and take us to and from our venue. With lane closures near the Mt Evans exit, they called us first and said they informed their drivers of the conditions and were planning on arriving a half hour earlier than expected because of this to prevent us from being late to our own wedding. The drivers of all three shuttles were excellent, we didn't feel like we were going to die and they were friendly and would go out of their way to help us whenever we needed. We arrived on time and when the event was over they were already there waiting for us, we never once waited on them which is saying a lot due to our location and past experiences with other limo companies. Their pricing is fair and 100% transparent, no hidden fees or surprise expenses. Communication was fluid from day one all the way through the end of the big night. When you have three shuttles going to three different places and making extra stops along the way, not once did they get lost or ask for an address or directions. It was mapped out professionally ahead of time and every obstacle was already planned for. I will use them again in the future whenever I need and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Especially on such an important day that has so many moving parts and you can't afford one mistake. read more

This company is the WORST company ever....let me begin at the beginning: First they quote me a pretty good deal for a 30 passenger party bus of $600 for 25 people which included alcohol however I had to put a deposit down that day to get that quote which was $100....Once they received my "non-refundable" deposit they told me they couldn't give us alcohol because they gave us such a good deal. Then, (because we live in Denver) it was suppose to snow the night of the event so I call them to see what my options were if it was to snow they CSR reply "It's not our fault about the weather, we will no be able to refund your deposit" I got extremely furious and asked to have a manager call me and she did... Once I explained how annoyed I was about their false advertisement and the lack of customer service he still told me that although it would be dangerous to drive in the mountains in the snow he wouldn't be able to refund my deposit but we could change the route and he would throw some bottles in.... Next day it didn't snow....HOWEVER!!! the party bus that showed up was NOTHING like the vehicles on their website!!! They didn't have any chasers on the bus as promised just water...so we had to stop at 7/11... OH IT GETS WORSE!! It took the driver almost 2 hours to get to Blackhawk, which is usually a 45 minute drive from Denver. We didn't arrived until 11:45pm....I then text him to see if he was picking us up at the same location he dropped us off at 2am. He replied with "That is the time you are supposed to be back in Denver you will have to pay overages" SOOOOOO I'm thinking we get picked up at 2 NOT dropped off you know why BECAUSE NOBODY TOLD ME.... So we leave at about 1:15am....so not even 2 hours in Blackhawk and arrived in Denver at 2:30 and they still ended up charging my card an overage of $100 and threaten to leave us because I complained and called them crooks. I am a local event planner in the Denver area and have used Denver Party Ride for several events - every time they price really competitively, are a pleasure to work with, show up 15 minutes before the agreed upon pick up time and the vehicles are always kept extremely well maintained! On my first experience, I booked Denver Party Ride for a group being picked up at DIA and I needed round trip transportation for a group of 21 people to Aspen. I actually priced out the entire trip against CME and it was more cost effective than CME. The bus was gorgeous, the driver was super accommodating and dispatch went out of their way to accept a delivery before the pickup of lunch for the group and facilitated stocking the bar for us. We booked them again for a wedding in the Keystone/Breckenridge area, and again we found their bid to be extremely competitive. Denver Party Ride is a fantastic, reliable, well maintained professional limo and party bus service. I would highly recommend them! read more

I am absolutely disappointed beyond words with Denver Party Ride. My daughter and 20 of her friends have been waiting this morning for their bus which is a no show. I listened on the phone with my daughter while she booked the bus and made a plan for the CU homecoming game. I also heard her call the company back 2 more times to confirm the number of people the bus could accommodate and check if she should ask for a larger bus. They assured her the bus she had was sufficient. Additionally, she called on Friday to confirm the bus. Suddenly this morning, the reservation can't be located. I asked specifically if there was no reservation, how did all the calls, confirmations and exchanges take place??? The owner had no answer for me except that she has no idea what happened. I personally heard 3 phone exchanges between the business and my daughter yet, no solution was offered and the bus is still a no show. All of the kids are now Ubering in separate Ubers to their CU Homecoming football game. Huge disappointment for these kids who flew in for this. I'm baffled how the owner can remember and acknowledge these conversations but then tell me that she cannot seem to locate any communication or reservation. Not good at all. read more

My daughter had prom last night and the driver made them late to everything and drove like a snail not even doing the speed limit. He never took the highway even from Parker to Denver. He was rude and now is trying to get more money from the kids for a button they didn't even use let alone break. Do not use this company. They are horrible and will try to scam you for things. They did not break the stereo on the bus. No one could even touch the buttons on the stereo, so clearly doesn't make any sense they could break it. He used the stereo so seems weird he's blaming his mistake to the kids so he doesn't have to pay for himself breaking the stereo. The stereo was working just fine all night long while we were in the bus (he controlled it but funny how the last 10 min of the kids in the bus he claims it's broke) it's not fair to try and blame kids for your own mistake. He was rude and made us late to each function along the way of prom. Maybe letting BBB know about this might help us. read more

When speaking to these people over the phone, I felt like they had their stuff together and gave me no reason to think we'd encounter any issues. On the day of the ceremony, a ratty black Hummer with little to no AC showed up instead of a white Cadillac Escalade we had reserved. We had also reserved a 30 passenger party bus to transport our guests from the hotel to venue. The bus was 30 minutes late getting to the hotel and showed up with the inside messy from a previous charter. We had blocked the bus for an 8hr charter so guests could leave back to the hotel when they chose, except the bus was apparently double booked and left our event to cater to another and left our guests stranded. Near the time of our event ending, a 20 passenger limo car showed up to take our guests to the hotel. Three trips later and numerous cabs and ubers, all our guests were back at the hotel. The limo driver even told us that the bus had left to take CU football fans back to boulder. When I called the company to discuss the issue, I received nothing but excuses that contradicted what happened. I don't think we could have received any worse service. Should you choose to use this company anyways, be advised; they charge you 20% gratuity despite telling you over the phone that you can tip the drivers if you wish. read more
