LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP! Last summer, I booked a 14 pax Executive Van w/ large storage space - enough for 14 big bags & 5 ski bags to take us from DEN to Aspen for a week - Round Trip, so they knew we were going on a week-long ski trip. I was assured they had plenty of storage for our bags - we had 11 people. About a week before our trip, I got a call from Carrie in the Boston corporate office advising that the van I booked would not be large enough to accommodate all our bags and she explained that I could book a van w/ a much larger storage space for 50% more $$ - over $400 additional - or they would cancel our reservation. I felt forced to book the van with larger storage space. However, what showed up at the DEN airport from 5 Star Shuttle in Denver was a 15 pax van w/ NO STORAGE SPACE. Driver called his brother (owner) who came with a SUV to haul all the baggage to Aspen. The driver shook down our people for more money - he did get $100 from one of our guys and demanded $200 more from me. I tried to explain to him that I had already paid over $400 more for a larger van that did not come, but he was irate - he only yelled & cursed at me that he would cancel our return. I talked to Carrie in Boston the following Monday and explained what happened. She was unable to help me and advised that they would have to cancel our return to DEN. Mr. Sunday was excellent in helping us in a unique situation. We needed a shuttle to move guests to and from our reserved wedding hotel to the reception site, and Mr Sunday happily obliged. I have been using this company for almost 2 years now and I LOVE IT. The drivers are nice, polite and helpful. However Sunday is my favorite. No matter how early or late I have to go to the airport the assign driver is always texting me 15 minutes prior to let me know he is waiting for me already by the door. The rates are more than fair. I tried to use Uber once and the fare to the Denver International Airport was almost double than with Go Shuttle. If you are in Denver and need a ride I highly recommend this company. read more

After giving my confirmation number and getting the reaction of "oh yeah" I was concerned. I was told the driver would call me. After 15 min. I called again. To which I was told he was supposed to call me. At this point the driver was THIRTY mins LATE. At 40 mins late the driver calls me and says he'll be there in twenty minutes!!!!! The driver knew he was going to be late but didn't even bother to call and tell me. After waiting for several minutes past the pickup time, I frantically started trying to book alternate transportation, but there wasn't anything available on such short notice. So I stood around in the rain and waited an hour for the guy to show up. He wasn't even apologetic and was extraordinarily rude. Ultimately, we missed our flights, had to spend $900 to get rebooked and didn't get home until 1am... about 4 hours late. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY. STAY VERY FAR AWAY. I was very emotional about my firstborn daughter going to her first year of college in Oklahoma. My husband and daughter drove to Oklahoma and I was flying with my son to meet them since it was a 12 hour drive. Their online reservation system is a disaster. They have 3 different reservation pages on the website, which is not the best solution in terms of user experience. I had to book 2 trips (TO and FROM DIA), since there was no option for "return service". I had to call them a few days later, they forgot to confirm my drive. A few hours later I got a confirmation for my second trip (from DIA), but they forgot to confirm the first one (to DIA), and when I emailed AND texted them about this, they simply did not reply. I spoke to Sunday and he booked my reservation from the hotel to DIA. Since I was leaving very early on a Monday morning, I told him I needed the driver to be there on time. The driver was there twenty minutes before my scheduled time. Be aware to always check to make sure the driver is with Go Shuttle and Limousine. Apparently, there are competing drivers who will say that they are there for you and trick you into taking you. Our driver was courteous, professional and sociable. The SUV was clean and comfortable. I I booked a ride on April 4th for a ride o DIA at 4AM on April 9th. I received a confirmation and expected to gt picked up at 4-4:15 AM. At 2:45AM Supper Shuttle canceled my reservation by e-mil. Luckily I checked my email while waiting for the ride and was able to drive myself to get to my flight.. They didn't bother to call me or let me know earlier the they could not get a driver. the cancellation give no reason. I will never ride with them again read more

First, was extremely hard to understand over the phone. Every conversation took at least double the time it normally would have. Second we agreed that I would pay cash after the ride each way but was charged on my credit card anyway. On the ride back he was an hour late getting there. Originally picked up the wrong people so we got to ride back with two strangers but they were kind enough to pay their fair share. On the ride back the business owner was running his business from his iphone while he drove on icy roads. He was texting, reading emails, and making phone calls right in front of us. I can't say for sure, but because of his tardiness he appeared to be ignoring customers calls that he was suppose to pick up. It could have been an angry girlfriend, who knows. At no point did he help with the bags. I can remember vividly him getting out after we loaded half of the bags ourselves and just watching us as we did the rest. After all of this happened, I cancelled another reservation I had with him for another group of people I was with. Although on his website there is no talk of cancellation fees and no cancellation fee was communicated to me prior to this, he decided to charge me for the full amount of the shuttle that afternoon anyway. I would suggest saving the headache and booking some where else. read more

After shopping around I found Go Shuttle and Limousine to be the most affordable shuttle service from Denver Airport to Breckenridge. Our group of 8 from Los Angeles had absolutely no problems with any of our transportation (which was our biggest concern because we had a flight to catch!). Even when I had to change plans last minute Sunda was accomodating and never changed the price on us. He answered all calls and returned all calls. He arranged seperate transportation for a couple in our party who opted to leave earlier than planned without any problems. Price was higher but fair, that's what happens when you're no longer with a group. Having planned the transportation aspect of our trip I was very happy with the service Go Shuttle provided. The vehicles may not be brand new and some may be a bit tight but when you're saving almost $40 per person each way from Denver airport to Breckenridge how can you complain. Driver did a great job. He arrived early to pick us because the roads where bad and he knew it would take us longer to get to the airport than usual. He was patient and polite while he helped us with our bags. The drive was pleasant even though the roads where in bad shape. He drove us right to our terminal and helped us unload our bags again. If I could do a "0" I would. We took a shuttle from from the airport to downtown without any AC and a driver who would not even respond when numerously asking about the AC. Worst ride Ever! After reading reviews of different services I decided to use this service. I booked what I thought was a van to take my wife, another mom and 6 kids from the Denver airport to Vail. So, to transport 8 passengers (+ the driver) and luggage this company sent an 8 passenger SUV even though I selected a van on their website and paid for a van. Two of the kids had to use the same seatbelt. Is that even legal? Anyway, the only reason I gave this company 2 stars instead of 1 is because my family said the driver going to Vail was very nice. He was 15 minutes late picking them up at the airport but was nice. I called the company to complain about using a vehicle smaller than what I reserved and the guy said that I paid for an SUV. I did not. I had saved an electronic copy of the information I selected when making the reservation and I emailed the company asking for a partial refund (for the difference between a van and an SUV) and I never received a response. For the return trip the company did use a van. My wife and kids said it was a very old van and it had a bunch of dirty shoes in the back of it. One of my kids described it as disgusting but more comfortable than the SUV since at least everyone had a seat. Will not use again. read more

Beware, this company is filing bankruptcy. We paid a $1700 deposit for shuttle services for a group of Boy Scouts for transportation from Denver Airport that we had to cancel several weeks in advance of the reservation. We have been referred to the lawyer representing Go Shuttle in bankruptcy to get a refund. So far the lawyer's office has not responded to written correspondence. Doubtful that we will see our deposit returned. read more

Yesterday, on Friday, 22-April-2016, our company hired a Go Shuttle MCI coach/bus to transport us (about 40 people), to view our new office space that is located near the airport. First, the bus driver parked the bus a block away from our building - as our entire group stood in the parking lot waiting for him. We boarded the bus to find the air-conditioning was not working. The outside temp was 78 - we all speculated the interior bus temp was between 90 and 95 degrees. (We found out later, the bus driver knew on the way to pick us up that the air-conditioning was NOT working, yet failed to turn around and get a bus that had working air-conditioning.) We rode out to the new office and back in a very, very HOT, STEAMING, STINKING bus. (The driver SHOULD HAVE radioed the company to get a replacement bus to meet us while we were at our new office - HE DID NOT.) I will never recommend Go Shuttle Limousine to anyone who will listen to my opinion. read more

Not only did the driver never show up, but when we called them they made some excuse about being right around the corner...still 45 minutes late. No apology. The driver was nice enough to call me, I asked him to mail it to me but I never received it. When i tried contacting them, the person hung up on me. I found go shuttle on yelp after an extensive search for a cab available for my family of seven. We were trying to get to the airport from Louisville with our skis, boots, bags, etc. Sunday was very easy to deal with and reasonably priced. He responded immediately and seemed happy to deal with us, which was a far cry from what we heard from super shuttle, boulder yellow cab, etc. And he showed up 15 minutes earlier than our start time so we actually pulled out of the driveway 1 minute after we had scheduled him to arrive! He was very pleasant to talk to and was helpful all the way through. We are considering having him drive us to and from the mountains next year so that we don't have to worry at all about driving. He also picks me up late every Thursday to take me home.
