Just used Boulder DIA airport transport for my wife and 2 year old son. Both rides were on time with great communication. Both drivers were extremely polite and helpful in loading the suv and making sure we got in comfortably. Allowed us to put our 2 year old in his car seat. Easy booking and great pickup/drop-off. I had an early morning flight - normally I'm a fan of public transit but they weren't up that early - and my coworkers were all using Uber, so I thought, "Hey, I'll give Uber a shot." Uber had something called "scheduled rides", but as I tried to use their app to schedule a ride the process wasn't clear at all! Then when I started looking around a bit more I discovered that the only thing Uber does is magically call for a ride at the time you request - it doesn't do any kind of guarantee or contact an Uber driver the day before or *anything*. Frustrated from that experience, I started looking for Taxi companies and found this one here. The reviews were all pretty positive, and you can actually *schedule* a ride ahead of time and he'll show up when he says he will. I called to make sure he was available, and he was only $10 more than the Uber would have been. And I texted him when I needed to be at the airport and he told me when he'd pick me up - and even texted me when he was 3 minutes late because of his previous fare. He was a very genial driver with a nice clean car - if you have to schedule a ride somewhere, this is about as good as you can get! read more

I was referred to this FABULOUS Car Service by my Mother in Law who had been to Boulder/Denver earlier this year and could not stop raving about their professionalism, punctuality and all around incredible service!! And I am SO GRATEFUL that she did, because after contemplating many other services it turned out that I had found my Magic Carpet! From the very beginning, my reservations were handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I was even able to communicate via text which was very helpful for me amid my busy schedule.
