Our driver was right on time and took us to Red Rocks in style! After the show, he texted me a photo of where he was parked (with exact location) so that we could find him in the sea of limos and vans. Got us all home safe and sound. Oh, and the sound system on the van was awesome, we connected our phones via Bluetooth and raged the entire trip. read more

Denver location I should have known the awesome rate we got there had to be something wrong! I used this company for my moms 50th birthday. By far the worst bus and I've been on a lot of buses! 20 passenger party bus Positive: The drive was nice but.... Negatives: I pulled up to my mother's house and seen the bus. It was raggedy! And had dents! I thought maybe the inside was better. We get inside I would rate it about a 3/10 in the day time. Numerous TVS that were turned off or maybe didnt work no soda and two bottles of water for a bus of 20 people! The pole in the bus was dirty but I didnt want to spoil my moms day. We head to our destination which I sent to the driver and who ever makes reservations but I still had to tell him where we were going a third time. This driver had no sense of direction and we had to literally have someone to sit by him everywhere we went to tell him where to go! He had GPS so IDK what the issue was. He said he has been doing this for 6yrs but he didnt even know how to get from I225 and Parker Rd to Downtown or even to the highway for that matter. This bus wasnt like most buses where you can get up and dance and things of that sort ( it's a party on wheels right?) Wrong! If you stood up you may end up through the windshield it was bumpy. We went to Lone Tree , Centennial, Downtown and Aurora the lady tried to tell me maybe the streets but thats a lot of streets for it to be the streets. Also the door passengers come in wouldn't stay closed! The driver had to keep stopping to close it. I felt so bad for him. When it gets dark outside you can really see how raggedy and old the bus is. One side of the buses lights are blown out, the other side flickers on and off when you hit a bump. The heat doesn't work I dont believe because we were freezing and the driver said the heat was on. It was truly a party bus from hell! They really need to retire that bus it's a pitiful sham how much you pay and this company Didnt even have the decency to keep their inventory up to par! I recommend viewing the bus you will be on before paying your money. read more

Dream shuttles are the best! They were easy to communicate with and got me and all my friends to the show at Red Rocks in style! The vibe on the bus is super fun, we had no problems finding the bus after the show and not having to worry about a sober driver made the concert that much better. We ordered a bus for 20 to arrive at a private residence to shuttle us around to various locations for a bachelorette party. The driver was supposed to arrive at 8, but they waited to contact our party organizer until that time to say they were going to be an hour late; the bus had broken down. Evidently, Dream Shuttles has no backup bus or backup plan. Shortly after 9, Dream Shuttles called and said they didn't have a bus unless we wanted to share with a wedding bus rental that was going on at the same time (albeit at a slight discount). At that point, our plans had been dramatically altered, and we cancelled the shuttle and took Uber. We hope we get our $200 deposit back. The party-goers salvaged the evening for the bride to be, but no thanks to Dream Shuttles. None of us would ever use or recommend Dream Shuttles. read more

Oh my gosh. Thank you dream shuttles! I've used them twice, once in boulder and once in Denver (so pardon of I write a double review), and each time has been so professional and amazing. I've had both Greg and Chris as drivers, and they go above and beyond. There were some snags in our bachelorette party plans, but dream shuttle drivers did everything in their power to make sure we had the best night ever. Highly recommended this company. I did want to add that when I used the shuttles from Boulder to Denver I got to try out the sweet sound system. We had so much fun! read more

After working with Nancy and confirming my reservation for a 20 person party bus the day of the booking the bus was a no show. I couldn't get in touch with anyone at Dream Shuttles even though I called and emailed several times. I ended up having to call around Denver for a last minute bus since I had 20 people ready to go at our pick up location with no method of transportation. I ended up hearing from Nancy two days later and she apologized profusely and totally took respectability for not entering my reservation correctly. She offered my deposit back and paid for part of the bill for the other bus I ended up renting. I still only give two stars since the no show was extremely frustrating and I was lucky enough to find another bus to save the day, but I greatly appreciated the effort from Nancy to fix the situation after the fact and will likely give them another chance in the future. read more

Nancy was very helpful when it came to making a reservation. Our driver, Patrick, was nice and always prompt throughout the night. He even helped us with carrying stuff on to the party bus. The only downside was that we were promised there would be a cooler with waters and soft drinks along with cups that I requested and none of that was on the bus. Luckily, we brought our own drinks and cups as well as ice. Something that would help, would've been cup holders in the party bus as it was a bumpy ride. read more

We booked Dream Shuttles for three nights to take us from our house in Winter Park to a show at Red Rocks, our driver Diego every night was WONDERFUL but the company was awful to work with. I was referred to them by a friend and contacted Nancy immediately telling her that we needed a ride from Winter Park to Red Rocks, making sure that from the beginning she knew it would be a longer drive. When I told her that we were referred she offered to take the gas charge off even and things seemed to be going great. I received an email from her regarding the price and everything looked great, even though she charged us for gas in the original quote she took it off based on our previous conversation. I paid the deposit and was excited to finally have this taken care of. The first night went without a hitch and we were excited for the rest of the weekend. Saturday rolled around and the driver was two hours late picking us up making us miss the entire first band. Nancy was impossible to get ahold of and no one even informed us that a bus had broken down until we called her phone about a million times. Upon asking Nancy for some sort of refund she told us that she probably would not even be able to pick us up Sunday because it was too expensive for her and the bus would probably still be broken and she did not really care about making us, the customer, happy. After a stressful night saturday we did end up getting picked up Sunday thankfully and I really can not say enough how much we loved our driver Diego. Every night we asked Diego what we owed him and gave it to him in cash and even gave him the $50 that Nancy discounted us for saturday as an extra tip. After a long weekend I sat down and did the math and realized my deposit was not taken into account and contacted Nancy to tell her I over payed $240 I received an email from her jacking up the price per night from the original email claiming she only owed me $60 in refunds and I have had to file a claim with the BBB in order to get my money back. Do not use this company unless you want a headache and a party bus that looks NOTHING like the pictures... read more

I was also able to negotiate a much better price than all their local competitors. Our driver was also exceptional, always on time to pick us up and helpful with ideas for stops on our crawl.
