Highly recommend. The owner is very professional and really cares about his customers. My husband is a truck driver and his truck was in the shop & another truck driver (works for the same company as my husband) also had his truck at the same shop- so we decided to go to the shop together. After dealing with one unprofessional company- I contacted this one and spoke with the owner. He told me that he could take us but he'd have to take us 2 at a time (there was 4 of us so it was pretty understandable) and he gave us a deal and he was willing to transport our pets! When he picked us up- he was very professional and really nice too and he really believes in taking care of the customer(s). This amazing gentleman is a military veteran which is a huge plus for us since we support veteran owned businesses. So, anyone with pets- if you need transportation- call this fella. It was not the first time I used the service of BUFF*GO Shuttle in Cheyenne, and every time I was completely satisfied: everything that a senior women might need - I got it all. If I forgot - they will remind me; if it's slippery- the strong arm will be offered; if it's too dark - you will be escorted right to the door.... Not to mention the luggage, which will be zipped up, secured, carefully carried... Punctual, friendly, thoughtful, helpful, attentive, careful - it's all I want to say about the owner and driver, whose motto is "Quality meets standards". Called on Wednesday and scheduled a ride to pick me up at 11AM on the next day. Was told that it wasn't a problem. The ride would arrive 5 minutes before 11. I was downstairs at 1040AM. At 1110AM, I called to see where my ride was since it hadn't arrived. The car was on the road to Denver and had completely skipped picking me up. They had no other driver to come get me. All I got was a useless apology. Obviously, my little fare meant less to them than a bigger fare for going to Denver from Cheyenne. Never schedule anything with these folks since you'll not be able to count on them to actually show up. read more

Unfortunately I had a small motorcycle accident here in town, laid my bike down, as I got up this hero came from out of no where, and asked if I was good, and immediately called 911, he helped lift my bike up and stayed on the line as authorities got there. As I got into the ambulance he told me he'd watch out for my motorcycle and gave me his card. I got a broken collar bone unfortunately. Called up my veteran hero, and he picked me up from the hospital and took me back to my bike. Very polite and courtious. FIVE stars Thank you hero!! read more

Dear Joseph at Buff-Go Shuttle Cheyenne, Was worried when Buff-Go Shuttle driver didn't show for a 5 A.M April 20th pick up here in Cheyenne to go to the the Loveland County Ranch to fly out of Loveland Airport.
