The bus was clean (no food allowed) and the driver was polite and prompt, but there were more negatives than positives. Never again.

From the beginning, communication with the company was disorganized and unprofessional--an immediate red flag. We had reserved the bus for pickup between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. Not only did the bus not arrive until 5:30, but we also received no update until 5:05, leaving us wondering whether a bus was coming at all. This complete lack of timely communication is unacceptable. When the vehicle finally arrived, it was not the party bus we were promised. Instead, it was a three-row Sprinter van with an extra, unsecured row of loose seats in the trunk area. This vehicle was advertised to comfortably and safely accommodate up to 16 people. Thankfully, only 12 of us showed up--had the full group come, the situation would have been even worse. The most alarming part of the experience was the seating. Two members of our group, including myself, were forced to sit in the unanchored seats in the back. These seats were tilted backward when we entered and had to be manually lifted upright by the driver. There were no functional seatbelts in this row, and due to the lack of security, we actually felt less safe attempting to use them. This is a clear safety violation and legal liability. To make matters even worse, upon arriving at Red Rocks, our driver cracked open a beer and began drinking. It is absolutely unacceptable for a professional driver--who would be responsible for our safety on the return trip--to consume alcohol while on duty. After the event, we attempted to reach out to the company to discuss a refund or appropriate compensation, given that the service provided did not remotely match what we reserved and paid for. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism continued. Not only were our concerns dismissed, but a representative went so far as to call one customer a "dumb bitch who paid twice." This kind of language and treatment is appalling. In short, this company is not only unprofessional but potentially dangerous. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere--both your money and your safety are at serious risk with Ride to Red Rocks. Additionally, they texted us on April 14 at 1 AM asked us to delete our reviews on yelp. Is this doesn't show how unprofessional this company is I don't know what will.

I made a booking on May 24 for a private SUV to Red Rocks for a June 6 show. When I did not hear from the driver, I texted the support number provided. I received no reply. The morning of the show, I also tried contacting the company through WhatsApp and email. There was no response on WhatsApp, and the email bounced back as undeliverable. I finally received a response to my original text about an hour later, with a promise that the driver would contact me. About 90 minutes after that, the driver finally reached out and confirmed the pick-up. The driver arrived only a few minutes late, but the SUV did not include the cooler and chairs that were part of the booking. He also told us he planned to drop us off, leave, and return after the concert. That was not what was described in the booking. The arrangement was for the driver to wait in the parking lot so there would be no issue with the return pick-up. I explained this to the driver and also texted the company to express my disappointment. Ultimately, the driver agreed to wait. After the concert, the driver was not at the location where he had told us he would meet us, which created unnecessary confusion during the return process. He eventually told me he was back in the same parking spot where we had left him. That issue was relatively minor compared with the earlier problems, but it added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the lack of communication, the unreachable support channels, the missing amenities, and the confusion about what was included in the booking made this a disappointing and stressful experience.

Our office hired CRU for an event at the Fillmore Auditorium on Saturday March 2nd. It happened to…read morebe the night of a blizzard in Denver, Colorado and we thought our Limo Bus would cancel. That was not the case at all. The driver carefully toured us to all the enchanting places in Denver while my staff enjoyed drinks. We all had a great time on the way to the Fillmore. CRU was promptly waiting for us outside the main entrance when the event was over and drove us safely home. I would recommend CRU for any of your special events. They will take any special requests and go beyond the average limo bus ride!

When officers arrived, they confirmed he was in the wrong and told him to leave. We were left to walk half a mile home after paying in full for a service we didn't receive.
