Worked his way around a huge collision on i-70 and made it to the airport on time. Provided great communication when my flight back arrived, and was very patient as I made my way through the security check customs and baggage claim areas. I know others have had one star experiences, but my May to June 2026 shuttle experience was exceptional.

He came 35 minutes earlier than the time Golden West Shuttle said he would be at my house and expected me to be ready. He then became very upset and rude. It takes him another 10 minutes. I would have just taken an Uber but I already paid him and gave him a 20% tip. I will never use Golden West Shuttle again and I have recommended Golden West shuttle to all my neighbors so now I will let my neighbors and my husband and anyone else who asks just how far downhill Golden West Shuttle has gone.
