We've truly loved and supported Eight Black, but closing your doors the same day you send out an email--and not honoring refunds for customers with vouchers--is deeply disappointing. Loyal customers who stood by your business deserve to be treated fairly. Please consider refunding those who trusted and supported you. read more

Went out of business 6/13/2025 with no warning. Selling vouchers less than two weeks before was fraudulent, at best

Came early and argued. Not a pleasant way to start a trip. Scheduled to arrive at 4:35am for an 8:30 am flight but called from my front door at 4:14am and then argued, explains that's how it is and that "maybe this service won't work out for me." Damn right. It's 4:30am now! read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! The first driver drove right past me twelve minutes earlier than the pickup. The next hour the driver refused to take me home. I had a delayed flight and texted and called multiple times. They have not responded in any way. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! read more

I booked a car several days in advance to get to a really important business meeting. Eight black sent a confirmation email for the reservation. On the day of, no car showed up. Eight Black representative said they had emailed me a cancellation. They had not. read more

After a very positive positive experience with Eight Black transporting between DEN and Boulder, I went online and mistakenly thought I saw Service to Fort Collins. I bought three vouchers for my many trips to visit children and grandchildren, but when I went to fill one of them, discovered my mistake. I made several calls to the company, but received no help. 'Tho they have a policy of no refunds for the vouchers. it seems to me that a company that can't make occasional concessions for unusual circumstances -like for an old lady misreading the website, is not a company that deserves my business. read more

Outstanding service. Many thanks to Chris who communicated his arrival time with me and arrived promptly. The van was clean, and spacious. Thanks for a great ride to Denver Airport. Will use this service every time I fly into Denver. read more

In mid-September, I visited my daughter in the hospital while she was undergoing one of her many chemo treatment for a rare bone cancer in her ankle. She was enduring 5-day in-hospital chemo treatments every 21 days and was just starting to receive daily radiation treatments which were scheduled every (week) day for the next 6 weeks. The daily round trip for treatments between her home in Longmont and the hospital is 100 miles. My daughter doesn't drive and her loving hubby was burning through his FMLA benefit at work. He had been taking time off of work since the discovery of the tumors in April to take his wife to her numerous (and scary) medical appointments and treatments. When I returned to Chicago, a friend asked if I had researched whether there was any shuttle or transport services similar to what we've seen in our hometown. The next morning, Sunday, I sent an email to a couple transport service companies based in the Boulder/Longmont area looking for resources. Within an hour, Simon, had responded to me and he immediately proposed a transport solution that would support both my daughter's daily medical treatments and her hubby's dwindling benefit days. Not knowing him or his company, she put her faith in Eight Black for the next 6 weeks. Today, this round of radiation treatment is over. My daughter had put her trust in Eight Black's hands and they took care of her like their own. This man and his company were angels sent from heaven at a very scary and challenging time as he and his team executed flawlessly (and daily) just as he proposed. There are not enough stars or cudos to rank this man and his company. They went so far above and beyond the call of duty. They are the real deal. The owner, the dispatch team and drivers are compassionate, caring and true hero's in my daughter's treatment plan. Speaking from the consistent and caring experience that my daughter received, I would like to believe that you too will get world-class, top notch transportation service from the Eight Black team. Thank you Simon and the entire team at Eight Black. read more

Excellent service, safe driver, courteous. Boulder area hotel pickup points to DIA. All went smoothly with my choice of a van share. Comfortable. No problems, happy rider! Remember the drivers handle your bags, so show your appreciate with a gratuity. read more

Our driver Chris Klatt was a true professional and very respectful. Engaged us in conversation which made for a very enjoyable ride!

A friend recommended Eight Black and am so happy that I went with her recommendation. Our destination was Breckenridge. Upon arriving at Denver Airport, I received a text telling me exactly where to meet the beautiful black Mercedes .. I felt sorry for those waiting in line waiting for their Ubers and shuttles. Dan was our driver and he expertly and safely drove us to our destination. Moreover, he had a pleasant personality and was very knowledgeable about the land and sights along the 2 hour route. I have never received better service from any transportation company. Highest recommendation. Will surely use Eight Black again. Wish they served Los Angeles. read more

I STRONGLY ADVISE everyone to stay clear of Eight Black Airport Shuttle. Eight Black blatantly, knowingly and purposefully took my money for a shuttle service they did not provide. Eight Black not only did not communicate in a professional manner, they failed to communicate in any manner to me. Eight Black STRANDED me at the airport in the middle of the night with zero communication, kept the money I paid them for a service they did not provide and then forced me to pay for an additional ride service from another company in order to get home. Eight Black has committed THEFT as well as FRAUD for their on-going business practices. After 24 hours they have refused to even give a simple refund on the money I paid directly to them and the money that they forced to me to pay for an additional ride home. I followed their directives to the tee and received no shuttle service. Eight Black would not provide any communication to a customer via phone, text or email while knowingly having a customer waiting who had a pre paid reservation that night. Eight Black's only justification in stealing my money and providing a horrible experience is that it is their policy not to give refunds and that their last shuttle had departed even though I had paid for the reservation and that they had all of my flight information along with three different ways to directly contact me. One star is far too generous of a rating to give this FRAUDULENT BUSINESS KNOWN AS EIGHT BLACK AIRPORT SHUTTLE. read more

I booked a shuttle with Eight Black to get to / from DIA airport on a recent trip to Boulder, CO. I highly recommend this shuttle service and won't hesitate to book again upon my next trip to Boulder! The drivers are professional and helpful, and the vans are clean! Each time, the driver was either perfectly on time or a few minutes early. Ask for Gary as your driver! He is so kind, has great stories, and loves Boulder - I can't recommend him enough! read more

Simon and Nadia saved the day! Or I should say saved the wedding day. After a transportation company backed out the week before our Son's wedding, on our property, Simon and Nadia saved the day. We live up a private dirt road at 7,600 ft. The Previous company had my large deposit for 18 months. One week before the wedding they backed out. I called Nadia and she said that Simon would be there within the hour. Sure enough, in his Porche, he arrived. He kept telling me "No problem" "No Problem" What a relief for me and our wedding planner and the bride and groom and countless more. True to his word, Simon was perfect. We had 4 different times with different numbers. He was there every step of the journey. All the drivers were fun and the vans had seatbelts and comfy seats. My goal was the safety of all our guests. EIGHT BLACKS CARS met every expectation and more. A real class act. read more

I took Eight Black to Boulder, CO from DIA to avoid a late-night bus trip. The reservation and confirmation process went smoothly. The pick-up was on time and got me up to Boulder faster than they had predicted. The vans were clean and well-maintained. The drivers were friendly, and the cost was less than an Uber. A good option for getting from DIA to Boulder. read more

This company is incredible. When I started looking around for the safest and most reliable way to help me transport my dogs, I was referred to Eight Black. The owner, Simon, went out of his way to get creative with my ask, and then not only met but exceeded my expectations in order to get the job done. Need look nowhere else. They're personable, local, and deliver exceptional customer service. Thanks, Simon & the Eight Black team! read more

Simon picked me up on time for a trip from Denver Airport to Longmont. Nice conversation, but not more conversation than a tired traveler wants. Just enough. After a three-day photo shoot, I was picked up by Simon's son Campbell for a return trip to Denver Airport. The Sprinter van was immaculate both times and the service also included a bottle of water. Safe drivers, both father and son, and the ride was incredibly comfortable. read more

Joe and the owner, Simon, were fantastic! I have a service dog and usually get dirty looks for these services. They were so accommodating, from working with me to get my luggage and being taxied for a while, to letting me make a quick stop before heading home. I wish I could give more stars. Will never take an uber again. read more

I had a late flight into DIA from Orange County and was without a ride home. The morning of the flight I called two Shuttle vendors only to find out they didn't do drop offs in Longmont. I asked both companies for referrals but they weren't helpful in that regard. That being said I took to google and came across Eight Black. These guys literally came to the rescue. Booking was an easy process, mainly thanks to Amy who sent me a text message after our transaction with the pick up location. The story doesn't end here though. I noticed my flight became delayed 30 minutes which would push me past an 11pm landing at DIA. I immediately called Eight Black to inform them of the delay and that I was prepared to cancel (since they close at 11pm). Amy fielded my call again and I explained my situation. She suggested a wait and see approach. The flight ended up making it in at 10:55pm and upon landing I received a text message from a gentlemen named Simon, who informed me that 8 Black arranged Uber for me in the place of their shuttle service since I was the only one heading to Longmont at that hour. Simon and I exchanged texts with real time updates about the Uber driver and his location relative to where I was in the airport. It couldn't have worked out better. Simon also said he would keep an eye on the Uber trip and make sure the drop off was successful before calling it a night. I can't say enough good things about 8 black. These folks are true professionals and are clearly trained in the real meaning of customer service. I look forward to utilizing their services again and referring my colleagues and friends their way. Thanks guys. read more

Having used Matt over the years for all of our transportation needs I am glad to see him in a new partnership with Eight Black Executive Transport. From early morning and late evening DIA pick ups and drop offs, Mammoth games, to good ol downtown bar hopping Matt has always been there with a smile. Sharply dressed, quick witted, very professional and safe are just some of what Matt brings to the table. The new cars and SUVs are always well kept and ready for your trip providing water, mints, your choice of music and a comfortable ride. Do yourself a favor and chat Matt up and get to know him a little, you stand to gain a long term professional relationship and quite possibly a new friend out of the deal. Highly recommend! read more

I had been using Uber for my airport transportation, but early morning trips to and from the airport made their service unreliable. So I tried Eight Black Cars. Their timeliness, service, and vehicles are all exceptional. I have decided to use them exclusively moving forward as I really appreciate their professionalism. Simon was a terrific driver that cares about his passengers. He placed my bags in the trunk, offered me a water, and we were off to the airport. He offered to set up transportation for my return trip and followed up with an email. I will be recommending their service to my friends and family that need transportation services. read more

We've used Matt as our driver for years. He is the best! He's ALWAYS on time and is very professional and courteous. We've used him to go to/from DIA and also just out around town. He's an extremely safe driver and so much fun to be around. He's like part of the family now! read more

It's really unfortunate, because I was hopeful to enjoy services by this company. We used Alpenglow Express previously and Joshua sold his business to Simon due to his move. Our very first experience was awful. Worse experience traveling from DIA to BC area. Our driver, Wisdom, provided the worst customer service. He was downright rude. Without even asking he played a DVD movie of his choice. None of us even requested a movie and it was a rated R movie with our 16 year old daughter in the limo. Olympus Has Fallen was the name of the movie he played. I did complain to Simon and he did offer to upgrade our return trip and to pay for a dinner meal. I did not take him up on the meal, but I did accept the upgraded vehicle. The upgraded vehicle was comfortable, but the TV was not working at all so that was disappointing. Would have been nice for a 3 hour ride. The only reason I am giving this 3 stars instead of 1 is only due to Simon himself. He did provide us with good service personally. He also was helpful in providing us a short noticed trip at a low price after our daughter was hurt in a traumatic snowboarding accident. However none of his personal service/communication is enough to outweigh the extremely disappointing and poor treatment of us on the first portion of our trips. I will be looking for other companies for our future needs and hope Simon is able to improve his team service based on our experience. read more

I decided to take a transport to and from DIA to Longmont. This was the 2nd trip to Longmont for me, with the first trip resulting in a fear-inducing taxi ride with a driver whose speed average 90 mph (not exaggerating) and frequently checking text messages, even after I asked him to stop. I decided to try a different option and found Eight Black. I enjoyed the ease of booking and the information on where to meet the shuttle, and text confirmation information. I had just a short wait in the pick up area, which afforded me plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful view. Two young men arrived in a pretty lux Mercedes SUV, with bottled water awaiting. I was the only occupant and while it can sometimes be uncomfortable making conversation, this was not the case. The two young men were pleasantly quiet, engaging in conversation when I did, but not having a conversation between the two of them. The drive was quick, safe and courteous. The return trip was just as pleasant; the driver was right on time, loaded my bags, and off we went. There were two gentlemen already in the backseat engaged in conversation, and again, the driver did not drill me with questions, but pleasantly chatted when I initiated. Being a bit of a control freak, I don't like being a passenger with unfamiliar drivers. Both trips, however, I felt relaxed and comfortable; both drivers drove well. I would DEFINITELY recommend Eight Black for your transportation needs. read more

For a recent trip to Colorado I used Green Ride from DIA to Longmont and Eight Black to return. Both were on time, clean, professional and comfortable. However, Eight Black was definitely a cut above with the spotless black van (that I had all to myself), cold water, free wi-fi and friendly driver. The driver, Bryn, was great. Informative and helpful but not too chatty. My only concern was having two different companies through the same reservation with Longmont shuttle. Confusing. read more

I used this service for my last business trip, to go to and from the airport. Both trips were amazing. Customer service and drivers (Cameron and Simon) were very nice and the ride was super comfy. I used Longmont Shuttle last year traveling to and from the Denver Airport. The service was timely, clean, customer oriented (van complete with phone chargers and cold water) and friendly. It was especially helpful to be picked up at a safe and convenient location in Longmont, so my family from Estes Park didn't have to take me all the way into Denver to the airport. Longmont Shuttle will continue to be my number one choice for transportation to and from the Airport!!!! Hoping to use them again this summer. read more

Matt's partnership with Eight Black has brought another level to the professionalism and experience you will receive. My wife and I have known Matt for longer than he may care to admit, well before Uber was a thing! After the first time riding with him, we have never used anyone else. He has an uncanny memory, is beyond punctual and always has a smile and seems to think of everything before I do. It's his attention to the littlest of details that won us over and now we truly think of him as a friend and one of the family. I don't throw praise around and I hold people to a high level of expectancy, so five stars is something of an anomaly for me. Sure, I could be just another Joe with an opinion, but take me up in it. Try Matt out and you'll agree. Just don't take my special mints... read more

What can I say, hands down the best executive transportation service I have ever used. Simon and his team went out of their way to ensure we didn't have any issues. All the cars are very clean and comfortable. Simon was so flexible since I had to arrange transportation for 14 other individuals and had to make a lot of changes. He was professional and always said "we will make it work!' The feedback I received from my board members and executive staff was just as positive. i highly recommend Eight Black Executive Transport and wish they were located in San Diego. I have had the honor of using this car service three times now. Here in Longmont there are so few options not to mention any reputable ones. When I found Simon I felt like I found heaven.
