It was a full bus and people were sitting in seats in the aisle leaving open window seats for their bags. When other passengers got on they didn't move. One family had to put their child by himself a few rows up because no one bothered to give up their seat so that people could sit together. Also, this last ride to the airport was so cold that everyone, had their hoods up, hats/gloves on. Otherwise, It's an easy option and has worked out for us, so we will continue to use them.

Then, this morning when I brought my husband to his scheduled shuttle at 5:20am, we got a text cancelling the shuttle. No explanation, nothing. Just "Sorry, we'll schedule you for a later shuttle if you want." REALLY? At 5:00 am? People don't get on a 5:20 shuttle because they want to. They choose that time do they can get to their flight on time! Totally unacceptable. Luckily, the Groome shuttle was still there and the stranded passengers were able to get on that. Please tell me how we are ever supposed to trust this service to use it again? An absolute disgrace. They offered me a "discount" on a future booking. But each stranded passenger deserves a personal explanation.

He made small talk at the beginning but then just proceeded to get us to our destination with care. Would definitely recommend and will use again to get us to and from the airport!

I explicitly told them multiple times that we had to exit by 11:30 PM because that's whenever we no longer had access to the venue in Lyons, Colorado and they listed that time in the contract. At about 10:45, I'd never received a communication from our driver, so I reached out in the driver informed me that he would not be arriving until about 1 AM. That left us scrambling at the last possible moment to figure out a way to make our final departure.
