Uber has gotten worse and worse over time. Not only have their prices continued to go up for simple…read morerides but the drivers have become ruder, less speak even enough English to be able to appropriately help if there's an emergency (yeah kind of important) and some of the cars people drive should barely be able to be on the road. At the very least a driver needs to be able to communicate basic English (the overwhelmingly spoken language in the US) so if there's an emergency they are able to notify the proper authorities and/or assist. When you aren't able to communicate with someone, especially someone you are paying for a service and that service involves something dangerous, like driving, it not only takes away from the customer experience which has only gotten worse with uber but it does not make the rider feel safe. I've also had drivers cussing on the phone with their boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife and just honestly being terrible at customer service. How are these people vetted? I've been in cars where multiple warning lights are on, there's noise coming from under the hood (not good noise) and quite frankly I have no idea how they are even on the road. One car had their child lock on the back doors, not remotely safe. Drivers who have literally been blasting their music, wildly inappropriate lyrics and loud (but I guess we don't care about common decency anymore) then when asked to turn it down I was told this is my car you can do what you want in yours. It's just gotten to a point where I'd almost rather take Lyft or a Taxi over Uber. At least with a taxi if you aren't able to communicate with them they are at least professional drivers.

Disappointed. I made a reservation for a pickup from my hotel to the airport in Yellowstone. I was…read moreconfirmed. On the day and time of pickup, I received a text message from Uber that they could not find a driver. I had to request a taxi instead but only after discovering that Uber does not service Yellowstone. I have never had an issue with Uber that after getting confirmation that they don't service an area. They should have not allowed me to reserve a ride if that is the case. It made for a very anxiety driven time. I do love Uber but not today. Please make sure when booking a ride that they do cover the area and Uber, shame on you for allowing the reservation in the first place.

This review is mainly about the "Harmonic Pass: Denver" by Christopher Janney, Commissioned by RTD…read moreart-N-Transit. This art is listed among his other "Urban Musical Instruments". It was installed in 2006. I couldn't find much information about this online. There's a riddle you're supposed to solve ( https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/rtd-southmoor-station-denver?select=hVUIr1N8WBWyO1l8-tTvig ) and walk by the speakers in an order. Since I was only going to be here one time, I wanted to be sure I activated the speakers correctly to create the sounds in order so I could hear the melodic tune. Don't think I was successful... People are constantly on their way to or from the station and have to walk through this tunnel. The cacophony of noises emanating from the speakers was music to my ears for the short time I heard it. I can see how it might be bothersome to some people. It was sporadically busy during the entire time I was there. I was getting stared at because I was trying to activate the speakers and record the sounds. I was probably in the way of travelers. Some of the pillars play bells ringing and others play sounds from nature like birds squawking & chirping. TIP: You need to pass by fairly close to the speakers to activate them. Just as I was about to give up, a nice sequence of dings, chirps, squawks, & bells began to play! I think the "Art" had mercy on me or it was programmed to play at certain intervals. I was happy no matter the case! ( https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/rtd-southmoor-station-denver?select_video=T5lK28lo7pp8eZOjPIICcw ) As for the station, this is the Southmoor Station. It's located on S. Monaco Pkwy. Light Rail trains & buses are the mode of transportation here. This is a Park n Ride. If you are catching a bus, you just catch it from near the parking lot. If you are catching a train, you need to go down the stairs or ramp, through the tunnel, and go up the stairs or take the elevator to get to the platform. The tunnel crosses underneath the I-25. I would have taken the train or bus to any other station, but time didn't permit. It would have been cool to see all 30 art installations in the Denver area! You can ride free during July & August because of the "Zero Fare for Better Air" Campaign.
