Pat McGrew was my singular contact person with "A Last Minute Limousine". She answered all my questions directly and clearly. We needed a 2:30 am December 26, 2023 limo to DEN. Pat was on-time, the GMC Yukon was clean inside and out, and Pat made our party of 3 (husband, wife & 11 year old son) comfortable. My wife and I truly appreciated how Pat drove safely, alertly and without any sense of rushing despite open roadways on our very early morning trip to DEN with very minimal traffic. Pricing was very reasonable, and was less than other limo services we called for pricing. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I am still amazed almost two weeks later that this place is still in business. I originally booked my wedding limo and honeymoon town car with this company and first cancelled the limo because I was able to find a car cheaper with a different company. Getting a refund for that car took two plus weeks of emails and phone calls. My honeymoon couldn't have started off worse and was all due to this company. Instead of having the driver come to my house to pick us up the driver went to the airport and the mix up was blamed on busy season with prom. My husband and I were left to drive to the airport ourselves and worry about transportation when we got back.The owner is unprofessional and rude. I like to support small business, so I went with this company (not at the last minute). The only positive thing about my two hours in their limo was the driver. She was friendly and did arrive on time. With that said, we ordered the 12 passenger Excursion for a wedding party to go take pictures. They told us their wedding package included a bottle of champagne and a red carpet; we didn't receive either. There were small bottles of water in ice in the cooler, but not enough for the entire party. The weather outside was in the 90's and The limo was hot and the air conditioning did not cool it. Finally, there was no music. We couldn't even turn on the radio so be sure to take your own MP3 player or CD. Very disappointed. read more

OK, four calls to this service. Twice they were fine, arrived on time (even once extremely early in the morning on a nasty snowy day) and provided a good safe drive to Denver International. The other two ended up in calls in left unanswered for hours and hours (over a day in one case). Frustrating in both cases. In one I anticipated making an airport pickup and waited so long for a call back that I had to make do with going to the curb line and negotiating a deal with an available limo (BTW, I discovered that there is almost always someone waiting there, so booking/committing ahead is often an unnecessary risk and expense, who knew?!). The other time, for a trip from my Longmont home to Denver International, I waited so long for a call back that my options dwindled and I ended up taking the dreaded SuperShuttle. If I could give it zero, I would. Not on time, lied about approximate pick up time after failing to transport the entire party, and consistently blamed us for a supposed tardiness that wasn't related to my group. No apology, only pointed fingers, resulting in us driving ourselves and missing the wedding completely.., after flying over 2000 miles for it. Wouldn't recommend this company to even my worst of enemies. I flew in from VA to come to my friend's wedding. She arranged for limos to take us from a hotel in Longmont to her wedding in Lyons. After waiting in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes after the assigned pick-up time, the limo came and said he couldn't fit four of us but that another limo would quickly follow. After 10 minutes had passed, I called the company since the wedding was 30 minutes away from starting, an a 30 min drive. Pam, the representative of the company, promptly blamed the guests of the wedding for being late to the limo, despite the fact that we were in the lobby 10 minutes BEFORE scheduled pickup time. Again, I was told that a limo was on its way. 4 calls later, more blaming us and more assurance that the limo was en route... And 1 hour of waiting in the lobby... we ended up driving ourselves and got there as the ceremony had finished and the bride and groom were taking pictures. I ride with LML on a weekly basis. I've had the pleasure of riding with not only the owner of the company, but 5 other drivers. All have been 100% dependable, prompt, professional & courteous. To read "The owner is unprofessional and rude" is LAUGHABLE...she is one of the nicest people I've met since relocating to CO a year ago. Scheduling my rides are as simple as forwarding my itineraries via email, and my driver is always waiting on me; with a big smile. Great service!! read more

If I could give a 10, I would! The morning of my friend's bachelorette party I realized that I had forgot to book the limo. I was so stressed out and worried about how I was going to get the 10 girls that would be at my house in 7 hours downtown on St. Patrick's Day weekend?!?!? After calling around to numerous Limo services who were either turning me away due to no vehicles being available or they were quoting me an astronomical figure, I saw "A Last Minute Limousine", chuckled and thought to myself, "let's see if they really are available last minute." Not only did they have something available exactly when I needed it but it was VERY reasonably priced! Our driver, Joe, showed up early, offered to pick up any ice/cups/drinks/etc.. and was like a "Big Poppa Bear" watching out for us girls. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. The next morning when we realized that we may have lost a very sentimental gift in the backseat, not only did the driver look for it but the owner is going above and beyond looking trying to help us find it. I recommend this Limo service to anyone who is looking for a Limo service at the very Last Minute or planned months ahead, they are awesome! read more

We rented a limo to take us to and from the airport for our anniversary trip. The money was taken out if out account before we left in the trip. When we returned... A bus picked us up. We DID NOT RENT A BUS!!!!! We got a story about how the air conditioner went out. Seems to be a common excuse for them. We were promised a refund. 2 months later and 3 emails not returned and still no refund. Bottom line... DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!!!! It deserves a negative rating but that's not allowed!
