BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BOOK SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! This was THE WORST limo experience we have ever encountered. We frequently use limo and party bus services and this company is definitely at the bottom of the list as far as quality goes! First off, I got a call asking me which alcohol we would like to have stocked in the limo, they also asked me which mixers we would prefer. When we got inside the limo, it has neither the alcohol that we specified, nor ANY MIXERS...not a single one! They had bottled water and a cheap bottle of champagne that we never even asked for. To make matters even worse, when the driver was instructed to go to a specified address to pickup an additional passenger, he proceeded to driver around for 30 mins LOST. He would pass the street he was supposed to turn on several times and then have to turn around again and again. Eventually the drive got so irritated because his GPS on the garmin he was using was not giving him accurate instructions. The driver would pull over and come yell at us out of frustration since he kept getting lost. I had to give him my own cell phone which had a working GPS map on it. We threw hundreds of dollars of cash at him for the inconvenience of getting lost, etc but he just kept yelling at us saying he wanted to go home. All in all, the total for the limo rental was almost twice as much as we paid for a whole party bus with a different company. The driver was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. And with no mixers or alcohol provided that just put the entire bad experience over the top. read more

This company was awful!! We just used their limo services this past Saturday evening. They need to hire a new driver!! Bad attitude, terrible driving! Slammed on the brakes so hard every other stop that all the passengers would go flying. Poorly stocked too! Make sure to bring all of your own drinks both non alcoholic and alcohol. The driver didn't listen to anything we told him. We asked him several times to stay put in the VERY LARGE parking lot of the strip club we were at. Instead he chose to disappear and we would have to call him every time we needed him and wait for him to come back even though the parking lot had plenty of space for him to park the limo. Avi Limo - This was the best limo company I have ever used, they were very accommodating to my every need, and since this was for prom they kept changing their mind on where to go to dinner, and our limo driver Todd is a fireman from Colorado Springs, so I felt great to turn over a bunch of prom kids to this driver. He treated them like adults and if they were going to arrive somewhere early he drove them around just so they could stay in the limo to enjoy the experience as much as possible. he owner is completely rude and incompetent. My fiance and I did initially book with him but soon regretted it. She called to ask a question and the owner blew up at her. Some of what he told her was "I don't give a $#!^ about anyone! Your $400 measly dollars means nothing to me just like the next person means nothing to me either! I've never even used Yelp but I wanted to warn everyone about this guy. Super unprofessional, has no idea how to do business and rude. A friend of mine was booking and can't seem to ever get a hold of him. When she finally did he was yelling at her and threatening her. He is out of control and would have probably ruined her wedding. On about 3 hrs notice Avi sent us one of the nicest Stretch H2 Hummer Limousines that I've ever seen! Very professional driver. Even figured out a way to accommodate all of our crazy requests!
