We went downtown and saw all the rockin dream shuttle while we rode around in a ugly bus. It was decent looking on the inside and the driver was nice but the radio did fall out each time the driver brakes too hard. I was sitting next to the bride to be so I had to make sure the radio didn't fall on her head! After calling and expressing the disappointment the brides mother was supposed to get a discount but the company has not followed through with that either. I was forced to give them at least one star and If they would have given the discount as promised they would deserve it but since they didn't they really get no stars. If you want a nice dream shuttle like the ones they advertise...look elsewhere. But if want a mall ride bus...scroll down a little bit after searching dream shuttles on yelp, save your money and choose the free mall ride!

Never again! We booked a shuttle for a friend's birthday only to have the shuttle arrive an hour…read morelate, not at all stocked (no drinks, ice, cups, etc. of any kind). There were tiles and linoleum loose on the floor and falling off the steps. Half the speakers were broken and screens didn't work. The entire shuttle was cheap, broken, and in poor condition. The driver apologized and indicated that another bus broke down and they pulled this one out of repair (unfinished). We then had to stop at a gas station to buy drinks (and I kid you not, red solo cups - they provided nothing) - the first one was closed so we wasted another hour there. Drinks were supposed to be provided. Most of the party (all but 3) left at the first stop out of pure embarrassment of even being on the bus. The door was cracked most of the ride - quiet and noisy. The ride was bumpy. We dismissed the bus later in the evening and opted to take an Uber home. I raised my concerns to the driver and indicated that I would follow-up with management before paying the final bill. He agreed and apologized for the ride (the driver himself was friendly and understanding). Before I could even call the following day (a Sunday), I received an emailed Square receipt with my signature forged. I discussed with management who refused to budge and disputed the charge. The bank agreed and all was refunded, but this company fought it the entire way. The company has since threatened legal action. I would never use this company again nor recommend to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere! Literally the worse party shuttle I've ever rented in my life, and an embarrassing experience having tried to arrange a fun birthday surprise for a good friend.

We called and confirmed twice as we had friends from out of state and we were going to the George Straight concert at Empower Field downtown Denver and wanted it perfect. we had 8 in our party, we were told the Sprinter held 10 so we would have plenty of room. We said we wanted extra room that was fine. We were told we had to pay the hourly rate the whole evening, they could not drop and return they would stay the entire time. Therefore they gave us a discount of $150 per hour for approx 7 hours. The pics on their website show a beautiful Sprinter limo like atmosphere. We were picked up at 4.30 with a FORD TRANSIT. It held 6 and was NOTHING like the Sprinter advertised, One of my family had to sit up with the driver. We had no other way of transportation, so had no choice but to take this. The driver said she thought we were going to Red Rocks, We said no, its down town stadium. When we were approaching the stadium congestion the driver asked what exit should she take and where to go, she said she had never been downtown. We said she should already have directions to where the limos dropped off and picked up. We were on the backside of the stadium and had to get out in the middle of the road. She said she would find the place she should be and contact us for pick up. After the concert she called saying she could not find her parking area and could not get close, we had to walk all the way to parking lot G. Again we had no other options. After arguing we were told half off for the errors. We were still required to pay $600.00 and we tipped another $200.00 feeling bad for the inexperienced driver. The entire experience was horrible. We should have not had to pay a cent for that misrepresentation, also the media player was not charged, we had to pull over to be told how to use the system radio etc. The owner texted my husband the next morning saying we were late getting back and shorted him a hour on his rates. Told us to never call them again. My first thought was, was he really charging $150 a hour for a FORD Van. My second was what nerve. We paid Cash so unfortunately it was a done deal. He kept asking what door I was at which would have made sense if I was familiar with the Denver set up. The dispatcher said he would come get us himself, but at that point, we've been on the street with two separate shady drivers, and a dispatcher who was just as bad. No way are we getting in one of the limos at this point. 6. We ended up having one of our spouses drive to 49th and Federal at 1:00 in the morning to come get us. This Limousine Company should be shut down. I am disgusted by this company, and I am going to tell everyone I know. It was a little weird that they wanted the money upfront when we booked them.
